The next morning Heidi woke up early. She laid there, looking at Tim's nude body as he slumbered next to her, remembering all the pleasure they'd shared since they got to the condo. "What do you want to do now?" she asked. They were sitting in the living room, watching TV, sipping coffee she'd made.
"How about getting something to eat?" Tim suggested.

"Why don't we find a fast food place that serves breakfast and grab something?" he suggested.
"Good idea," Heidi said. She extricated herself from Tim's grasp, stood up, and headed for the stairs up to the kitchen level. He swatted her on the butt as she walked away from him. She turned and frowned at him. "Watch that, buster," she said.
Tim grinned. "I do watch it. Constantly. I can't take my eyes off it," he said.
"Tim, what am I going to do with you?" Heidi said, blushing.
They got in her car and, with Tim driving, headed out to find a fast-food restaurant.
Heidi snuggled against him as they drove. "What are we going to do when we get home?" she asked.
"What do you mean?" Tim asked. He laid his hand on her leg and squeezed her thigh. "We're going to get married and live happily ever after, aren't we?"
Heidi laid her hand on his. "That's what I mean," she said.
"You don't want to get married and live happily ever after?" he asked.
Heidi looked at him. "Tim, I'm serious," she said. "There's more to it than that and you know it."
"Like what?" he asked. "I suppose we have to decide where we're going to live, stuff like that, but..." He shrugged.
Heidi sighed. "Tim, there are a lot of things we need to get straightened out, don't you understand?" she said.
"Yeah, I do," he said. "But I don't think there's anything we can't deal with. I love you, that's all that matters."
"Oh, Tim!" Heidi said, "What am I going to do with you?" Her hand stroked the back of his neck.
The familiar gesture filled Tim with warmth. "You're going to marry me and make me the happiest man in the world," he said. "That's all I've wanted since the first time we were together. I admit that for the last few years I was sure that would never happen, but now..."
Heidi's finger was tickling his face now. It felt wonderful. He pulled into the parking lot of a fast-food place and looked at her. "Drive-thru or go inside?" he asked.
"Drive-thru," Heidi said, "I'm selfish, I don't want to share you."
