As the scheduled day approached, Jack found himself growing increasingly nervous. The next phase of his plan involved pushing Kelly's boundaries. He had meticulously planned everything, but knew the human mind often worked things out on its own. He needed to implement his changes subtly, ensuring that Kelly wouldn't question them. It was crucial that she believed the changes originated from her, maintaining the illusion of her control; otherwise, if he pushed too far, the entire charade would fall apart. Jack wished hypnosis was as powerful as depicted in erotic novels, where it could effortlessly bend people to his will. In reality, it wasn't. While it could help suppress memories and break habits, it required multiple sessions of reinforcement, tricking and deceiving the mind.
He was always too afraid to attempt anything with his female patients; if something went wrong or a memory resurfaced, it would spell disaster for him. However, things were different with Kelly. He had constant access to her, allowing him to reinforce his suggestions until they became her reality. Trying the same with a patient posed risks, as there was always the possibility of an emergency preventing the subject from attending scheduled sessions, causing whatever he had done to gradually resurface.
As he glanced at the clock on the wall, he realized the moment had arrived. He clenched his teeth, having waited so long for her to request hypnosis. Now that the opportunity had presented itself, he knew he had to follow through with his plan. It was now or never. He grabbed what he needed and drove to her place Jack's heart raced as he pulled into Kelly's driveway. He took a deep breath, steadying his nerves before exiting the car. As he approached the front door, he ran through the script in his mind one last time. Every word, every gesture had to be perfect.
Kelly greeted him with a warm smile, oblivious to the turmoil beneath his calm exterior.
"I'm so glad you're here, Jack. I've been looking forward to this all day."
"Oh is that so," forcing a casual tone. "Shall we get started then?"
Trying to put on his warmest smile, he noticed Kelly blushing slightly. It seemed the suggestions from last time were working wonderfully.
They settled into her living room, Kelly reclining on the couch while Jack sat nearby in the same armchair. He began the induction process, he didn't bring out the incense stick from last time as kelly was already relaxed enough for him.
His soothing voice guided Kelly into a deep trance state, her eyes fluttering closed as she sank deeper into relaxation. Jack observed her carefully, noting the subtle changes in her breathing and muscle tension. When he was satisfied she had reached the right level of suggestibility, he began the next phase.
"Kelly, you're doing wonderfully," he murmured. "now i want to ask you some questions is that alright"
"yes"
"Why do you always wear baggy clothes?"
Kelly appeared visibly uncomfortable with the question.
"Remember, I'm your brother, You wanted to be hypnotized to help you relax, and what better way to do that than by sharing what's on your mind?"
Kelly leaned back into the sofa, feeling that what her brother said made sense. It was exhausting to think at this moment, and she just wanted to enjoy the calming sensation she always felt when under hypnosis. In a monotone voice, she replied,
"Because its something mom wanted."
Jack remembered that their mom had always had a thing for covering up; did Mom force her to wear baggy clothes, and Kelly grew to feel safe in them.
"But why didn't you ever change to more feminine clothes?" Jack asked.
"I got bullied, so I just always kept wearing whatever clothes Mom would buy."
He never realized she was being bullied for it. That would explain why she grew to feel safe in her baggy clothes.
"Who bullied you?"
"Other girls," she replied.
"I once overheard my own friends making fun of me behind my back."
Jack frowned, understanding that it made sense for the other girls to pick on her. She must have received a lot of attention, which likely made the other girls jealous. Jack didn't really start to notice his sister until much later in life.
"Well, there's no one left to tease you, Why do you still choose to wear baggy clothes?"
"I'm afraid people will see me differently or gossip about me."
"Have you ever wanted to wear more feminine outfits?"he asked.
"Yes,"
"You know, I help people for a living. Maybe we can explore that, would you like that."
"Yes i think so"
Now, he just needed to ensure she felt the wardrobe change was her own idea.
"Is this change something you want?" Kelly seemed lost in thought and needed a gentle nudge.
"I'm sure John would really like it," he hinted.
"Yes." Finally the response came.
"How would you like to go about it?"
"I don't know," she said it was hard for her to think in this state.
"Why don't we start small? How does that sound? Instead of changing everything at once, maybe you can pick someone in your life besides John and try dressing a bit differently for them. Nothing too drastic--perhaps shorts and a tank top to start with and see how you feel. The choice is entirely yours."
Jack grinned, knowing that over the last two sessions, he had subtly built Kelly's trust in him completely. Kelly paused, pondering who could help her.
"Do you have someone in mind?"
"You," she responded.
Jack's heart skipped a beat. This was progressing even better than he had hoped. He took a steadying breath before responding, careful to keep his voice neutral.
"Me? Are you sure, Kelly?"
"Yes," she murmured, still deep in trance. "You're my brother. I trust you."
Jack felt a twinge of guilt at her words, but he pushed it aside. He was too close to his goal now to let his conscience interfere.
Jack chose to continue along this path, leading her to believe that all the decisions were made by her.
"You trust me, don't you, Kelly?"
"Yes,"
"If you trust me, it stands to reason that I have your best interests at heart, right?"
Kelly hesitated before answering, "I don't know."
It was understandable for her to respond that way; he just needed to guide her thinking.
"Have I ever done anything to hurt you?" he inquired.
"No," she answered.
"So, it makes sense that I care about your best interests, doesn't it?"
It seemed logical to Kelly, and she didn't want to overthink it and disrupt her current state of relaxation.
"Yes," she agreed.
"Since I have your best interests in mind, it stands to reason that you should feel completely comfortable wearing anything around me."
Kelly paused for a moment. It made sense; after all, he was her brother, and wearing anything around him shouldn't bother her.
"Yes," she replied once more.
Jack needed to get her accustomed to answering yes so she would spend less time analyzing his words and more time believing it was her own idea.
"You'll want to catch my eye,"
Kelly frowned, wondering why she would want to draw her brother's attention. Jack silently cursed, getting ready to implant another suggestion in her.
"Every time your brother looks at you, an exhilarating sensation will sweep over you, sending delightful shivers down your spine and making you yearn for that feeling once more. His gaze will make you feel the same relaxing feeling that the hypnosis sessions do, and when he looks at you, you'll feel as though your chest is beating faster as if you're looking at your crush."
Kelly eased up, taking the suggestion realizing that whenever her brother's eyes were on her, she felt great.
"Say it, Kelly," Jack urged. He had to hammer into her mind that she needed his gaze for his plans to work.
"I want to catch my borthers gaze," she repeated.
"Good,"
"Remember you'll feel incredibly happy whenever you have your brother's attention. In fact, you'll find yourself doing anything to draw his gaze. The longer he looks at you, the better you'll feel."
Jack spent another ten minutes reinforcing this idea before starting the process of bringing her out of the trance.
"So how do you feel sis," jack asked a smile on his face.
Kelly's eyes fluttered open, a dreamy smile spreading across her face.
"I feel... amazing," stretching languidly on the couch. "So relaxed and light."
