June kept her foot on the accelerator, she kept glancing at her phone that was mounted on the dashboard of the car.
"How much further Mom?" Jessica asked.
"Not much further dear." June answered her daughter. "On the GPS it says another twenty minutes, can you keep an eye out for a dirt road please."
Jessica nodded. "Will do Mom."
June lifted her eyes to the rearview mirror, she saw her other daughter Jane. She was still on her phone constantly texting away. She shook her head, this was supposed to be a holiday for them to enjoy together as a family without any electronic devices, before her two girls went off to college. She was amazed at how fast time had gone, she remembered carrying both of them in her stomach and now her two girls were leaving the house. The girls were twins the two of them had inherited their looks more from the mother than the father.
The girls got their Mother's blonde hair along with her shapely assets. Both girls had H-Cup breast size and round shapely butts. June herself had a pair of J-Cup breasts, they had grown after her pregnancy but didn't go back down after. June saw the dirt road was coming up on the phone's GPS.
Jessica pointed her finger at the dirt road. "I see the dirt road Mom."
June turned right, the dirt road lead to two story wooden house.
Jessica blinked as the house came into view. "Where did you find this place Mum?"
"On an online add."
June had been searching for a place that was close by the city, she was about to give up until she came across the add. She still remembered the advert for it. Want to get away from all your troubles for a good price! Then come on down to Rowan's Retreat, the perfect escape. June parked the car, she got out. Inside a man observed the oncoming car, he watched as a fair skinned woman stepped out of it, he licked his lips at the sight of her.
He felt himself get hard. "Damn, she's well-endowed."
He kept observing as the woman who appeared to be around his age unloaded the bags from the boot, she wore a white shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. The tightness of the clothing showed off all her shapely assets, his eyes darted to the left as he saw two young girls exit the back of the vehicle, they were both identical.
"They must be twins." The man said to himself. "Looks like the two of them got all their mom's features."
He kept his eyes focused on the twins, they both wore matching outfits, denim shorts along with loose white tops and black slippers. The girls bent down to get their luggage, from the man's vantage point, he could see the girl's jugs. Unfortunately, one of the twins had the decency to wear a black bra, the other didn't. The man had the pleasure to view that twin's boobs, he could see the pink areolas clearly. The man shook his head.

The girl's had finished picking up their luggage when they heard footstep approaching them.
"Good afternoon." The man greeted them. "Welcome to my retreat."
June raised a brow. "Your Rowan?"
Rowan nodded his head. "Yes." He held out his hand. "Allow me to help you carry your luggage."
"There will be no need for that." June replied. "We can manage."
Rowan held up his hands. "If you say so." He walked back to the house. "Let's head inside shall we, I will need to give you three the keys to your rooms."
The girls followed the man inside, the twins sat down on the couch while June went to get the keys from Rowan.
"We can all stay in one room." June insisted.
She didn't want to pay more for three rooms, not that she couldn't afford it, but it was the first time her children were away from the city, she wanted to make sure that she could keep an eye on them. Rowan opened the drawer, he rummaged around until he found three key's.
"Ah, The old motherly instinct." Rowan handed the keys to June. "There's no need to fret, your rooms are right next to each other on the second floor."
June unzipped her handbag. "How much will it be?"
"The price of a room here is $500." He thought for a moment. "You can consider this a family deal, pay for one room get the other two for free."
For June, it sounded too good to be true. "What's the catch?"
"No catch." He spoke. "You three are the first family who came to this place this year."
Rowan brought out a book. "All you need to do now is right down your names and sign."
June took out a pen from her handbag, she wrote down her name as well as her children's, after that she went back to her daughter's, with room keys in hand. Jane was already bored, the minute they arrived here, her phone lost its signal.
She turned to her sister. "Does your phone have signal?"
Jessica shook her head. "No."
With nothing else to do, she watched her mom talk with the owner, she noticed from time to time that the owner would steal glances in her direction. It was obvious what he was looking at, as she felt her nipples press against her top. She didn't make an effort to wear a bra, to her it was funny to see how men reacted when they got a glimpse of her cleavage. Her sister on the other hand was what she would call the good girl of the family. Even when they wore matching outfits, her sister would make sure that she was dressed modestly.
Jessica folded her arms over her chest. "He gives me the creeps."
"At least he looks decent." Said Jane. "He's not the stereotypical overweight fat slob."
The man had a silver suit on, he had a slim figure, his chin had a bit of a stuble and his partly gray hair was slicked back. Jessica rolled her eyes as her sister said that. From the time the owner introduced himself she felt something was off about him. The way he looked at them was as if he had won the jackpot. She saw her mother get their room keys, the way the owner's eyes were transfixed on her mom's rear was unsettling to Jessica.
"Alright girls lets head to our rooms." Said June.
The girls picked up their bags and headed upstairs. June gave her children their keys. Jane entered her room, it was a simple set up, bed on the left-hand corner of the room, a cupboard on the right-hand side as well as a compact cabinet that had a lamp on top of it and the bathroom which was right next to her. She could see a window above the bed. Walking towards it, she climbed on the bed to see through the window, outside she saw a pool that was covered by a pool net, a few loungers were set up by the pool that she could suntan on. Jane exited her room, she heard her sister come out of her room.
"This place has a pool." Jessica said with excitement.
