Sitting in a Las Vegas Hilton Casino bar, wishing I was anyplace else, and more specifically the SE or SW, US. Being fairly laid back in my lifestyle, Vegas is not my

The 2024 Consumer Technology Association (

) annual meeting is held in Vegas, 9-12 January, with my attending for dual purposes. I'm Elsken Raylene (

LAS VEGAS CASINO AND STRIP CLUB

The CES show is informative and quite interesting, but numerous attendees are partying to the max and heavily boozing it up, after all this is Las Vegas. I'm pretty much a teetotaler, allowing for an occasional glass of

Fume Blanc

or a rare Neat Single Malt

Laphroaig

dark scotch.

We're finishing the show's third day, and I've met a few interesting n friendly attendees, three ladies who convince me to hang out with them. They're Pearl, Jeanetta, and Luisa, all cute, intelligent, and in my age range.

My first warning for tonight is they're wearing severely short (

) Little Black Dresses, and are already giggly. I'm in a Royal Blue Cocktail dress, cut just above my knees, and still sipping on my first glass of wine.

Warning #2 is that after quickly downing 2 or 3 strong drinks, they want to hit a Strip Club that features both Male/Female strippers. I try to back out and lay low at the Hilton Casino but after their pleading, I decide to go along for the moment. If the evening goes south, maybe I'll slip out a side door when they're gawking at the male strippers.

From the moment we arrive, I realize this is truly a super no-go for me, so will quickly activate my escape plan. There's no way I'm sticking my hand(s) in some male stripper-dude's stinky G-string pouch dropping $5 or $10 bucks for a quick feel.

Pearl, Jeanetta, and Luisa are going

drinking booze and screaming,

"Show us whatcha got bad-boy

Just as I start aligning myself closer to what appears to be a side exit door for a quiet vamoose, a cute waitress tumbles to the floor right at my feet screaming;

"I said keep your dirty hands off me you fucking drunk idiot!"

A sneering and polluted fairly large guy evilly stalk the cowering waitress, "

, I'll teach you a fucking lesson," rearing back to kick the poor girl.

Stunned that not one club security guy rushes to help the pitiful waitress curled fetally on the floor, I quickly strike thwarting his vicious attack, using a short front kick. I plant my foot deep into the drunk's right thigh's

. He collapses to the floor holding his leg, and pitifully howling in dire pain.

I stare hard at the fallen guy, as The Strip Club's bouncers casually come onto the scene. "What happened here asks the lead bouncer?"

I smile wickedly, "Better late than never guys, since this tiny waitress screams at this guy for touching her bottom. This asshole on the floor feels he has the right to fondle her bottom, for a lousy tip."

No one's doing anything, just standing around looking so I ask the bouncer, "Is someone going to call the cops to arrest this guy for knocking your Cocktail Waitress down?"

The young waitress shakily gets up, me helping her, "Thanks Mam, I'm okay, just lost my breath for a second from crashing to the floor!"

At that moment, my three CES Trade Show playmates rush over giggling and a little drunk. Pearl's awed, "Hey Raye, Luisa saw you working out in Hotel Gym, and you're a

in the Martial Arts. Did you put him down on the floor like that?"

I tell the three girls I'm done partying tonight and will help the waitress, then Uber to the hotel.

There's a lot of commotion as my CES friends head back to their choice center stage table, hands filled with $5s and $10s, and Luisa declaring, "See, I told you guys, Raye's a

."

The LV-Strip Police unit arrives with the floored guy moaning, groaning, and screaming at the cops to arrest that bitch who blindsides him for

reason.

The officers look curiously at Me, who asks them, "Are men routinely allowed to grope and knock down cocktail waitresses at Vegas Strip Clubs?

One young tough guy cop snarls, "You're a smart-ass lady, maybe we'll take you in tonight, and shut your big mouth. Gimme Your Fucking ID!"

