When children are in my storylines, there's minimal sexual activity if they're close by. Also, generally, there's little or no alcohol consumed when children are present.
All descriptive sex in this story is lesbian, ladies aged 18 to 21. Some explicit lesbian sexual actions occasionally feature a strong, but loving woman as the definite

INTRODUCTION:
VISSY
POV
We
SSY
girls in order of appearance in Running From Love (
RFL 1-4
), Priscilla (
Prissy
), now 19; Melissa (
Missy
), now 18; Mimi (Issy) now, 20 & Me-Vera (
Vissy
), now 21.
Prissy, Missy, and Issy's familial backgrounds and histories are cited and discussed in detail in RFL 1-4, but I'm a late arrival, so my brief history follows.
VERA (
VISSY
) ANN JACKSON
My sister, Alice, and I are happy and contented young girls growing up in Albany, NY, until tragedy strikes. Our parents die instantly in a Car Crash during the New Year's Holiday Weekend.
Alice has been accepted for college, but can't attend, having to care for me, her 10-year-old sister. We don't have any, close relatives on the East Coast, so she gets a good office job, working at
Jansen-Moore Investments LLC
.
My sister's boyfriend, Jacob, from High School doesn't handle our situation well, since he and Alice are accepted at the same college in Boston, MA with plans to share an apartment.
Jacob and Alice continue dating and marry after he earns his BS Degree, but I often feel unwanted. Jacob is not abusive nor mean to me, but I sense he subconsciously blames me for their forced change of lifestyle plans.
My sister starts working at
Jansen-Moore LLC
after graduating High School and is there for 4-years; before marrying her long-time boyfriend, Jacob, after he earns his BS degree.
Three years later, my sister is pregnant and won't return to work after her baby's birth. So, she recommends the company hire me, Vera who's 8 years younger, at 17, and has just graduated High School.
One day, Missy sees that I'm sad and comforts me during Girls At Work (
GAW
) month in the Albany office. Later, I become best friends with Prissy, Missy, and Issy (
The SSY Girls
). so they christen me
Vissy
.
I work at Missy's family business for two years, before Moms Rachael/Bernie closes the Albany office. The company moves key employees from Albany, NY to the New Corporate HQ in Beaufort, NC, A few lower-level employees transfer to the HQ, but most accept a generous payout package.
I'm an excellent worker and an
SSY
Girl, so the company moved me to Beaufort, where the other
g
irls live. For the first time since my family's tragedy, I'm
truly-happy
and at peace with my life!

MEETING BERYL:
VISSY
We four
SSY
girls have been friends for nearly 3 years and are coordinating plans for celebrating Missy's 18
th
birthday this month.
My life's been a whirlwind for the past few years, staying with Grandma Amanda and Jaine in Albany; and learning the intricacies of Missy's family investment business.
We four girls, seal our friendship before the Albany office closure. I gleefully spend alternate months in Albany and Beaufort, preparing for the final move.
I love learning from Grandma Amanda and VP Jaime, but my best buds and heart are in Beaufort, so I'm anxious for Albany to close so we're together, all the time.
We girls are a close group, but I connect more with Missy every year while Prissy and Issy often whisper and giggle with each other more frequently. So our foursome of best buds casually drifts toward a 2 + 2 couples social grouping, but we're always together.
The couples pairing is only visible when we're alone, out of sight of the others. Other than Moms Rachael/Bernie, most of our family and friends, aren't fully aware of our gradual shift to being couples.

Another huge change happens in perfect timing, with Beryl entering my life. We
SSY
buds have 3-younger girls, Jill-13, Milly-12, and Lainey-9, in our lives as little sisters.
Prissy
/Jill,
Missy
/Milly, and
Issy
/Lainey are big/little sister pairs, but, little ole me is, currently all alone with no little sister.
Additionally three boys, Calvin-10, Owen-9, and Aron-9 round out our special group of younglings.
Ava notices everything and quietly talks with her five roommates who contact the Carteret County Foster Care Center, asking if a 9 or 10-year-old girl is available for foster care or adoption.
The center doesn't have any abandoned or abused girls in that age range on-site. However, the Center Director will put feelers out in their intra-state, NC network of care centers.
We
SSY
girls are supposedly blissfully unaware of these shenanigans. So, we're surprised when Ava, Dania, Ellis, and Sherry rush us to visit a care center with them one morning early, bringing our 6-younglings.
A new girl has been transferred to the Beaufort center and is now finishing her intake processing. So, she'll soon be placed on the center's foster child care availability website.

