"Ms. Elisa," Reid called in from the patio. She was in the living room stretching out her time straightening up books on his shelves and dusting here and there. Now she turned to the patio curiously.
"Yes?"
"Could you bring me a drink please?"
She sighed as if the request chafed her pink. Ms. Elisa explained to him before that she was a housekeeper not, repeat, not a maid or a servant. As a response, he'd increased her pay which was already a decent wad of cash. Now even though she despised the idea of waiting for him like a doting mother, she had to remind herself who lined her pockets.
"Coming right up." She said with no trace of enthusiasm before heading into the kitchen.
She didn't have to ask what he wanted, She already knew. Reid was a fan of champagne and Ms. Elisa had introduced him the idea of mimosas. Needless to say, she blew his mind. But sometimes she caught him staring at her with a glee in his eyes that said he was thirsty for more than a drink.
She toyed with the idea of bedding a man twelve years her junior but decided against it under the moniker of nothing good ever came of fucking your boss.
Yet, She'd be lying if she said she didn't enjoy his company. when he spoke there was no trace of adolescence in his voice or body language. The fact that she found him attractive didn't hurt either. Still, she had a job to do and Ms. Elisa prided herself on never falling short on her duties.
She recalled her days of being a waitress and decided to bring him his drink balanced on a tray. For a moment she was nineteen again smiling at patrons and stuffing tips into her pockets. then she stepped on to the patio and the wind threatened to tip the drink over. her movement of nostalgia was short lived as Ms. Elisa quickly balanced the tray.
