When Gina Met Tammy...Ch.6
Tammy gets Gina's birthday gifts early, and her mother arrives for her first visit with the young lovers.
TAMMY:
An urgent need to pee woke me up in the early morning light. I tried to hold it off, since it felt so nice lying in bed with Gina pressed up against my back, but my bladder won the battle. I slid out of bed quietly, peed and brushed my teeth. Using my fingers, I combed out my short hair, loving the freedom from the tangled mop I usually had in the mornings.
I washed and sanitized the strapless dildo and panty harness, leaving them on top of the dresser to dry before I put them away in the 'toy box'. Gina had shifted when I got out of bed and was lying face down, a smile on her face. I kissed the nape of her neck and went down for coffee. Turning on the TV, the weather guy said today would be another nice day, not quite as hot as the past couple of days.
A loud yawn from upstairs made me giggle, and I made a mug of coffee for Gina. I decided to make fried eggs and bacon for breakfast, putting on the apron to fry the bacon. Gina came down and kissed me good morning, taking her coffee and sitting at the island. She looked so cute with her pixie haircut and I told her she looked like the Disney character Tinkerbelle.
We talked about our plans for today while we ate. Other than grocery shopping, I couldn't think of anything. We'd need to do a quick run through of the house tomorrow to clean, but since neither Gina or myself is a messy person, that won't take long. Gina said she'd like to run to town and shop for some new earrings. Now that our ears are more exposed with our short haircuts, she wants to get something other than the small studs she has now.
While we drank our coffee, we checked our email. There was nothing really important, so we went up to shower after finishing the coffee. In the light mist, we shaved each other, taking care around our pussies since they were still pretty tender from our fuck-fest last night. We washed each other with body wash, and used the new shampoo/conditioner on our hair. Towel drying and vigorous hand rubs had our hair dry in no time, with Gina saying again how much she loved the short styles we had. Gina only had to tousle her hair into place, and a few brush strokes got mine looking great as well.
After a little makeup, we dressed casually in shorts, T shirts and sneakers. On our way downstairs, the security console beeped. Gina saw a mail truck driving off so I went out to the mailbox, and it was my diploma and documents from Fort Lewis. Opening the envelope, I pulled out the official notice that I, Tammy McKesson, had achieved my Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art.
Gina kissed me and congratulated me, and said we should hang it somewhere. I told her we'd need to stop at Margo's and get a frame. Then it occurred to me that I didn't even know what Gina had her degree in. When I asked, she smiled and went over to the bookcase in the nook behind the bar. She came back with her diploma: Gina Markson, Bachelor of Science, Forensic Psychology!
I said "Oohh, that sounds creepy. What do you do, go interview dead people and ask them how they feel about being dead?" She laughed out loud and told me that she'd been interested in criminal profiling. Explaining that it usually took at least a Master's to get anywhere in the field, she said she'd been planning on starting her Master's this year, until the craziness of her inheritance happened. I told her it sounded a little deep for me, but she said it was fascinating to try and figure out the type of person who would commit a certain crime.
GINA:
With everything that's been happening in my life since my folks were killed, I haven't thought much about pursuing any more education in the forensic psych field. It's not like I need to get a job anymore! If anything, I'd like to take some music courses, since most of what I know now has just been by trial and error.
We put that conversation aside and drove into town. Stopping at Margo's first, we went in and it took her a few seconds to recognize us. After hugging us, she gushed about how cute our haircuts were, making us spin around so she could look at them. Tammy asked if anyone had shown interest in either of the paintings that we dropped off yesterday. Margo said she almost sold the one of a Pequot man in tribal clothes, but the lady's husband wouldn't let her buy it, saying it was too expensive. Tammy said, "What a cheap bastard! Anyway, Margo, those paintings are yours, to sell for whatever you want. It's my small gift of appreciation for your help and friendship over the past few years." Margo grabbed her in a huge hug, thanking her, and said anytime Tammy had some more paintings, to bring them by and she'd proudly display them. Winking, she told Tammy something like the one we had on our fireplace would sell in a minute!
We picked out a couple of frames for our diplomas, but Margo refused to let us pay for them, saying it was the least she could do. After some good-bye hugs, we drove off to look for earrings. We went to the department store first. Other than seeing a few pair cheap novelty bangles, like plastic stars and glass beads, they didn't have much in the way of 'real' jewelry. I told Tammy we didn't need to buy cheap plated stuff, and drove to the jewelry store where I'd bought her necklace.
The same salesclerk, Therese, was working today. When she recognized me, she started to wave, but I held my finger to my lips in a 'shhh'. Therese nodded slightly -- cool, she's on my side! Tammy told her we were looking for earrings and Therese showed us the large selection they had.
While Tammy looked over the variety, I managed to call Therese over to the other side with the pretense of showing me something. I whispered "I'm here with my girlfriend, Therese. I haven't given her th' necklace yet, but if ya can, try to sell her somethin' that'll go with it." Therese smiled, and said Tammy was lucky to have someone like me. She went back around to Tammy while I let the blush fade from my face.
Tammy was looking at some silver pieces, but Therese stepped up to bat and said "Oh no, dear. With your skin type, you definitely need to wear gold." I grinned at her, and gave her a thumbs-up. We got several pair of different types of posts and hoops, then Therese showed me a pair with teardrop-shape light blue gemstone dangles that she said looked perfect with my eyes. I held them up and Tammy agreed, so I got those as well.
