Lydia's exciting week continues.

Dave felt much better when he woke from a deep sleep. For the last number of days he had been hit with a minor stomach bug, staying in bed for three days. His sister had dropped in each day to check up on him, bringing him food and drinks. On this Friday morning he felt normal again and looked forward to the day and weekend ahead.
He thought about William and the ladies in his life. He had not opened the security app on his phone while feeling unwell. He did so now, seeing Lydia and Gillian both asleep. He closed the app, planning to be at their house early, hoping he would see them.
An hour later Lydia woke, feeling refreshed after her own long sleep. On the previous night, after another day of new experiences, she had spent some time watching TV with William before having an early night to bed. Thankfully he had spent most of the time talking about Tony's visit and didn't ask much about her day. She had asked Gillian to get her son ready for school, telling her that she was not going to the office until late in the morning.
Lydia lay in the bed, looking forward to her Spa treatment. She had decided what she wanted to have done. She hoped that James would join her for lunch and that afterwards, she might have the opportunity to please him. She heard her daughter and son active around the house and then heard Gillian talking to someone, that she quickly realised was Dave.
Dave arrived at the house just as Gillian was about to take her younger brother to school. She was dressed in jeans and a black t-shirt. Her tits looked wonderful in the T-Shirt and her ass peachy in the jeans. They exchanged greetings before Dave checked in on William.
"Hi William, have you missed me?"

For the next hour they worked through their exercises, Dave pushing his patient hard. Then Dave heard movement upstairs, "Is someone in the house William?"
William responded, "Lydia is still here. I think she's going in later this morning."
Dave sat his patient down on his wheelchair, picking up his phone to open the security app, "Sorry William, I need to check an email." On the app he saw Lydia walking around her bedroom in a large dressing gown.
He turned back to William, "Let's get you in the shower," before undressing him and turning the shower on.
Lydia left her bedroom and heard the shower as she reached the bottom of the stairs. She contemplated whether she should just enter William's room without knocking. She wondered if perhaps Dave might be naked in the shower with William. The thought excited her.
She thought it best to knock on the door, hearing Dave tell her to come in.

Dave finished with William and got him back in his bed. They had a brief chat before Dave left the house.
Lydia heard the front door close, looking out her window to see Dave leaving. Dressed in sexy white underwear, she was disappointed that he had left without seeing her dressed. All that morning, James had been busy making business calls to several potential new clients. Two of them had the potential to contribute very large profits and he was excited at the prospects. He had agreed to meet them in the coming weeks, when they said they would be visiting his city.
It was now approaching the time when he knew that Lydia would be starting her treatments. He finished his calls, thinking about what he had planned for the afternoon.
Lydia arrived at the Country Club a short time before her treatment was due. She proceeded immediately to the Spa to be greeted by the manager, that she had met before. "Hello Lydia, it's great to see you again."
"Thank you. It's lovely to be back."
"Have you decided what you would like?"
"Yes, I would love a pedicure and manicure please."
"Ok, Julia is free. I think you met her before."
