Isis & Agyness Ch. 2
Love and lust exist just open your eyes.
I hope you enjoyed the previous chapter. I would suggest that reading the first chapter is necessary to understand this one. This series, though involving a slightly more mature and controlling character, will be posted to the Lesbian Sex category.
I would like to thank a special woman from the Lit chat room, Emily's Escorts, for her thoughts, support, and encouragement. This series is written for her.
There is a bit more character development in this chapter but love, yes love, and lust start to unfold.

I hit send on the text thinking to myself what it would be like to fuck young Miss Agyness Luan'. The thrill would be to walk her into the club, with her wearing my collar, her leash in my hand, under my control. Those other sluts would be on bended knee and with their heads bowed in reverence towards me, wanting what I had, wanting the prize possession she would be.
I exhaled. She responded with a black heart emoji. I said to myself, "Yes Abby I would love to fuck that young woman and make her mine."
As I walked past the first floor laundry room, I pulled off my t-shirt and walked naked into my bedroom. I pulled back the covers of my bed and felt the wetness of my swelling pussy.
"Yes, I do wonder if that little woman would be a good pet."
I heard the ruffle of the comforter as one of the boys jumped up on the right side of the bed. I closed my eyes letting the soft tones of Bach sing me to sleep.

Agyness
Tuesday was a less than stellar day. It wasn't satisfactory and it certainly wasn't fulfilling. Jerry was on my back yipping at me all day. He complained I was going too slowly with the clients I had scheduled. He pulled me aside twice after I was finished working with a client and explained I needed to move quicker and that I needed to upsell on the dietary supplements and equipment he sold as well.
I will be honest, I am not a fan, and I mean, I will never be a fan of the types of products he carries and wants us to sell. They are second rate, lesser quality, and some even worse than that. The equipment as an example is low quality, the lifting gloves are not real leather, and they are 'pleather'. The hook and latch closure material is just not well constructed. We hear customers comment and complain constantly but Jerry is Jerry and he will not change.
Yes, Jerry is the owner and he does make money for the sale of these products and I didn't even recommend them to my clients. I attempted to discuss with Jerry several times that a higher quality product would potentially result in more customers considering purchasing them. I have suggested some to him, especially the whey protein, but he rebukes against my suggestion constantly.
I was happy to be closing out my day. My last client was finished and thrilled with her workout. She even commented to Jerry on the way out the door what a great day she had, that made me feel better. Adam knew I was having a down day. As I was making my way to my car he caught up with me asking if I was okay. I just shrugged my shoulders and admitted nothing that a good run wouldn't fix.
And that is what I did, I got home, changed and with earbuds and phone at the ready, I made my way out for my run.
I woke up Wednesday and headed to Jerry's and opened the fitness center going through the routines and processes. Right at four forty-five, I flipped on the remaining lights and unlocked the doors.
As is his custom which I appreciate, Adam sent a text; he was coming in the back door so not to scare me. I think I am going to miss him the most when I finally leave here and go out on my own. Who knows, he is a nice guy and is a great fitness trainer. Maybe I will hire him when I am ready for another person.
With Wednesday completed and only once having to hear from Jerry, I showered and changed and walked out heading home. As I was walking to the parking lot after work, I heard my phone ringing. I looked at the caller ID and shivered slightly.
Isis
On Wednesday afternoon I completed my due diligence having walked the streets of my home neighborhood of Cambridgeport. I found a commercial realtor with whom I am connected with professionally. He offered me a few options to consider in the smallish mall on Magazine Street and Gordon Place and a few spots on Waverly and Erie Streets.
Happy with the four choices the realtor has found, I placed a call to Agyness checking her availability for a walk around, well really to meet at a cafe then drive to the different locations for her to see. We agreed to meet Friday after she was done at the fitness center. She told me she would be there as close to 4:00 as possible.
"I will text you the address of the Coast Cafe on River Street." I said. Agyness was thankful. There seemed to be a bit of stress in her voice. I hoped that she suddenly had doubts now that I was moving forward with this.
