Author's Notes

Thanks to George Anderson for writing the original "FEBRUARY SUCKS" story

it is a well-crafted story of a wife's ultimate disrespect, betrayal, and cruelty to her unsuspecting husband and the result of her betrayal. If you have not read the original story, please stop now, and read it.

Mr. Anderson has granted blanket permission for other writers to extend and re-tell the story. And many have. I recommend you read other follow-up stories (there are MANY from which to choose) but that can wait until you have read my version *wink*.

While trying to stay faithful to George's original story I have taken liberty on some of the minor details like the ages of Jim and Linda's children, Jim's occupation, and some background details. Please bear with me; The changes were necessary to make the stories flow together. I don't think any of these changes have a major impact on the overall story.

To make this story stand on its own, I am including a brief summary of George's inspiring story. (Again, read the original story as my summary does NOT do it justice!)

This is not only my first submission on Literotica.com but, the first finished work. Please be kind but honest with your criticism and suggestions. I will appreciate your suggestions and try to learn from them. If you think I should keep my writing to myself, just say so. But be warned, if you encourage me at all, I have other stories on a hard drive. I may be emboldened to finish them and share them with you.

I don't know how more experienced authors do it. I have read and re-read the story. Every time, I can't resist making minor tweaks ranging from changing a word here and there to re-writing paragraphs. Any errors you find are solely of my own making, not the monkeys. I'm sure I would have replaced them in the next reading with other errors.

This is a work of fiction and the sex scenes do NOT involve minors, but the scenes may be a bit lengthy so feel free to skip through them.

I hope you enjoy the story.

===============================

It had been the worst February snowstorm in recent memory. Snow fell faster than the city's plows could remove it. Schools and roads had been closed for days at a time. Work from home had been encouraged where possible. Critical workers such as hospital staff and police had been sheltering at work. Effectively the city had been shut down.

To Jim and Linda's children, Emma, 13, and Tommy, 11, it was a February that would stand out in their minds for years. They had missed a total of nine days of school in February alone. While it was too cold and snowy for them to play outside for extended periods of time, they got to read, watch TV, play games, and do projects with their equally confined parents. Overall, it had been nearly three weeks of quality family time.

At long last, the weather was clear. It looked like the last week of February might somehow make up for the rest of the month.

Linda Carlisle and Jim, her husband, had plans Friday night to celebrate their missed Valentine's date with dinner and dancing at The Madison followed by an intimate night at a nearby hotel. This was a tradition established shortly after they married fifteen years ago. Linda already had a new dress for their Valentine date but had refused to let Jim even see it "until we're leaving for our date."

The plans were in place, reservations made, and a sitter for their two children lined up.

Wednesday when Linda shared their plans with her best friend Dee the plans suddenly expanded to include the four other couples, she and Jim regularly did things with. Linda knew Jim would be disappointed their intimate date had become a group outing but what could she do? Dee just took over the planning.

By the time Jim got home it was a done deal. All the other couples had agreed the celebration was a wonderful way to celebrate the end of the worst February anyone could remember. The intimate table for two at the Madison had grown to be a table for ten and the other couples also had their own hotel reservations.

Linda was right, Jim's disappointment was evident but improved slightly when Linda shared her plans. "You'll get to see my Valentine dress. We'll have dinner, dance a few dances, and spend a little time with our friends, and leave early. We'll still have plenty of time for intimacy and I got us a late checkout. I have a special surprise for you when we get back to our room."

Jim thought about the friends they were going to be spending the evening with. Jim's least favorite couple were Dee Radford and her husband Dave. Dee was Linda's best friend. She was manipulative, flirty, maybe even slutty. Jim suspected she might have cheated on Dave. Jim doubted Dave was as naive as he acted but did not know for sure if Dave was a willing cuckold or if he cheated on Dee. In any case, they were never his first choice as a couple to do things with.

