Intro from 15B: David is on his way to England and finds himself in a conversation with Olivia. She clarifies some of the mystery surrounding her past behaviour. He is considering where he wants to go next with his life after the debacle of his homecoming.

A hoped for new beginning.

The first change he thought of was to stop going on the follow up adventures and let others who were qualified get on with it. He felt now that he should only be involved to sign off the schemes when the plans and investigations were complete. He needed to stop involving himself in the initial progress work. His second thought was to organise someone qualified to do regular staff health checks. He would have to talk to the others but it made sense, particularly if they could get a block deal and it could be done with complete privacy. Nothing was unsolvable he decided and then looked at Olivia and wondered.

Back in the States, organised chaos ensued, three mothers couldn't stop thinking of their babies and crying, then they would get angry and rush around packing. They tried to get Honor back with the plane quickly but she was on her way to Florida. It had been a ruse, yes there were women to be moved but it wasn't urgent and it had backfired. Honor wasn't sure who to believe,in the end she called David's grandmother. That lady listened carefully then said "You are first and foremost under David's authority, but let me quickly speak to Jane and David first. In the meantime we are happy to keep the women here, we have room enough for a while, so turn around and head back if you have enough fuel."

She rang Jane first and got the whole story and came off the phone literally giggling with glee, thinking 'if only I had had the guts to do something like that to my husband.' But, then she called David, realising that he was her grandson and the light of her life now, so she had to be right with her loyalties. After pleasantries, she gave him both barrels, all the sage advice she could muster over the phone.

At the other end, after the call, David resolved to take all of his problems to her in future when he got back, she always seemed to be able to cut through the fog.

The call refreshed his mind and something made him say to Olivia, "I think you love Daniel, I'm surprised you can give him up. I've known for a long time that I was a disappointment for you." She looked completely off guard and then another thought hit him. "How long had you been having an affair with the guy you sat next to at the conference?"

Until then, Olivia had been congratulating herself on avoiding several pitfalls. Now she is dumbfounded, 'Where did all that come from? Especially that last accusation?' She decided to avoid it as if she thought he was joking. "Why on earth do you think I love Daniel?"

"I knew there was something special between the two of you when you greeted him at the door for one of our parties. It was the kind of greeting that a woman gives her true love when he's been away for a while. You had no conscience about the disrespect, insulting and demeaning way you were treating me. It was obvious to me then that I didn't matter to you but for a long while I couldn't accept it. Then you reinforced your attitude by fucking him in my house and rounded that off by completely forgetting about me." As he now turned his head to face her he felt no pleasure in her horror that he had known these things all along. Even as she realised, he thought he saw her mind working fast, 'trying to spin it' he thought.

"Even today you are trying to pretend and I can't figure out why. Whatever your planning, don't even think of taking the baby."

"David, we just had a long conversation and you gave me the impression that we would try to work together. What did I say to bring this on?"

"My mind has been in a fog and the last thing I have been thinking about is you. Then I am being forced to think about you and it's not always easy to recall bad memories on the spur of the moment, especially when there are more important matters on my mind. The trouble is that you have too high an opinion of your deviousness and lying. You have always assumed that because I don't react to something that I have missed it, ignored it, or just forgiven you. I can assure you that's never been the case. As I said to Jane once, "What has always surprised me is that you are so intelligent yet you totally underestimate me."

"The only thing I am ever fully persuaded by are things I find out or see for myself, like that greeting of Daniel. That night I seriously thought of divorcing you there and then. You had had a near miss in the Ana incidents but the explanations were so unlikely they were laughable. Normal women who truly love their husband but get caught in an indiscretion go to extremes afterwards to assure their husband that they love them and take steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. Not you, you were just well, to be honest, fucking stupid. The only explanation is that you hated me and were looking for something more exciting that would get you away from me."

"Please don't blame it on your condition, you were having affairs before we decided to go for a baby so that was proof enough. You were so sure that I was too block headed to notice all the little signs and changes in your behaviour. Really Olivia, I expected better of you but like I say, you're not as clever as you think you are."

He thought he could see her starting to tear up so quickly stated, "Don't bother to cry, I won't believe what I see. I suggest you spend as much time as you can with Sean while you are still able."

"But if I was so bad, why did you keep me with you?"

"That little chap back there." He looked back affectionately. "I promised my Mum and Dad I'd make them grandparents, they adored and loved you. How could I disappoint them after all the sacrifices they made for me through University? I owe them so much, look at all the support they gave us when we first started out. I couldn't tell them about what you are, it would have broken their hearts. But now they can't not know, as they have at least four grandchildren. They love them all and this trip is about them spending time with the little ones as much as anything else, they so want to show them off to the extended family."

"And now! Why can't we try to work together, what did I do wrong now?"

