The name is Amanda Haguel and I am a young biracial woman living in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. I am the heroine of this tawdry little tale. A five-foot-nine, lean and athletic, caramel-skinned and curly-haired gal with curves in all the right places. The daughter of an African-American father and a Caucasian mother. Born and raised in Bean Town, USA. I've got lots to share with you folks, so grab a seat and hold on tight.
These days, I am a student at the Brighton Institute of Technology in the city of Brighton, Massachusetts. Brighton Tech is how we students call it. A small private school with about five thousand students. The institute has a focus on computer science, programming and various other aspects of technical education including engineering. That's why I'm there. Brighton Tech has one of the best undergraduate engineering programs in the state of Massachusetts. I could have gone to a place like the world-famous Massachusetts Institute of Technology but it wouldn't be my style. I like to do my own thing and I don't follow the crowd. That's why Brighton Tech is my home.
Brighton Tech has two campuses, one in Brighton and one in Milton. The Milton campus is the flagship campus of the school. It's where the dormitories are, and it's also where the athletic complex is located. Brighton Tech couldn't afford to build an athletic complex in urban Boston. Bigger schools have tried and failed. The Brighton Tech Department of Athletics sponsors Men's Intercollegiate Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Water Polo, Gymnastics, Rifle, Soccer, Swimming, Rugby, Lacrosse, Golf, Volleyball, Ice Hockey, Football and Wrestling along with Women's Intercollegiate Softball, Basketball, Rifle, Cross Country, Soccer, Water Polo, Gymnastics, Wrestling, Swimming, Lacrosse, Golf, Volleyball, Field Hockey, Rugby and Equestrian. We compete in the NCAA Division Two.