Jane Miles is also a flirt and Jim suspected she would not turn down an opportunity to hop in bed with the right person. Her attention had made Jim uncomfortable more than once even though he had observed her attentions were not directed just in his direction. Her husband Phil seemed to be a bit of a pervert, especially when he has had a little too much to drink. Phil had openly propositioned each of the women in the group only to have his advances dismissed with laughter.

The "blond" in the group, Gail Nolan and her husband Bob seemed well matched. Jim was reasonably sure they had an open marriage. Only once had they raised the subject of swapping partners to the group. Jim had shut that conversation immediately by saying he believed any infidelity constituted cheating and when it came to cheating his attitude was once and done. While everyone agreed, Jim remembered Linda was the only one to express full and unreserved agreement.

Jim's favorite couple were Trisha (Trish) and Bill Easton. Jim would gladly hang around with Trish and Bill any time. They were in love with each other and acted like they honored their partner and their marriage. In fact, Jim could not understand why Trish even hung around with the rest of the women.

Friday Afternoon

Jim took off early. The plan was for him to take Emma and Tommy to his brother's house for a sleepover, pack for the night, get his shower, and get dressed before Linda got home. He would then spend an hour or so cooling his heels in the family room. Jim had never understood why after spending a couple of hours at a beauty parlor, it still took Linda an hour or two to "get ready."

Linda arrived just as Jim was getting out of the shower and immediately bundled him and everything he needed to get dressed into Tommy's room.

Linda packed quickly into the half empty suitcase Jim had packed for himself. Clothes for coming home tomorrow, a brand-new set of lingerie for later that night, and minimal grooming and makeup items did not even come close to filling the suitcase. "No sense packing anything else. I expect to be naked most of the time we're in the hotel" she told herself. She added a towel to keep things from shifting around.

Linda laid out the lingerie, dress, and shoes she was wearing tonight on the bed. Before starting to dress she admired herself in the mirror and was pleased with what she saw. Staring back at her was a woman in her mid-thirties that looked closer to 30. Yes, there was a little weight showing here and there. Her C sized breasts were still firm and beautifully shaped. Thinking about her plans for Jim later tonight, Linda ran her hands over her nipples, and they began to make themselves known.

Her pussy was still a little red from the waxing this afternoon, but the pain had subsided. Linda ran one hand down her abdomen, cupping her pussy and running her middle finger along the seam and between the lips. Even though the smoothness felt new and good she made herself stop or they would never make it to dinner.

The light blue, barely there, lace thong was the first thing she put on. She knew Jim would love it as she glanced in the mirror. She smiled at the thought that would make the night even hotter.

Then came the black hold-up stockings, the wide lace tops almost reaching her crotch. The bands at the top were tight enough Linda knew she did not have to worry about them sliding down, a good thing since she was not planning to wear a garter belt.

The electric blue dress was shiny satin-like material. It was so smooth it almost felt slippery. The front of the dress consisted of two barely wide enough straps ascending from the waist to tie behind her neck. The straps were nearly skintight, revealing a lot of cleavage and even some side-boob. The back, well there really wasn't a back. There were slits over each leg starting just below the waist. The length provided the only semblance of modesty by extending to just above her ankles.

Linda had planned to use a pair of silicone nipple covers to make sure her nipples didn't show through the front of the dress. But she realized the covers would be even more obvious than her nipples and would have attracted more attention to her bare breasts, so the nipple covers were given the night off.

With a final look at the mirror, a spritz of Jim's favorite perfume, and minor adjustments to her hair and makeup Linda took a deep breath, turned, and opened the door.

As usual, Jim had positioned himself where he could enjoy the big reveal as Linda descended the stairs. This was another tradition of their Valentine date night Jim really enjoyed. Jim knew his wife was beautiful whether she was dressed to work in the yard or go out for a night of dinner and dancing. But somehow, she always managed to find that little extra for their special Valentine date night. And tonight was no exception!

Jim was convinced a goddess descended the stairs. He did not know how she did it, but she looked more gorgeous than he could ever remember, except for when she walked down the aisle to him fifteen years ago.

