Second Sight

"HELLO BITCHES. I'M BAAAAACK." Maria yelled out as she went strolling into the room. Nancy and Maura were a little surprised at Maria's tone and language. In fact, Nancy and Maura were still out in the hallway, rooted to the spot they had been in when Maria first opened the door. The next thing they heard were two voices shouting "MIA!"

At that, Maura walked in and looked at the three women now sharing a group hug in the room. When they broke apart a little and Maura got her first good look at the other two, she said "Holy shit."

Although Maura had said it in surprise, Nancy, who was already hypervigilant for a problem, thought it might be a statement of alarm. Fearing another Wallingham incident [Love at First Sight Ch. 2], Nancy now entered the room ready to defend Maura from anyone who might harm her.

Instead, Nancy was looking at Mia and Jessi, the two porn stars whose movies her and Maura had tried to emulate when they first started their own sexual relationship. It was watching those movies that they had first seen a new porn star named "Alexis Vegas." Nancy turned to Maura and said, "You were right babe, Holy Shit!"

Mia came bounding over to them, a bundle of energy talking ninety miles a minute. "Hi! I'm Krissi Ross. But you know me as Mia, I guess. It's funny because we call Maria 'Mia' all the time when we're not on set. And I certainly know you two." She stepped up to Nancy. "You're Nancy Wade. You're me or I'm you, I guess. Let me see you smile."

This seemed like an odd request to Nancy. She certainly was not feeling happy at the moment, but she was no longer worried or concerned. The best that could be said was she felt relieved and the presence of Krissi and Dawn in the hotel room was obviously the main reason for Maria's secrecy. She also figured that Maura had guessed correctly about the production company paying for the weekend. So, she forced a smile to placate the bubbly blonde staring at her.

"Ooooo. You were right Mia those dimples are adorable when she smiles. I wish I had them when I smiled." This made Nancy blush as she was being complimented on her looks by this super-hot porn star she had watched and tried to emulate.

"It is so great to get a chance to meet you." Krissi threw her arms around Nancy and pulled her in for a big hug. Then she released her and stepped over to Maura.

"And you must be MOH. Mmmmm. Ask Dawn, I have a thing for redheads." And with that she threw her arms around Maura just as she had with Nancy.

Then Krissy stepped aside and Dawn Hansen stepped up to them. She held her hand out to Nancy and said, "In case you missed it, that was Krissy Ross and she was damn glad to me you."

Maria chimed in, "Being a little bit formal aren't you Dawn?"

"Look, these poor women are shell shocked. You obviously kept it a secret that we were going to be here and then Tropical Storm Krissi washes over them. I think they need a little time to recover."

Dawn then stepped over to Maura and again extended her hand saying, "Dawn Hansen, pleasure to meet you. I hope you think I did you justice?"

"Pardon?" asked Maura who was not really understanding what she meant.

"In the series. I know you know it was supposed to be loosely based on your life. And Nancy's." she quickly added and looked over at Nancy for a moment before turning back to Maura. "I hope that you feel like I played your part well."

"Oh, hell yeah. You did great. And I've never looked so hot."

"Come on now. You are very attractive."

Receiving her own compliment on her looks from another incredibly hot porn was quite the ego boost for Maura. She was also a little bit embarrassed by it and began to turn a shade of red darker then her hair. Maura's response was emblematic of her feelings when all she could manage was, "Uh, oh, a geez. Maria could not believe what she was seeing. "MOH, you're blushing!"

Maura seemed to get an additional shade of red at this, but she did find her voice as she directed it at Maria. "Well, what do you expect. She's as hot as you in a different way and she said I was attractive. Of course that got to me a little."

"I've told you that you were attractive without you getting all red."

"Yeah...well, that's different."

"Why?"

"It just is." Maura was starting to feel a little picked on and was getting annoyed at Maria. Dawn leaned in and pulled Maura into a big hug. With her mouth right by Maura's ear, Dawn whispered, "

Thank you. It means a lot to me to hear you say all those wonderful things about me. And just so you know, I already knew how attractive you are because Maria has told me about a hundred times.