Arriving at the Child Care Center, Prissy throws me a
LOOK
smiling slyly, but doesn't say a word.
We're casually strolling to an intake conference room, when instinct drives me to turn left down a different nearly barren hallway.
Approaching a circular stairway to the 2
nd
floor, I see a frail little girl, sitting alone sniffling.
Smiling, I quietly ask, "Are you okay sweetie?"
She nods yes, but suddenly bursts into big-fat tears, "I'm so alone and scared, not knowing anybody here or having a family.
I don't have a daddy, and the Man living in our house hits and hurts me a lot. They get drunk, and my Mom doesn't stop him from hitting me, so some people come to take me away, and now I'm here."
She starts loudly boohooing, as more fat tears fall down her cheeks, "I don't hurt much anymore from being hit all the time, but it's cold and scary being here by myself."
Pulling her into a warm n close hug, "Oh Sweetie, I'm glad you aren't being hit now and know how scary it is being alone in a new place. I was alone and scared for a long time but now have many friends here in Beaufort."
Smiling while hugging her, "My name is Vissy, and I'm 21 years old, what's your name Sweetie?"
She doesn't answer, but seeing a hint of a smile, I softly tickle her cooing, "Sweetie, how can I be your
Friend
or
Big Sister
, if I don't know your name?"
She looks at me wondrously, "My name's Beryl, Big Sister Vissy, do you have some
Good Candy
for me, 'cause I like candy?"
Tickling her more vigorously, "I don't have any
Candy
sweetie, but my friends here with me do. So let's go and find them and get some for us to eat!" holding out my arms again.
She climbs into them resting her head on my shoulder as I hold her, seeming very lightweight for her height.
So I ask, "How old are you
Little Sis Beryl
?"
She smiles, "I'm 9
Big Sis Vissy
, and where's your friends with the candy?"
Slowly walking back toward the entrance, "Okay sweet little Beryl let's find my friends and eat all their Candy!" as she giggles cutely.
Rounding a corner, I see the 10 girls, Aron, Owen, and Calvin, with two older ladies who are probably center counselors. All 15 of them screech to a stop, eying Beryl and me in shock.
Beryl grins loudly asking, "Okay, Big Sis Vissy, who's got the
Good Candy
?"
Hugging her tightly I quietly say, "Wait a minute little sis, and we'll ask the kids, who all love candy like you?" kissing her cheek.
I don't know why we're visiting this Child Care Center, but, sense a strong underlying tension in Ava.
I softly speak, "Ava, I hear comments about the
Our Day Celebration
and now suddenly realize our younger siblings have come from here." inquisitive and watching everything closely, as we stroll toward the conference room.
I hushedly tell Ava about meeting Beryl, "Feeling an irresistible tug down the left hallway, I see her sitting alone on the stairs crying.
"She tells me she's been hit many times by a man, who I think is her Mother's drunken boyfriend, and is taken away from her family.
"She's scared because people bring her here and she doesn't know anyone. We talk for a few minutes sharing our names and ages, with me giving Beryl many hugs and kisses on her sweet little cheeks."
Then she asks, "
Got any Good Candy Big Sis
," which seemingly closes the deal on our being friends."
Staring deep into Ava's soul, it finally hits me squarely between the eyes like a hard-swung baseball bat.
Our reason for the hurried early morning visit to this
Child Care Center
Is Resting Happily
in my arms.
So I ask Milly, "Hey Little Sis, please share some of your Candy with our new Little Sis, Beryl?" as the 6-younglings go berzerko hugging and kissing her!
The two Care Center Counselors look astoundedly at Ava, "I guess we'll pack the little one's clothes?"
So, I now have a
Special Little Sis
,
Beryl
following me everywhere!