"Tell me how much have you given time to consider what you have done to anyone else? It was so hard for you not to grab that document from me, wasn't it? Do you even remember what you did to me on the day of the Truth or Dare party? Be honest now because that was a pivotal day in our lives."

Her head dropped, there was nothing she could say, "I am just a totally selfish slut David. I was not worthy of your love and was too stupid to control my sluttiness, there's no two ways about it."

"Bravo," he clapped, "If in doubt, throw yourself on the sword. These days it has to be a gun so you'll have to wait until we get back to the States."

He thought for a while and then a smile crossed his face without touching his eyes. "Maybe I should keep you on as a company sex slave. I am thinking about employing more men so perhaps I could offer you as a perk, they could use you on their breaks, how does that sound?" He dripped sarcasm.

They lapsed into silence.

"We are getting near London soon Olivia, so I will be saying a final goodbye soon. He reached into his case and pulled out Daniel's file. I know you coached him for the job and helped prepare his resume. You really should not have disappointed Arthur, nothing you have done is a secret now."

Her face lost colour as she again realised everything had gone wrong.

"Until recently, I couldn't understand why you married me, it didn't make sense. "Then one day Ana let slip that you had checked me out and found out a great deal about my family. Still, there was nothing in the pipeline for me in the near future and as far as you were concerned I was just a shy, naïve, ignorant young man who was good in the sack but otherwise about as much fun as a wet weekend. You decided though that I was a good investment, you would stick with boring old me whilst you had your regular affairs but keep me in the dark about what you really are. You had it all planned out, even tried to get me to let you have your affairs with me present. Jeeze! How disrespectful could any woman be to a man, but you don't care do you and the evidence built up."

"Well, they say that you reap what you sow and you're getting just what you deserve. You chose a boy who can't get a job on his own, no money, no home, nothing. I have every disrespectful, hurtful, disgusting thing you've ever done recorded on video and sound. We have pulled together affidavits from your past lovers before you tried to warn them off. I just hope you have enough money for a flight back. I'll tell you what, if you can work out every time we fucked during our married life when you weren't pretending, I'll give you a dollar for each one, that's about what a slut of your calibre is worth in my view. Maybe we should deduct all the times you have had sex with someone else during our years when we were supposed to be an exclusive couple. Hmm, that might leave a negative."

She looked him straight in the face, "You wouldn't do that to me, we love each other too much and you have hardly been an angel."

He laughed at her bravado, she was never short of a comeback and it was one of the big day to day elements of their former life that he missed. "Maybe I will yet find an opening for a part time slut whore." He left off for a moment and pretended to think before saying sarcastically. "But ohh dear! The job requirement is exclusivity, the slut isn't allowed to have sex with anyone else. What a shame that leaves you out of the running then." She gave him one of her usual smiles as if she was reading his mind.

"You can start with taking your panties off, we'll see if the other passengers enjoy watching you fuck yourself."

"You want to denigrate me? What more could you do to me that I haven't done to myself?"

"That's true, I think I'll keep your services as a French maid. Keep your panties on for now but be prepared to act without arguing. Get yourself a uniform and don't wear underclothes in it. I'll let you know any other terms and conditions, but there will be one condition that I am sure you won't be able to abide by."

She raised an eyebrow in question.

"You will have to speak honestly at all times and not lie by omission. However, based upon your past history, I am sure you won't be able to."

The look she gave him was straight from the past, she used to wind him around her finger with it.

A young male flight attendant came down soon after and the smouldering look Olivia gave him ought to have set fire to his pants, she looked at David with that same look and actually said, "May I?"

Just for once he surprised her by saying sarcastically, "Double team? I'll take the front unless he is too big."

The look she gave him could have rocked his world if he hadn't built up immunities. He was joking of course but she took the bait. "Would you really do that for me?"

He shrugged. "Why not, I'm feeling a bit starved at the moment, it's not like we would be making love."

Her face clouded at that, "Would you prefer to make love?"

"Very much so, I am finding base sex demeaning these days. I much prefer my partners to love me, but I'm so lucky in that regard, I just haven't felt loved in a day or two."

"Not even on St.Lukes? I find that hard to believe."

"Yes sometimes, but the mood was a bit fraught at times because of what's been happening in each other's lives.

"I am surprised."

"Well Ana finally split with Zoe, Jane had just admitted to her secret, Honor thought she needed to take revenge with some guy. Lauren tried to get me out of my funk but ended up rebuffing me painfully. Mei, the slut, joined us, seduced me, and upset all the others leading to Ana and Honor's bad behaviour with the local gigolo." The words rushed out like he was emptying his soul.

"Altogether it was a disaster until I found the Fairwind cruise boat," and he went on to recall the adventures on the boat and its lady captain. Olivia's giggles confirmed she enjoyed the stories, especially the sexy ones.