" Dawn leaned back and they smiled at each other and Dawn gave Maura a wink. That calmed Maura down a lot and she stopped being annoyed at Maria.

Maria now came over and stood in between Maura and Dawn, putting one arm around each of them. "My four favorite people in the world all together." Maria's face was beaming, but she suddenly got a very serious look on her face and turned to Nancy.

"Nance, you were right though, there was a little more to this than I was saying. I do need a little favor from you and Maura."

Nancy did begin to frown as the voice in the back of her mind said, "Uh oh. Watch out."

Maria continued, "Nancy, Maura, the studio wants you to spend a little time talking with Krissi and Dawn. The studio is really pushing to make this series more than just a porn show, but a real high-quality show."

Krissi cut in, "And by studio, she means herself. But to be honest, we're with her one thousand percent. We might be porn actresses, but we are actresses. We care about the quality and the content of our movies as much as any other Hollywood actor would. Sure, we want it to be hot, but we want it to be as relatable as it can be as well. I mean, it's porn. It's larger than life. But we still want the audience to care about the characters we portray and we want them to feel like it could be real."

Nancy spoke first, "Well we think you've done great so far. I mean, we probably lost some of the nuances as we started to realize it was kind of our story and we focused on that. But you had some scenes where there was no sex at all and you've been building the story each episode."

Dawn smiled and said, "Thanks Nancy. Krissi's right. It may seem a little incongruous to some people, but we really do care about our work. Of course, a lot of those same people wouldn't believe a porn star would use a word like 'incongruous.'" This caused everyone to laugh. Then Dawn continued, "Maria has really been pushing hard to make this a really great production. Not just the sex parts, but every part. And while we came out here to see Mia because we miss her so much..." Dawn turned to Maria and blew her a kiss. "...when we told her we wanted to come out and see her, she had suggested that we should meet with you. Do a little research for our roles. You know, we still have three more episodes to shoot. And while we already have scripts, they could change a little. And how we play those scenes could be different even if we're using the same words. So, we thought that was a really good idea."

Krissi added, "Plus with everything Maria has told us about you, we really wanted to meet you in person."

Maria looked at Nancy and Maura and said, "So, you can say 'No,' if you want and we can still go out to dinner and dancing and whatever ends up after that. And if you want to go back to the dorm now or after dinner, I understand. No pressure. But would you be willing to spend an hour or so talking with us about the show?"

"Us?" asked Nancy.

"Well, yeah." responded Maria. "I mean, I am the Assistant Producer too."

Maura smiled and said, "You had me at 'do a little research.' I'm in."

Maria now looked at Nancy, who face was as inscrutable as the Sphinx at this moment. "Well, Nance, what do you say."

"Can I come up with a porn name as a consultant?" She said it with a smile and everyone was pretty sure she was not being serious.

But just in case, Maria offered, "If you want to you can?"

"Nah. I can go uncredited. But I love the irony that I am going to be helping them out when we learned so much from them."

With smiles all around, the five of them spent the next hour and a half talking about anything and everything from mannerisms to what they said when Nancy and Maura orgasmed.

Nancy and Maura also got a crash course in porn movie filming and why some things had to be done certain ways for a shot and how much work was really involved in filming a storyline like this. They might shoot scenes for three different episodes in one day because they only had the location that day. Of course, once the cameras stopped rolling, there was time to play. Krissi and Dawn definitely had some stories about Maria that she would have been happy had they remained untold. The room was actually part of a suite and so there were two bathrooms. Krissi, Dawn and Maria went into one and Nancy and Maura went into the other. When she opened it, Maura said, "I've never seen that much makeup in one place outside of a department store." The case was filled with all sorts of makeup and accessories galore.

Maria said, "They have makeup people on set, but Krissi is very particular about her look and she often helps with Dawn and me. I keep telling her she should do makeup when she retires from acting."