She made it all the way to the foot of the stairs before Jim found his voice. "You are more beautiful and sexier than I've ever seen you. Let's forget about going out and stay in so I can dine on you."

"Thanks. You are looking pretty good yourself. But you know if we don't show up, we'd never hear the end of it."

"That's ok. I'm not sure I want to share you with other people tonight. Especially looking as good as you do."

"Just remember we'll make an early evening of it and be back in our room as soon as possible. Now run up, grab the suitcase, and help me on with my coat."

**********

Checking in at the hotel, they left the suitcase in the room and freshened up before departing for the Madison.

Just as the door closed on the departing couple Linda remembered. "Hold on, I forgot something. Wait here." She ducked into the room and was back out in a flash.

"OK, off to dinner."

They left the hotel holding hands and talking about things loving couples talk about when they have time to themselves without their children.

**********

After checking their coats at the Madison, they were shown to their table. The other couples were already there and had ordered drinks. The waiter showed up promptly to take their drink order, giving everyone time to consult the dinner menu.

Drinks were delivered. Dinner was ordered, delivered, and eaten. Most of the conversation was centered on the recent weather and stories of storm survival. Other topics covered included what was happening at work, what the children were up to, normal adult friends' stuff.

The band was setting up as their waiter cleared the table and took orders for additional drinks.

The band was playing their opening set and a few couples were out on the dance floor when Phil turned to Linda. "Linda, you are looking better tonight than I think I've ever seen you. Would you join me for a dance?"

Before Jim had a chance to bristle, Linda responded. "Thanks Phil, this is a special night for Jim and me. I'll be doing all my dancing with Jim."

Smiling Jim added holding out his hand "In that case, may I have this dance?"

Beaming, Linda took his hand. Jim led her onto the floor.

Several songs later, Jim and Linda returned to their table. Three couples were out on the dance floor Leaving Gail and Bob talking at the table. Linda asked Gail to go with her to the restroom, leaving Jim and Bob to talk.

Before Gail and Linda returned the band announced they were taking a fifteen-minute break and all the dancers headed for their tables or the restrooms.

"We timed that right, didn't we" Linda said as she and Gail joined everyone at the table. Linda moved her chair closer to Jim and grabbed his hand pulling it under the table. She pressed a small bit of fabric into Jim's hand as she turned to kiss him passionately. The kiss lasted long enough for everyone at the table to suggest they get a room.

Jim understood Linda didn't want the rest of the table to know she had slipped him something and guessing / hoping he knew what it was, Jim was exploring it with his fingers. The item seemed to be a tiny bit of lace and a couple of strings. Pulling it into his lap, he looked briefly into his lap, confirming it was indeed a thong and since it felt slightly damp, he assumed it was Linda's and now the only thing she had on under her dress were her stockings. He felt his erection growing and wanted to bring the fabric to his nose for final confirmation but managed to suppress the urge, secure the thong in his pocket, and relieve some of the pressure in his pants.

Halfway through the band's break another large party was escorted to a couple of tables on the other side of the room. A wave of whispers made it across the room announcing the new party was Marc LaValliere and a group of local football players.

Jim was surprised at the reaction spreading throughout the room. Everyone seemed to be excited, especially the women. Sure, he is famous, more than just locally. He was big, muscular, confident, and well dressed. You could hardly watch the news a week, even during the off-season without hearing his name mentioned. So, Jim had to admit he could appreciate why Marc would be attractive to women and why there was a stir circling the room.

The band was getting ready to start the second set when Marc wandered over to the band, greeting them like old friends. Marc continued around the room greeting people.

The band started playing and people at other tables were getting up to fill the dance floor.

Linda was still holding onto Jim's hand under the table when she announced "I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm a bit tired. Jim, what do you say we call it a night?"

A collective gasp escaped from Jim and Linda's table of friends. Everyone was staring at something behind Linda and Jim. Jim turned to realize Marc was standing right behind him, looking down at Linda holding out his enormous hand. "Pardon me. You are the most beautiful lady here. May I have a dance with you?"

