As we were heading to the rear of the house I led and went to the pool area. But no one followed me. I gave her a little time to work her charm before walking back inside. I heard them talking in the main bathroom, I walked in and was shocked, Sue had her shoes off and both of them were in the shower alcove. "Chad, there you are, I wanted to see if we could shower together, but you weren't here so I asked Steve to try it with me. What do you think, hang on, I'll turn around the same way we do it at home." Sue said as she turned, lent over to the wall and pressed her bum into Steve's crutch. Embarrassed, Steve moved out of the shower, but his excitement was obvious. Sue smiled and winked at Chad as she walked past following Steve. "Of course I want to ask about expenses with rates, power and others." Chad said.
"That's settled, I go with Steve to show him the way, we'll meet you back at our place." Sue said as she took his hand and they walked to Steve's 4wd. Steve opened the door for her, and as Sue was getting in her skirt rode up showing her panties, they both looked down, but neither tried to adjust her skirt or Steve look away, then Chad was driving towards them so Steve shut the door.
Driving behind Chad on the way back, Sue didn't pull her skirt down but turned sideways to Steve showing a lot more.
"You know this trick is not going to work, I'm not going to lower the price because of your flirting." Steve said while still glancing down at the pantie show.
"That was the original plan but now I want to know you a lot better, if you know what I mean, do you like the view I'm giving you." Sue said.
"Buy what about your husband? Does he know what your plan is?" Steve asked.
"Yes he thinks I can charm you to lower the price so he will give us a little privacy."
On entering the house Sue took Steve into the lounge and they sat on the sofa together, Chad sat on a single chair facing them.
"Chad, can you get us some coffee please?" Sue asked as she smiled at Chad and slightly nodded her head towards the kitchen. Chad got the hint and left the room, Sue immediately kissed Steve and whispered this is exciting, we might get caught.
Chad put the 2 cups of coffee on the little table in front of them, he could see they were both flushed or embarrassed, he excused himself saying he was going to the bathroom, but stopped just outside the door. He heard the sound of kissing and gentle moans from Sue. He thought we had better get the house a lot cheaper.

"Chad what we need is a nice bottle of wine from that little winery we go to. Would you be a dear and go and get a bottle?" Sue asked in a childish sort of voice.
"But that's over a half hour drive each way, I will be gone for at least an hour." Chad pleaded.
"Yes that's OK we can wait for an hour, that will be the highlight of our night. Go on dear as soon as you go the sooner you'll get back." Sue said frowning to get her point across.
Chad got up and made his way to the door, saying he will be back soon as possible. But he drove a couple of houses and waited 10 minutes before coming back inside. Sue and Steve were no longer in the front room, he made his way towards the bed room, the door was open, but he just stood there and didn't look in for fear of being seen.
"Are you sure your husband is OK with this?" Steve asked as he was getting undressed.
"Yes, he saw us in the shower at your house, me licking the sauce off your lips and kissing you and holding hands almost rubbing you erection and he noticed when you were aroused." Sue said "Come on we only have an hour."