Krissi spent about twenty minutes pulling all sorts of items out of her case and hovering over Maura, brushing here and dabbing there. When she was finished, she sing-songed "Ta da." and stepped aside so Maura could see her handiwork.

"Wow Krissi, you made me gorgeous."

"No, Maura. You were already gorgeous, I just brought it out." Nancy was in awe of how good Maura looked and she asked Krissi to do her makeup as well. Krissi happily agreed and after fifteen more minutes, Maura was as enthralled with Nancy's look as Nancy was with Maura's.

Krissi still needed a little time for her own makeup but she already knew what she would be doing and so hers took far less time. All set and ready to go, Maria called Karl and they headed downstairs.

There were quite a few heads turned as they walked through the lobby and out to the waiting SUV. Once the door was closed, Maura asked, "Is it always like that, people checking you out as you walk around?"

Dawn answered, "Yeah, but it wasn't just us they were looking at you know."

"Who else was there. I didn't see anyone else?"

"No silly, you and Nancy. They were checking out you guys as well."

"You're just saying that to be nice." Although after her comment, Maura had a huge grin on her face and she looked over at Nancy who was blushing something fierce.

It was very much the same at the restaurant. Karl dropped them off at the door and Maria and Krissi walked in like they owned the restaurant. Dawn, Nancy and Maura followed in their wake.

"Reservation for five for Vegas." Maria said firmly. The maître de took them right back to their table and held each chair in turn as the five women sat down. They were clearly getting "star" treatment and people were craning their necks to see them and try to figure out who they were.

Throughout the meal, anytime one of them took even the slightest sip of their water, it was a race by several waiters to rush over to refill the glass and ask if anyone needed anything else. The girls all laughed at it, but their waitress was annoyed by it all. When they left, Maria (who was in charge of everything for the evening) made sure the waitress got a very large tip, and Krissi's phone number and the hotel room number.

In the SUV to the club, Maria mentioned to Krissi what she had done. Dawn asked, "How come you didn't give her my number."

"Well, to be honest, she was really checking out Nancy the whole time. But since she is not going to be there after tomorrow afternoon, I thought Krissi might be a good substitute. Besides, I also gave her the room number. So, you might have your own shot."

The experience at the club was surreal for Nancy and Maura. Maria insisted that they should leave their purses in the SUV as they would not need them. When Karl let them out, there was a long line and Nancy and Maura were not sure if they would get in as they started walking toward the end. But Maria turned them around and they walked past the line and up to the doorman.

"A.V. party of five." Maria told them. The doorman checked his clipboard and found them.

"Yes miss. Your party can go right in."

"Thank you so much." Maria said and she put her hand over his that had been going down the list. She slid him a large gratuity and the five of them entered the club.

It was dark and the music was pulsing. Nancy and Maura had never been in a club this posh. "Welcome to the big leagues, ladies." Maria almost shouted in their ears to be heard. This time it was Dawn and Krissi who walked ahead, parting the crowd like the Red Sea. Maria dragged Nancy and Maura behind them.

They went to a high-top table and sat down. Nancy leaned in towards Maria and asked, "Are we going to dance?"

"After the first round."

"But we didn't bring our purses, whose buying the first round?"

"Just wait. It will be here shortly."

Within two minutes, there were fifteen different drinks on the table. Various men came up and claimed responsibility for the various drinks and asked for a dance. Krissi and Dawn took them up on it while Maria, Nancy and Maura held the table. They danced with the guys but spent more time dancing with each other. As the guys realized they were not getting anywhere with the ladies, they drifted off.

There were also a bunch of guys trying to chat up Nancy, Maura and Maria. Maria grabbed Maura and took her out to the dance floor. As she went, she told Nancy she would send back help and Dawn soon arrived. When she got there, she went right up to Nancy and kissed her straight on the lips. "Sorry boys, she's taken for the night." The would-be suitors moved off in search of different prey.

