John continued, "Bottom line, Eva will sell us a portion of her shares over time such that I will eventually have 40%, Sam 40% and Eva retains 20%. Dad will be able to get back to his design business but do some of our high-end design projects. Sam, Eva and I will meet quarterly to go over operations and split the profits.