I smile widely as

Mr. Tough Cop

blanches at my Interpol Senior Agent-US ID.

Me, responding, "I'll have a nice conversation with Chief Blanchard tomorrow about your unprofessional actions. Get out of my way, arrest this asshole on the floor, and I'm taking the waitress to the hospital for a checkup."

She introduces herself as Rolene (

) Ella Potter, giving me her Nevada photo driver's license. She quietly pleads for me not to take her to the hospital. I tell her I'll think about it overnight, but she's leaving work with me now, so go check out her work till.

Confirming Ro's not hurting from crashing into the floor, I give her my mobile number. I tell her to phone me in the morning if she feels any pain from being knocked down, and I'll take her to a clinic.

Ro nearly in tears, "Thanks so much for helping me, Raye. My best friend and roommate, Jewel is off tonight, so I'll have someone home with me if my side and back hurt."

I tell Ro and the Club Manager I'm in Vegas for another 6-days, attending CES and playing golf, so he clocks Ro out sending her home in a taxi. I'm satisfied she's okay, although fairly certain the drunk customer won't be arrested or charged with assault and battery.

Returning to the Hilton, I stop at the main casino bar and order a needed neat Laphroaig, slowly savoring my totty while playing a few turns of Roulette, and then off to bed.

BALI HAI GOLF CLUB

Two days later, on Saturday 13 JAN 2024, the CES is over, but most attendees stay in Vegas for a few days R&R. I'm hanging out until Thursday morning, deciding to play a round of golf today. I don't try making a tee time for one person, thinking I'll arrive at the course early and join up with a twosome or threesome.

Arriving early, I learn there is a Lady's Fun Tournament that has reserved all morning Tee Times. The group is from the American Association of Hospital/Clinic Administrators (

AAHCA

) Western Region. So, I must wait until after lunch to tee off.

While standing in the Pro Shop pondering what to do, a nice-looking lady comes over asking if I'm here for the tournament.

After explaining my situation, she introduces herself as, Dana Madison, a Local Doctor's Clinic Group Administrator.

Then smiling cutely, "It's your lucky day, Raye," inviting me to play in her foursome. One member of our group has a family emergency and can't play today."

Golf Tournament, and I especially enjoy playing in Dana's talkative and friendly foursome. The three ladies are a fun group, appearing to be in their early 30s, about eight years my senior. I'm deadly accurate on green approaches inside 170 yards and an excellent putter. Most of the time, I'm up and down in 2-shots from that range. My weakest golf is off the Tee where I am shorter, so with longer drives, I'd play scratch golf, versus my 4-handicap.

I give Dana my email and mobile phone contacts, agreeing to play another round with the ladies. After refreshments and claiming our cute tournament award prizes, we're still talking, when Dana invites me to a small dinner party on Sunday. Wanda, one of today's foursome will also be there along with her husband.

I like this group of ladies and want to come, but am in Vegas alone, so tell Dana I hope it's not just couples. Dana explains there will be four couples, but they are a friendly group. My coming alone is not a problem, so enjoy a nice meal and conversation, then leave early if you feel odd. Also, we can decide what day to play next week, and she'll make the Tee Time.

SUNDAY AT DANA'S HOME

I arrive at Dana's late Sunday afternoon warmly welcomed by four couples, happily enjoying my visit, and reconnecting with two golfing partners. We ladies, joke and jabber on and on about our excellent team play in the

tournament.

An hour later, I'm stunned as the pretty little

I can feel Ro's immediate unease but am not sure if it's just me or all the guests since the guys move in a bit closer in when she arrives. Looking warily at me, Ro says "Hi Sis, didn't know you had company, I just wanted to stop by and say hello. I should've phoned, but you know how family sometimes acts impetuously. I'll get out of your and Richard's hair so you can get back to your friends."

Dana replies, "Wait a minute Sis and I'll introduce you to my new friend, Raye, this is my baby sister Ro!"