Nancy had been shocked by the kiss, but Dawn just smiled at her. "I had to get rid of them and that is the easiest way. Plus, I have wanted to do that since you walked into the hotel this afternoon."

Nancy relaxed and smiled. Speaking loudly over the din, Nancy asked, "So does that mean we'll be left alone for the rest of the night?"

"Not entirely." Dawn responded, but she did not elaborate.

Just then, Maria and Maura came back and Maria said to Nancy, "Krissi's out there alone with the sharks beginning to circle. How about you go out and help her." Nancy took her glass and drained it, then went out to the floor.

As she approached the center of the dance floor, there were a number of men surrounding Krissi. She seemed to be enjoying the attention, but when she saw Nancy approaching, she burst out through the circle of guys and reached her hand to grab hold of Nancy. Then she pulled her back into the middle of the circle.

They now had two smaller circles, one around Krissi and one around Nancy. There was a little bit of contact, but it was nothing too overt and Nancy was enjoying it. However, one of the guys was trying to convince Nancy to come out to see his fancy sports car. When Krissi heard that she moved over and twirled Nancy around and pulled her backwards into Krissi's body.

The two of them began grinding together to the music and whenever that guy came toward Nancy, Krissi turned her around and away from him. Eventually he gave up and left. Although a few of the other admirers were still dancing around them, Krissi now pulled Nancy fully into her, holding Nancy's body against her own. She got up to Nancy's ear and said, "Sorry but I had to intervene there. I've been to enough clubs to be able to spot a problem before it becomes a problem and head it off."

"Thanks. He seemed nice enough, but I told him I was not comfortable leaving the group but he kept asking anyway."

They went back to the table and already had two more rounds waiting for them. The difference this time was that it was two other women talking with Maura, Maria and Dawn when Nancy and Krissi returned.

Kaitlyn and Melanie were fun and they joined the group for the evening. They all talked and laughed and danced in every different combination available. Eventually thought it was time to leave. As they walked out Krissi and Melanie and Dawn and Kaitlyn were each holding the other while Nancy, Maura and Maria followed up as a group.

When they got outside Krissi and Melanie and Dawn and Kaitlyn shared an extended good night kiss and telephone numbers. Then Krissi and Dawn joined Nancy Maura and Maria at the SUV and were taken back to the hotel.

Maria had noticed that both Nancy and Maura were very quiet on the ride back and neither said a word once they were back in the hotel. She could sense that they were both getting nervous about how the rest of the night was going to unfold. When they exited the elevator at their floor, Krissi and Dawn were walking ahead of Nancy, Maura and Maria. Maria held the other two back and said, "When people get old, they regret the things they didn't do, not the things they did. I want tonight to be a joyful memory for the rest of your lives and not a regret in your old age."

Krissi and Dawn had gone into the room and had already taken off their shoes. The sitting area in the room had two couches and they were each by one of them as Nancy, Maura and Maria came inside. Krissi looked straight as Nancy and said, "So when you were watching Dawn and me and learning how to please each other, you would have been me?" Nancy just nodded her head. "Would you want to show me how much you've learned from doing that?"

Nancy turned to Maura, who smiled and inclined her head toward Krissi. Nancy smiled back and started walking over to the couch by Krissi.

Maria leaned into Maura's ear and said, "Why don't we go to the other couch and watch this." Maria walked over to the other couch and sat with her back against the one arm rest. She spread one leg out along the couch and the other leg she spread with her foot still on the floor. Then she patted the cushion between her legs and Maura came and sat down between Maria's legs, resting her back against Maria's body.

Maria pulled Maura into her and whispered in her ear, "

Don't worry, she's in very good hands. And so are you.

" Maria then nibbled on Maura's earlobe as Dawn sat down at the other end of the couch. She put Maura's feet into her lap and took off Maura's shoes. Then she began giving Maura a foot massage as the three of them turned to the other couch to watch the action.
