It all started innocently enough, a new couple to be friends with when my wife and I were feeling all alone. If I'd known then what I was getting us into, I... I don't know what I'd do. We were new to the area, no family or friends and making a fresh start in our late twenties. Relocating for work is stressful, hectic, and exciting all at once, but when I got laid off it was a fresh start for my wife Jennifer and I.
To be honest we were in a bit of a rut. We were happy, but after a few years of marriage things had devolved into a sort of routine. Nothing was bad, but when I realized the difference in our lives from when we first started dating and our honeymoon period and life now I got depressed. Not a lot to talk about, sex only every other week (if that). When I got laid off it was honestly a relief, for the first time in a long time I didn't know exactly what was going to happen next. I couldn't have possibly imagined.
Long story short I started the job hunt, and after a few months I got a higher paying job (marketing, the less said the better) but the only hitch was it was across the country. Away from everyone we knew. Jennifer was supportive, and since she was a graphic artist doing commissioned work, moving wasn't an issue for her. In less than a month we'd said our goodbyes, packed our lives into a shipping pod, and bought a new house in the suburbs near my work.
That's where James and Teresa, the power couple that upended our lives, came in. I was sweating like a pig, dressed in pajamas carrying boxes inside and here comes this immaculate pair to welcome us to the neighborhood. James towered over me at 6 foot 4 at least, a handsome black man in his mid-30s. The way his hand engulfed my own when we shook made me feel like a child. Teresa towered as well in her heels. Her long legs, bronzed skin, and short cropped blonde hair made her seem like a supermodel. Despite this overpowering first impression, they were warm and welcoming. We chatted for a bit in the driveway, before I invited them in out of the heat. They told us about some restaurants we should check out, local spots for music and drinks, but went one step further by inviting us over for dinner the following night.
"This makes me feel better, first day here and already making friends." I said to Jennifer after they left.
"Yea, they seemed really nice didn't they? I can't believe how beautiful Teresa is." She responded.
"Yea, they did seem nice." I didn't comment on Teresa's drop dead gorgeous looks, dangerous territory. I grabbed Jennifer and pulled her into me for a kiss. "I'm glad we're making a new start here, it will be good for us."
It was a new start, and I wonder now how much Teresa and James had already been planning by then...

The next night we walked over to their place for dinner. Teresa met us at the door in a very short black dress that started my heart beating, and greeted us with long hugs. Her large breasts pushed into my chest as she leaned into me. I awkwardly placed my hand on her back and found nothing but bare skin. Embarrassed, I pulled away, but neither she nor Jennifer seemed to notice. As I followed them in, vaguely hearing Jennifer's polite questions about the house and the artwork hanging in the hallway, my eyes were drawn to Teresa's long legs, and the hem of the dress that barely covered her ass. As she walked into the kitchen, her hips swayed side to side, and the fabric swished back and forth in a hypnotizing way.
"Like the view?" I had walked right past James where he leaned against the counter, glass of wine in hand. He smiled at me and raised his eyebrows.
"I... uh... " I began dumbly.
"Oh wow!" Jennifer said. "That is beautiful, your backyard looks right over the valley!"
James laughed and slapped me on the shoulder. "Yea that view, we were the first to buy a lot in this development, so we got our choice."
Saved from this awkward moment, I gladly accepted a glass of wine and told myself to stop ogling my neighbors wife. Over the first bottle of wine and the second we got acquainted. James was a sales executive and Teresa was a psychiatrist. They must have been doing pretty well for themselves, based on their home. It must have been one of the largest homes in the neighborhood, and while I don't know much about art Jennifer recognized several pieces in their home.
With a very pleasant buzz going dinner was served. Teresa had prepared seared duck breast with potatoes fried in duck fat, and while we savored all the food James opened more and more wine for us to try.
We moved outside to enjoy the night air, and as Jennifer and I sat on one of the patio couches I was surprised when Teresa seated herself between us. James took a seat opposite of us.
"Are you guys up for a game?" she asked, placing a hand on my shoulder. My heart began to beat hard again and my eyes slipped to the cleavage spilling out in front of me.
"What kind of game?" I asked.
"It's a card game we just got a sort of gag gift, 'Naughty Cocktail Questions' or something." She pulled an unmarked black box from a nearby table. "It's sort of trashy, but I thought it would be good for a laugh."
"Yes! We played something like that last year, didn't we honey, at Bill's house?" Jennifer said.
"Yea, something like that..." But this game turned out to be nothing like that one.
It started out as you'd expect. "Where did you lose your virginity?", "What celebrity would you most like to spend the night with?" things like that. On James' second turn, he got asked the last time he'd had sex, which apparently had been about two hours before we showed up.
"Oh yes, James is quite insatiable, I can hardly keep him off me." Teresa laughed, slapping my knee. I realized the discussion had given me a semi, and I shifted my legs to hide it. Jennifer and I met eyes, hers were open wide in amusement and shock.
It was Jennifer's turn next, Teresa pulled a card. "Have you ever had sex with a member of the same sex?"
