This is my first story to submit here so please go a little easy on me. I have many more ideas but I just needed to get one out. Constructive criticism welcomed and appreciate! ο

"This is college Aja! Lighten up a bit. No one is worried about you, there are tens of thousands of other girls that go here and hundreds of thousands of other women that live in this city. Just relax, take it easy and enjoy yourself." Haley told her roommate.
Aja rolled her eyes, Haley was right. She needed to stop overthinking everything.
"Let's take a shot." Haley suggested.
"Yes please." Aja surprised herself and Haley.
Haley got the chilled liquor from the freezer and placed two shot cups on the counter, "To an enjoyable night full of memories we can't remember!"
"To the nights we can't remember." Aja smiled at her friend.
They were dressed to impress, it was the first they'd go out at friends. Last week was the first time they met each other, Aja liked Haley right off the bat though. They seemed like two peas in a pod. Aja was borrowing a pink dress from Haley and some leopard heels she bought online, she even let Haley do her makeup. It was a complete transformation from her normal jeans and nice shirt with light makeup.

The shot definitely boosted Aja's confidence as they walked into the bar, immediately her eyes wandered to the dance floor, one of her songs was blaring through the speakers.
"Let's go dance!" She yelled to Haley.
Haley grabbed Aja's hand as they walked through the crowd. Aja caught eyes with a couple guys, she was too shy to maintain the eye contact.
Maybe a drink would help that,
she thought to herself. Aja danced freely as she let the worries wash away from her and saw Haley enjoying herself, sometimes her self-consciousness really did hinder her happiness.
The girls made their way back to the bar, before Aja could think about what she wanted she felt a tap on her shoulder.
"Can I buy you a drink?" A masculine voice asked.
She turned around and couldn't help but smile, "Yes please."
He was tall, taller than her in heels, black hair, and an easy smile, "What would you like?"
"A Shiner please." Aja told him.
He nodded and got the bartenders attention, "Two Shiners and two shots of PatrΓ³n." The man turned his attention back to Aja, "I'm Max."
"Nice to meet you, I'm Aja." She shook his outreached hand.
"Do you like tequila Aja?" Max asked smirking.
"I do." Aja countered his smirk with a grin.
The bartender placed their drinks on the bar and Max handed Aja her shot. She wanted to make a toast, something she had said earlier that evening.
"To the nights we can't remember."
Max laughed, a genuine hearty laugh, before they knocked their shots back and chased them with their beers. Aja looked over to Haley quickly, she was getting chatted up by a guy as well.
"I saw you dancing out there, can you show me some of your moves?" Max asked taking a sip of his beer.
"Of course." Aja smiled at him, she grabbed his hand and they walked through the crowd back to the dance floor.

Max had seen Aja walk in, she was at least 6 foot in those heels and that dress hugged her body in such a flattering way he couldn't look away. She was going in the opposite direction of him so he could stare all he wanted. Long brownish black braids, her complexion was a golden brown, small waist, and curves in all the right places. Her smile was radiant, he hadn't seen anything more beautiful. If anything, he would talk to that girl tonight.
On the dance floor Max watched Aja's body sway with the beat, the way she let the music overtake her and just be herself. She turned around to grind on Max, a welcomed movement, he tried his hardest to get his erection to stay down but nothing he did stopped. Aja kept grinding, more sensually than he could have imagined and when she took his hands to place them on her hips he just about lost it. She moved her body the way he directed her, she placed her head on his shoulder and smiled up at him brazenly.
Max wasn't sure how long they danced but eventually Aja grabbed his hand and lead him to the bar, "Take me home."
She wasn't slurring but Max knew she was drunk, "Are you sure?"
"Yes." Aja winked at him.
"Ok, let me go tell my friends I'm leaving."
"I should do the same." Aja nodded.
