You could say my sex life was doing okay. My neighbor Tresa was often an early morning visitor after her husband had left for work. She wasn't worried about neighbors seeing us. She knew most of them, and was confident that the story she had spread about us having coffee together was holding up. They knew she was lonely, but they believed that she had an old college friend on the side.
Yes, I was content, but like most males I never missed a pretty face when I was out in public. I was in the local pizza place, ordering my lunch, when she walked in with a friend. I couldn't help but notice this blonde! Permed blonde hair framed a naturally tanned, very attractive face. She had a floral blouse on with what looked like a very nice set of large C cups underneath. She wore skin tight white pants that accentuated a very tight ass and slender legs. She was wearing high heeled sandals underneath. I was very impressed with what I was seeing, and when she looked over at me I smiled and winked. She smiled back, and although friendly, there was no apparent interest either. I mentally shrugged and since she didn't seem upset by my attention, gently flirted with her, basically smiling when she
noticed me looking at her.
I was about to get my food and sit down by myself when I noticed her friend pulling out a cell phone, talking for a moment, then getting her food to go. After she left, I walked over to her.
"Hello."
She was slightly startled. "Well, hello."
"I see your friend had to leave. Want to share a table? It's a little crowded in here."
That was an understatement, as the lunch crowd was filing in and the tables were filling up. She looked around and shrugged. "I guess." Not the most enthusiastic response, but I could work with it. We made our way to an empty table and sat
down.
Neither of us said anything for a moment as we enjoyed our food. I could tell that she was relaxing a bit, beginning to understand I wasn't an immediate threat.
Naturally I had seen the wedding ring on her hand. "By the way, my name's William."
It's hard to ignore such a polite request for a name, although I've seen some women do so. I could tell she was a little reluctant from her tone, but finally she replied, "Kathy."
"Nice to meet you, Kathy. I'm a firefighter with the city. Sorry your friend had to leave." Women tend to relax more when they know you have a steady job, and being a firefighter is still respected by most.
"Nice to meet you too, William. We work at a law office together. One of the partner's had a minor problem come up and needed her to come back to handle something."
I said in a friendly, non-threatening way, "Well, I appreciate you gracing my lunch table with your presence today. I hate eating alone and it's nice to have the company of an attractive woman."
She smiled at that and arched an eyebrow at me. "I doubt you have that problem often. Besides, don't you think that I'm a little old for you?" She twisted her wedding ring on her finger. "I am married, if you hadn't noticed."
I've seen married women do the ring thing before. Usually their brain is trying to remind them they're married, while their lower regions are remembering how nice it is to flirt with someone. I grinned at her, and said, "I see the ring, but that doesn't mean that you can't enjoy a simple lunch with someone, does it?"
She smiled back faintly. "No, I guess there's no harm in that."
"See, no problems!" I smiled again and took a bite, watching her intently while she also resumed eating. The next few minutes would be key. Either she'd get up and head back to work, or she'd decide to stay and say something to continue the conversation. If she stayed, I'd read her right and there was a flicker of interest.
"So, how long have you been working for the city?"
Bingo! I casually replied, "Oh, about six months now."
"You like it?"
"I do. We see some bad things, but I get a chance to help people and that's the best part of the job."
"I feel the same way. When our firm wins a big case and the plaintiff's see that settlement figure, I really remember why all the long hours sometimes are worth it."
We continued to eat in a more friendly silence for a moment. She was about done with her food, and I knew I needed to take the initiative. "So, did you walk over here?"
"Yes. Our office is just a few blocks away. You must not be on duty since you're not wearing your uniform. Do you live nearby?"
"I have my own home in one of the neighborhoods. Where do you live?"
"My husband and I have a small horse farm a few miles away." She was getting up and getting ready to leave, and it seemed natural to both of us for me to do the same thing. We walked to the front door, depositing our trash in the bin, then walked outside. It was a beautiful fall day, with blue skies and a few clouds, pleasant in the low 70's.
"Well, it was nice meeting you, William."
"Same here, Kathy. I'd like to do it again sometime, if you'd like."
"I don't think that would be a good idea."
"Why not?"
"Well, I am married. People might get the wrong idea. Besides, I usually eat with one of the girls in the office."
"I get that Kathy, but I don't see any problem with just having lunch together in a public place. It's not like we're meeting in a hotel bar at night somewhere!"
Almost unwillingly, she giggled. "No, I guess not." She started walking back to her office, and I turned to go with her. After a few steps, she looked at me with a mixture of resignation and something else. "You're serious, aren't you? What about you? Aren't you worried someone will see us together?"
"No, not at all. I'm not in a committed relationship right now." I saw her relax and decided to press that momentary advantage. "We're simply two adults who met by chance, had a nice meal together, and decided that it would be fun if we ate together every once in a while. I see no harm in that." I lowered my voice some and gave her an admiring glance. She blushed as I continued, smiling widely. "It's just a coincidence that you are a very sexy, desirable female. Besides, any man who sees us will be jealous of me!"
She blushed harder, and lowered her face slightly. Most married women who have been married for awhile are starved for attention, their husbands having fallen into a rut and so caught up in their daily routine that they forgot to do the little things to make a woman feel appreciated. Few men remembered flowers, or compliments, or anything else that reminded the woman why they fell in love with them in the first place. Women need and crave that attention, it keeps them feeling young, and when a man is willing to show it to them, it drew them in like flies to honey.
I knew I had won when she looked at me, shook her head, and then nodded once to herself. "Fine." She sounded exasperated, but there was no doubt that there was a bit of anticipation and even excitement in her voice when she said, "Are you off tomorrow?"
"Where do you want to meet?"
"How about that new burger restaurant around the corner? None of the girls want to try it and it looks good to me. Say same time as today?" I nodded and handed her my cell phone. "What's this for?"
"Put in your number so if anything happens, I'll know." She hesitated, but punched the numbers in and hit send, and I heard her phone vibrate in her purse. I took the phone back and put her in my contacts list. "See you tomorrow!" She smiled and waved, then set off for her office. I watched her walk away, and that tight ass sway in those white pants, and knew that I might just have a live one here.
The next day I texted her before we were about to meet just to confirm, and got back a 'thumbs up' emoji. I got there a few minutes early, and saw Kathy walking up about the same time. It's a good sign when they're early, and it was even better when I noticed her makeup was a little brighter and appeared freshly touched up. She was wearing a very attractive shade of pink lipstick, and the thought of those beautiful lips wrapped around my cock sent a shiver through me. She was wearing a white skirt that showed off a beautiful pair of bare legs, accented by the three inch heels she wore, a different floral print blouse with a white jacket over it, and her fingernails were freshly manicured with white tips.
"Hey, Kathy!'
"Hello, William."
Now that she was seeing me again it was obvious that she was having second thoughts. The fish might be nibbling at the bait, but it hadn't swallowed the hook yet. I had a plan for that as well, though. I pulled a single pink rose out from behind my back and handed it to her, already in a glass stem vase.
"I think this goes very well with that pretty lipstick you're wearing, don't you?"
She blushed, and took it. "That was very sweet of you, thank you."
"Did I mention how beautiful you look today?"
She blushed. "Now, William, I thought this was just a casual lunch. You're acting like this is a date!"