Linda froze for less than a second, dropped Jim's hand, turned toward Marc, gave him her hand, and rose. Jim tried to push his chair back so he could get up and confront Marc only to realize Marc had positioned himself to block such a move. Then they were gone. There was nothing Jim could do that would not have caused a scene.

Of course, Phil had to make a remark about Linda only dancing with Jim and guessing that it was only until something better came along. That garnered him a very sharp punch in the ribs from Jane, his wife.

Jim started to go interrupt them, but Dee spoke up. "Jim, it's only a dance. One she'll be able to brag about for years. She'll be back in a few minutes and you two can leave for your night of passion."

Jim understood nothing good would come from interrupting the dance and like Dee said it was just one dance. But then it was a second dance, a slow one and no Linda. The third dance, another slow one, was about halfway through when Jim spotted the couple heading off the dance floor. They spoke briefly before each heading to their own table.

Jim started to cool down when he noticed Linda's smile, she was radiant. She looked as happy as he had ever seen her. Then when their eyes met, the smile faded, as did her radiance. Something was wrong, Jim knew it instantly. He didn't know what was wrong, but he knew he had to be alert.

Jim noticed Linda catch Dee's eye, nothing else. He wouldn't have noticed if not on full alert but now he recognized it as if Linda were screaming it for everyone to hear.

As soon as Linda reached the table, Dee jumped up and announced "I've got to run to the restroom. Linda, I bet you could use a bit of freshening too." And they were off to the restroom.

Jim noticed Marc closing out his tab and heading toward the coat room. He excused himself from the table saying "I think we could use another couple of drinks. I should have plenty of time before they get back."

A couple of Marc's teammates intercepted Jim as he neared the bar.

The larger started "You're not planning on causing any problem are you?"

Without pausing Jim replied "Depends. I'm just going to get my coat and leave. What do you have in mind?"

Jim waved to two bouncers standing beside the bar. They waved back looking a little confused.

To Jim's relief Marc's teammates turned back toward their table apparently deciding that helping Marc score could be a career ending move if it ended in a public brawl with the bouncers.

After a brief argument with the coat check girl, Marc turned and left through the back door without Linda's coat.

Jim made it to the back door, peaked out, spotted Marc, and spotted a somewhat protected area where he could wait without being spotted. It looked like Marc was standing there waiting for his car to be brought around. Linda was nowhere in sight. Jim's feelings soared. Had he been mistaken all along?

Jim began to suspect he had read something wrong and jumped to the wrong conclusion.

Jim was still standing in his protected spot when a red Ferrari pulled up to the curb. The attendant jumped out, ran around the car, and handed the key to Marc. But Marc did not appear to be in any hurry to leave, visiting instead with the attendant.

Jim's mind immediately jumped to the conclusion Marc was waiting for someone and Jim understood, with certainty, for whom Marc was waiting.

Sure enough, the door opened and out stepped Linda. Without looking around she shivered as she walked down the walkway to join Marc beside the car.

"You weren't able to get my coat?"

"No, the little bitch in the coat room wouldn't let me get it without the ticket."

"Well, I guess I'll have to go without since I certainly can't go back in there and ask Jim for the ticket."

Hearing Marc's complaint, the attendant spoke up "Mr. LaValliere, give me minute I should be able to run in there and get the lady's coat for you."

"Thanks. I would really appreciate that. It seems to have turned much colder than when we arrived a few hours ago."

**********

While waiting for the attendant to return with her coat, Linda reflected on her dances with Marc, the powerful charismatic man and his soft words offering her a night of pleasure the likes of which she had never even dreamed. She had fallen completely under Marc's spell. When he had asked her to leave with him, she looked up into his eyes whispering a simple "Yes." Marc told her how they would make it happen and Linda readily agreed.

Now, outside in the cold air, Marc needed more, he needed to feed the beast within him, the beast craved the complete surrender of a faithful wife and the complete humiliation of her husband. "What do you want tonight?" He moved his hands to Linda's ass pulling her firmly against him, making sure she felt his hard dick.
