Chapter 1
"You have to be fucking kidding me," Danny muttered as the succubus shot a searing bolt of magic at his unsuspecting rogue. "All my hit points!" He smacked the keyboard, a little harder than he intended, as the rogue's lifeless body crumpled to the ground. The computer emitted a high-pitched whine. "Sorry, buddy," Danny's friend Mike said, via their online chat.ย "You know the rules. No mercy in the dungeon."
Danny was a good sport though, and a smirk played on his lips as he looked at the carnage on the screen. He reached for his Mountain Dew, taking a long swig before placing it back on the stained coaster among the other casualties of the night--, pizza crusts and empty Doritos bags. "That's ok, when we get to the dark wizard, you're fucking dead." Danny joked.
The bass from the party upstairs thumped through the ceiling, rattling the lone lightbulb hanging from the basement's rafters. Danny barely noticed. Danny was a somewhat nerdy high school senior, spending a lot of time playing online games and reading online forums about various 'nerdy' past times such as Dungeons and Dragons, computer programming, Harry Potter, and the like. Sure, he noticed girls, but girls didn't seem to notice him. He was about 6'1, sort of slim, but was generally considered good looking. His mom said once he filled out a little he'd be a real ladies man. He didn't know about that, recently having turned eighteen, he thought he was as developed as he was going to be, physically.
Danny's fingers danced over the keyboard, resurrecting his character in the safety of a nearby tavern. The game's soundtrack filled the room, a symphony of clashing swords and mystical melodies that drowned out the mundane world above. The dimly lit basement was his sanctuary, a place where he could be anyone, do anything. Upstairs, his parents were hosting another one of their stuffy parties, but down here, Danny was a hero, a conqueror, a god among men.
Suddenly, the door creaked open, spilling light into the basement. Danny didn't bother looking up. He figured it was just one of his parent's friends getting lost on their way to the bathroom.ย They always seemed to end up down here, eyes wide with curiosity, taking in the shrine to Danny's geekdom. He didn't mind. It gave him a chance to show off his setup, brag about his high scores, or explain the intricate rules of his favorite games.
"Hey, who's that?" Danny's other friend Pete asked, his avatar pausing mid-swing in the game. "Looks like someone's joining the party."
Danny finally glanced up, his brows furrowing as he saw his Aunt Sarah leaning against the doorframe.ย She was his mom's younger sister, in her mid-thirties, but she and his mom didn't share much of a resemblance. They both shared the same dark Spanish skin, large brown eyes, and basic good looks, but that was where the similarities ended. Where his mom was tall and willowy, Sarah was all curves and warmth.ย Her long brown hair cascaded over her shoulders, and her large doe-like eyes sparkled even in the basement's dull light.ย To Danny she looked like the Latina model Ashley Graham, but he was too shy to tell her that. He found her super attractive, often stealing glances at her large breasts and butt when no one was looking. Since she'd been staying with his family due to her ongoing divorce, Danny had developed a crush on her and wouldn't admit it but he'd jerked off several times thinking about her.
She was wearing a low-cut red dress that clung to her body like a second skin, showing off her generous cleavage and the curve of her hips. Danny swallowed hard, trying to tear his gaze away from her chest. "Aunt Sarah, what are you doing down here?" he asked, his voice cracking slightly. He cleared his throat, hoping his friends hadn't noticed.
"Hey, is that your aunt?" Mike asked, his avatar freezing mid-battle. "Dude, she's hot. Is she single?"
Danny felt a pang of jealousy at Mike's words, but he pushed it aside. He minimized the game, his avatar freezing mid-stride in the tavern. Sarah held up a glass of wine, sloshing some over the side. Danny could tell she was drunk by the slur of her words and theย way she swayed slightly. "Your parents sent me down here. Said you'd know what to do with me." She giggled, and Danny couldn't help but notice how the movement made her chest heave. He quickly averted his gaze, feeling a flush creep up his neck.
"What do you mean, 'what to do with you'?" Danny asked, his voice a little higher than usual. He glanced at his friends on the screen, their avatars frozen in place, waiting for him to get back to the game. But, Danny knew he needed to deal with Sarah first. He stood up, pushing his chair back with a squeak. "Alright, let's get you sitting down," he said, approaching her cautiously. She stumbled forward, and he steadied her with a hand on her elbow. Her skin was warm under his touch, and he could smell the sweet scent of wine on her breath. He helped her to the old couch in the corner, the one he'd spent countless hours gaming on. She flopped down, her dress riding up slightly, revealing more of her tanned thighs.
"Ah, give me a second, guys." Danny said, leaving his chair and moving across the room, past his aunt and up the stairs to the party. It took him a few minutes, but he found his mom. After another few minutes he managed to pull her to the side, asking what was going on.
"Oh, your aunt has had way too much to drink, dear, we kept telling her to go to bed, but she won't listen. We figured you could just keep her busy and she could sleep on the couch down there... That's ok, right babe?"ย his mom whispered, her breath reeking of champagne. Danny nodded, trying to hide his discomfort. He knew his mom meant well, but he wasn't exactly thrilled about having his sexy aunt crash in his man-cave.
Danny returned to the basement, finding Sarah had moved over to the computer and was sitting in his chair. On screen, Mike and Pete were goading her into slamming her wine.ย "Come on, Sarah," Mike said, his avatar waggling its eyebrows. "Loosen up a bit. It's not every day you hang out with the cool kids."
Sarah looked at the screen, then at Danny, and giggled. "These are your friends?" she asked, her voice slurring slightly. "They're... interesting."
Danny just shrugged, a small smile playing on his lips. "They're something alright." He moved closer, putting a hand on the back of the chair. "Here, let me take that," he said, reaching for her wine glass.
Sarah protested, and guzzled it greedily, to the eager shouts of Mike and Pete in the background.ย "Oh, leave her alone, guys," Danny said, rolling his eyes. He took the empty glass from her and placed it on the table. He knew better than to argue with Mike when he was getting riled up. Mike was always the loudest, the most boisterous, and sometimes the most obnoxious of the group. But he was also the funniest, and Danny loved him like a brother. Pete, on the other hand, was more laid-back, the voice of reason in their group. They were older guys, Mike was in his final years of college and Pete had graduated and was in the workforce, but they didn't treat him Danny like he was younger, they treated him like an equal. "Ok Aunt Sarah, I think it's time for you to lay down now." Danny said, guiding his Aunt to the couch.
She stood up, unsteadily, and he put an arm around her waist to steady her. She leaned into him, her body soft and warm against his side. Danny tried to ignore the feel of her breast pressing against his arm, and the way her hip fitted so perfectly against his. He helped her to the couch, and she flopped down, her dress riding up even further, revealing more of her tanned thighs. Danny quickly averted his gaze, feeling a familiar stirring in his pants.
"Here you go," he said, grabbing a blanket from the back of the couch and trying to drape it over her.
"I thought maybe you'd abandoned me down here," she drunkenly slurred.