Friday
Now do not ask me the reason why as I am still not certain why but I departed the office earlier than I needed to. I explained to Christine that I was meeting Agyness. We were to discuss her investment which could provide an increase of the inflow growth of her portfolio. However, I went home and changed from my normal business attire and dress slightly casual, jeans, a nice blouse and heels, not work heels. I have my minimum standards!
I arrived at the cafe right at four to see Agyness sitting there with an iced coffee. When Agyness's eyes caught mine, I nodded and indicated I would be with her shortly. I ordered my coffee, a dark roast, one sugar. When it was prepared, I made my way over to sit with her.
"Agyness, it is nice to see you. How have you been?" I inquired, actually caring how she was.
She shared her happiness and then I watched as her entire physical persona changed as she started telling me about how dissatisfied she was with her current job. She explained, in not so many details, how this Jerry was all about money and the process and hurrying the clients getting more and more each day. She sounded frustrated.
Agyness took a final sip of her iced coffee. She looked straight ahead but really I could just see her stare forward when she said.
"I need a drastic and positive change in my life. I really need this place to work out. I need a smart woman as a business manager to guide me, as well as someone financially smart. I do not want to fail."
She just stared forward. I couldn't believe the turmoil in this woman's soul. I sensed an opportunity.
"Listen, I got the financial smarts to help and to guide you. I have a bit of business smarts."
She looked at me and nodded, I continued. "If we find the correct and appropriate business person I am sure with your dedication and knowledge base we can make it work." I smiled reassuring her.
I looked at my watch; the realtor would be meeting us in five minutes. "Let's go look at spaces. Okay?" I stood and extended a warm hand, then waited.
I was in shock when she slid her chair back and reached for my hand. I smiled carefully, taking hers and assisted in standing. We then walked out the side door of the cafe into the warm spring day.
As we walked to our left down the sidewalk, I loosened the soft grip I had on her hand. What thrilled me was how she didn't release her grip. Agyness, held my hand lovingly. It was as if she didn't want to let go of a security blanket.
We were just a few store fronts down and we stopped as the realtor was waiting outside. He opened the door for us. Agyness released my hand as we walked in with the minimal lights turned on.
I could see her mind looking at the layout. She turned in a full circle then looked at me. She shook her head very softly; I could barely see it move from side to side.
"It needs a warmer welcoming space. A wider space the depth is fine but this is narrow." She looked at me. "Does that make sense?"
I smiled and held out my hand as we both turned walking out of the space. Once on the sidewalk we turned left again.
"It's okay; you will know it when you see it." I assured her.
The second location was identical and narrow like the other. We then made our way back to the Cafe where our cars were parked. She followed me to my car asking if I minded her riding with me. I smiled and told her of course I didn't mind.
In the back of my mind I was imagining things which I knew were not real but the fantasy was starting to thrive and kick in. When we arrived at the first place on Erie Street, she smiled. As she stepped out of the car and smiled.
"There isn't a ton of parking which could be troublesome." She looked around a second time. "Well, there is some down the street I can see."
She walked to my side of the car, standing next to me. I wanted to tell her I lived a few blocks over from here and our neighborhood is a very walkable neighborhood. I held back a tad bit. She didn't take my hand but waited for me to walk forward where we were going.
We followed the realtor to the space, which was to the left side of a one level building. Once the doors were open, we walked in. I watched her non-verbal expression. I could see her mind working, having her ideal studio mapped out in her brain.
She walked to the rear of the building mumbling, talking to herself but at such a low volume I couldn't hear her. After a minute or two hearing doors open and close she finally stepped out into the main area.
She turned to the realtor. "Does the other have a similar setup?"
He nodded. She smiled flatly, almost as if she was contemplating more questions.
"Is it on a corner of the building? Meaning more windows? More natural lighting? She asked
The realtor smiled and responded it did. Agyness turned to me and took my hand and murmured to me. "Can we see it please Miss Isis?"
I smiled and started walking towards the door. The space was two spots down to the left. Yes it was it was a corner building. Again, as we entered the space I watched as her eyes lit up. This time it was different, this time she walked the space as if it was set up. To the immediate left of the door, the welcome and check in desk. To the right side a few chairs, she walked back a few steps deeper into the space.
"We would need to change the windows, meaning a frosted covering from this point back." She paused, and then looked at me, "Privacy while in pose."