"I think there's some people in your story that I just have to meet when they visit; of course not when you're making love to me and your other lovers." She suggested with unlikely optimism.

"Wow. That's very presumptuous for a woman I just left with nothing." He said wondrously.

"I'd like to apply for the job of lover and anything else you would have me do, I don't do anal on a first date though." She said with mock seriousness.

David couldn't stop himself from smiling, she was incorrigible. "I had in mind that you would serve us all at gatherings, you can help Jo under the table, maybe I'll get you a butt plug and we'll use your remotely operated vibrator. She licked her lips at one or two of those suggestions but continued saying, "What about the job of chief tease organiser, the ladies were dying to get into it. What are you going to do about them all?"

She then wiggled down in her seat and removed her panties, then did some kind of women's contortionist trick to take off her bra whilst remaining decent. "The attendant is very delicious isn't he, shall I play with him in front of you? Would you get jealous?"

He gave her a rueful smile. "All I ever wanted from you was love and respect, I liked the teasing but it never made up for the disrespect and with it the realisation that you didn't love me enough, if at all."

She now had a look like a woman who was close to defeat. He said, "Now don't look like that, haven't I just put you on my staff as sex toy and tease organiser? I gave you the go ahead to play with the attendant, what more would you need? I understand if you can't, so I will tell you what I have in mind and you can give me your advice."

Her bottom lip stuck out, he thought 'she hoped to do the tease and was disappointed.' 'Serves her right,' he thought, but relented a little as he was enjoying the diversion during the long plane flight. "OK, OK, I'll tell you what I need advice on and then you can go turn the attendant into a sex toy. Maybe you could line him up to play with at the ladies gatherings, I hear you are good at testing and training, he would be busy as there's a lot of ladies and he's only one man."

"And so are you." She tried to be cheeky and maybe complimentary, but David seriously doubted the latter.

Failing at that, she went with, "Would you really let me do that?"

David thought 'Why not, it didn't matter much to me.' But he said, "You would have to think about the tastes of all the ladies, they aren't all into compliant young men, also no scumbags and check them for disease."

Then he had a wicked thought, "I think I have figured out your kink, you like to convert young men into your sex slaves, don't you? Jo told me what she saw you doing to Daniel, with your finger in his butt as his cock fucked your mouth." Then David's face went deathly serious, "You didn't did you?"

"Didn't what?"

"Fuck him with a strap on while your hand brought him to a climax? Or did you edge him? And hold him so long that his climax was painful?"

At least she had the sense to look shamefaced.

David was on a roll now, "Was it revenge for what young men did to you all those years ago? How many others have there been for heaven's sake?" Now he couldn't look at her, not because of her sordid games debasing young men but for the realisation of what she had been doing behind his back all those years. He didn't want to speak to her any more, afraid of letting go of the self-worth and pride that he had been trying to rebuild. So David reminded himself that it didn't matter anymore, got up and went for a walk along the aisle to stretch his legs. As he passed the attendant he was asked if he needed anything. "No thanks." David said. "But you might want to ask my associate back there, she seems to have taken a liking to you. I will be a while, think I might take a stroll down to the lower deck. How long before we land?"

"About half an hour sir."

"You better get along there quick then, she is very demanding."

David made his way aft, feeling lonely which he realised was silly really, given that he had originally planned to take this journey with just the children and their nurse. The thought reminded him that he ought to text his Dad to let him know when they landed.

After a while, stopping here and there to chat with other passengers and attendants, he supposed that he had about 15 minutes before landing, maybe less. But he had become tired of wandering aimlessly between aisles and stopping to prepare messages for sending when they landed. So the devil in David suggested he might go and see how much Olivia had debauched the young attendant. You can imagine his surprise when he came across the said person as he passed through the cabin crew area before entering the first class section. He gave the guy a greeting asking if he had been unable to provide what Olivia needed. He replied, "Yes sir, we just talked for a while, she asked me about myself and my life plans. Even asked if I would be interested in a little part time work when I was on the ground. I'm sorry sir there was nothing more she wanted from me."

"So tell me about yourself too, I'm impressed that you weren't beguiled by the lady, she is very good at it."

"She has no need to be Sir, she is an incredibly beautiful woman, and so smart and friendly. I told her I would be honoured to work for her and hope I meet someone like her one day who wants to be my wife. I'd be as proud as punch.

David thought that was enough schmoozing from him for one day. He obviously thought that Olivia and he were married or something. 'Although why he thought I would give away a wife was a bit worrying, maybe he really is that naïve,' he wondered.

So he heard that the guy was studying by correspondence and summer school and was on stand-by crew for the Atlantic flights which suited him well because he had family both in the UK and USA.
