Episode 75. Employee Relation Problems Pt. 01
We see an attractive Latina employee at her office, sitting at her desk at a computer with the door shut. She's around 20. She's wearing a plain blouse and a short skirt, well above the knees. She has on several bracelets and eye-catching earrings. We see a spreadsheet on her screen. She stretches, closes the spreadsheet, and smiles. Then she opens her browser and navigates to a lesbian site. She pulls up her skirt so we can see her red, bikini panties. She's rubbing herself on the outside of her panties with one hand while browsing with the other. She starts a video. She unclasps the belt of her skirt and unzips it and lowers it to the floor. She's still sitting in the chair. Now her hand goes in her panties and we clearly tell that she's masturbating though all we see are the panties and the moving fabric gives away what's happening beneath.
Our video becomes a split screen. The second half of the view shows another office with an attractive woman around 25-28 sitting at a desk and working at a computer. She sits in a very large, tall chair. She's dressed a bit more conservatively with more elegant jewelry. We hear an alert sound from her computer. She looks at the screen. "Damn. I didn't expect you to be visiting porn sites. Well, let's see what you're looking at Selena." She pushes a button, and her screen shows the same thing that is on Selena's screen. She taps her fingers while she considers what she wants to do. Suddenly, she stands up decisively and completely undresses quickly and types on her screen "I need you in my office now."
Back to a single view. Selena is rubbing under her panties furiously now, and a message pops up on her screen that says "I need you in my office now - Tori." With one hand she types "10 minutes" and presses Send. Almost immediately, the reply comes back "no, right now." Selena says "shit! Shit!" She closes the browser, uses a tissue on her desk to clean her fingers, and puts her skirt back on. She types "on my way" and leaves the room.
The scene switches back to Tori's office. She's nude behind the desk, and she reads Selena's message. She hides her clothes and swivels the chair around so her back is towards the door. There's a knock on the door, and Tori tells her to come in. Selena enters nervously. Tori tells her "close the door." She closes the door, and Selena is standing in front of the desk. All she can see is the back of the chair; she can't see Tori. The camera angle changes so that we see Tori, nude, sitting in her chair with Selena in the background.
"Selena, I just got an alert from our monitoring system that you were visiting a porn site."
"Shit!"
"You know what the company policy is, don't you? I'm supposed to fire you on the spot."
Selena is panicking. "Tori, I'm sorry, it was a mistake. I've never visited a porn site before. You know I haven't. This was an accident."
"Shut up! Don't try to tell me that two days after I turn on a monitoring system, I catch you watching porn. You know my problem, though, don't you? You're my best worker, and I really don't want to let you go if I don't have to."
Selena is starting to hope maybe there's a way out. "Tori, I always get all of my work done and extra work. What can I do to convince you that I won't do this again?"
Tori pauses. "Well, let me ask you some questions so I can understand this. I saw what you were watching. Is that your favorite site?"
Selena is nervous again, thinking of what to say.
"Don't lie to me again or I swear you can leave and I'll give your job to Elsa!"
Selena frowns when she hears Elsa's name. "Okay, it's like this, I get turned on watching women having sex."
"Do you have a girlfriend?"
"Oh, no, Tori. I've never done anything with a woman. My family would be so angry. But I like to watch. I like it very much and it turns me on."
