Mike and Cassie were the perfect couple. It seemed that the only challenge they ever had to face together was the fact that Mike was away from home for months at a time, as he was serving in the Army. It was definitely hard on their relationship, but it also made their passion for each other that much stronger when they finally reunited.
Life as a military wife was hard for Cassie. She did her best to make friends with other military wives to help her not feel so alone while Mike was deployed. She lived for the rare times that she got to talk to her husband via video chat. She loved getting all dolled up for him, even if it was just for a five minute conversation on a fuzzy computer screen.
Mike was the classic tall, dark and handsome guy. He stood 6 ft 2 with thick brown hair, deep brown eyes, and a neatly trimmed beard. Thanks to his strict workout regiment in the military, he was extremely fit and had well defined abs and strong arms.
Cassie was strikingly beautiful. She was the kind of woman that turned heads everywhere she went, no matter what she was wearing. She had long, dark brown hair, brown eyes and luscious curves in all the right places. Her make-up was always impeccably and tastefully done. She was a fairly tall woman at 5 ft 8, and often stood taller, as she appreciated how a nice pair of heels could compliment almost any outfit.
It was late September. Mike was due to come back home in just one day. Cassie was over the moon excited to see her husband. It had been a very long 4 months without seeing each other. Without touching each other. Cassie always made sure the day Mike came home was extra special.
Mike's favorite dessert was cherry cheesecake. Cassie made a cheesecake from scratch, and even made the cherry topping with fresh cherries to make it extra special for him. Mike had always appreciated Cassies attention to detail. It looked perfect. She had it all planned out. They would dive into the dessert as they watched a romantic comedy and cuddled on the couch at home.
It was simple, but they enjoyed their tradition of ordering in pizza and hanging out at home the evening he got back from a deployment. This allowed them to make the most of their time together catching up and being close. They both enjoyed the extra intimacy after being without for what seemed like an eternity. Especially since Mike was an exceptionally good kisser. "Gosh do I miss those lips." Cassie thought to herself as she was daydreaming about Mike's arrival tomorrow.
It was the day of Mike's homecoming! Cassie sprang out of bed in excitement as her alarm went off. She was only a few hours away from being reunited with her husband. She got up early so she could put some finishing touches on the fall decorations in their home. Afterall, fall was their favorite season and she wanted to make sure it was perfect for him. The cool crisp air. The beautiful fall colors. The comforting scents. They both loved it all.
After Cassie was done decorating, she started to get herself ready to go pick up Mike. She showered, applied her make-up and put on the perfect outfit. It was a flowy burgundy floral printed dress. It had a modest v neck to show off just enough of her perky breasts. She paired it with a pair of strappy nude heels. "Mike will love it!" she thought to herself as she smiled, checking herself in a full length mirror.
It was time to leave. Cassie gathered up her keys, wallet and phone and headed out the door. About an hour later she made it to the airport, where she was picking Mike up. She got a notification that his plane had just landed. Soon, she started to see service men and women in their uniforms fill the area. Then she spotted Mike
As soon as he saw her standing there he picked up his pace, walking towards her quickly. The moment he reached her, he dropped his bags on the floor. She leapt into his arms, lifting both feet off the ground as they embraced. After a moment, they both let go and took a step back, looking each other up and down.