Dana turns back to Ro, "Sis, I met Raye at the golf club before our clinical group's tournament and invited her to play with us. Mary had an emergency and couldn't play, so I asked Raye to join our threesome. She's a great golfer, so we're playing again before Raye leaves Vegas."

Seizing an opening, I hastily turn to Ro, who looks like she's about to

Ro relaxes, "Sis, Rick, I apologize for not calling first, but do not have any firm plans set for today, so will change into a dress and join you for dinner. I'm kinda nervous not expecting you to have friends for dinner, so maybe Raye can bring me a glass of wine, and we get to know each other while I change."

Feeling a strange tension in the room, with the other guests seemingly deathly quiet, "Thanks, that's perfect Ro, I'll get us a glass of wine and Dana can point me in your direction. If you like, maybe you and I can play golf before I leave Vegas since I'm vacationing until Thursday morning?"

Ro's dressing in the ensuite GBR bathroom, so Dana leaves me relaxing on a small sofa, and shortly Ro comes out in a cute dress, perfect for her petite size. We talk sipping a shared glass of Fume Blanc, and I learn Ro's 20, twelve years younger than Dana.

Earlier, Ro promised to spend time today with her friend and roommate, Jewel but is scared to say no to me. She worries that I will angrily out her from the other night's strip club incident.

So, I bring up the elephant in the room, "Ro, I don't know exactly what's going on, and I will never out you for being at work. But I want us to have a private lunch before I leave Vegas. I'm also serious about your being my golf partner this week if you play."

I continue, "Your friend Jewel if I remember correctly, was off on Thursday night, so you wouldn't be home alone. If she's nice like you, phone her to take a taxi over, wearing nice dressy clothes and we three will sit together at dinner, and maybe even move to the lounge later.

"Don't worry about Dana, I'll take care of inviting Jewel to spend time with us. Dana can socialize freely with her original guests, while we single girls catch up on life. So, Ro calls Jewel, talking for a few minutes, then nods her head yes, although she still looks uneasy.

"Ro, you're too tense, come and sit by the mirror, while I make you up and style your hair?" I work on her hair and face for nearly 15 minutes saying, "Ro, turn and look in the mirror," which she does cutely gasping, "

!"

Ro seems very pensive and also had promised to spend time with her roommate, Jewel. Both girls are 20, so will feel more relaxed sitting together at dinner since we're all a bit older.

Dana smiles, "Raye, you're an interesting lady, happy wherever you are, and easily making friends. Tell Ro to take her friend, Jewel to the GBR to relax for a few moments and then you guys join us in the living room."

Jewel is a cutie pie and one instantly sees they're great friends, caring deeply for each other. Jewel has on a bright green dress, matching her long flaming red hair and cute green eyes. She's similar to Ro in height, at nearly 5' 7", and has nice boobs/booty. I style her hair a bit like Ro's but fuller with her hair being longer, and both of them are happy with the look.

I hug Ro and Jewel, "I'm okay to catch up with your friend AJ later this evening or tomorrow. She sounds nice like you and Ro, so we'll all enjoy time together while I'm in Vegas. For now, let's not talk about Friday night anymore or one of us may slip up since Dana doesn't know about me helping Ro."

Both girls return my hug, kissing my cheeks telling me I'm a wonderful friend and they like spending time with me. While shooting the breeze, I learned they are better than average golfers so we'll surely play 18 holes one day, followed by a nice dinner including AJ.

Ro, Jewel, and I stroll into the living room chattering like a flock of Blue Birds migrating south when the conversation stops completely. Mouths drop open at how beautiful the two younger ladies look in their dresses and sweeping hairstyles.

Ro, opens up, "Sis, Jewel, and I feel so beautiful with Raye styling our hair, and making us up."

Dana exclaims, "Ro, I've never seen you looking so pretty and dressed as a young lady. You're gorgeous with your hair styled so lovely, and you to Jewel. Great work Raye, you're certainly a dark horse."
