Alex was comfortable sitting on the sofa with his friends playing video games for the night. His day would end nicely. Starting with showing Kirsten his new apartment her staying over for a while and them just talking and joking around satisfied him enough. He would never admit to her but he had a little crush on the little girl with no filter nor impulse control.
They have been friends for years since their high school career and since they are now high school graduates in the summer before college, you can say time has time passed and they have changed. But his feelings hasn't.
She stood shorter than him so he always got the view of her looking up at him with those big brown eyes encased by full black eyelashes. Her creamy brown skin was on showcase since she had always had the confidence to. Which is what he loved about her. She was open and confident about herself and didn't take herself too seriously.
But he could barely keep his eyes off of her today. She wore a lingerie top with dark fitted pants that showed every curved. And her little silver necklace that made him focus of her c-cup cleavage.
With a boom. He snapped out of his thoughts and looked at the screen. It flashing the game stats and that his team barely won by one point.
"What the hell Alex? You were barely even playing," Lucas inquired as he looked towards Alex. Oliver followed suit with a small smirk.
"Of course his head isn't in the game. Didn't you hear that Kirsten came over today?"
"Shut up," Alex clips feeling embarrassed
"You mean that girl that he's been simpin' over since like sophomore year?" Lucas asks and Oliver hums whilst nodding.
Before Lucas could answer. A small knock was placed at the door. Alex look at the time and see it flashed 11:32. Who would be over so late? He asks himself as he gets up and walk towards the door. He opens it and see a familiar girl looking at him with red eyes and streaks of tears running down her face. Shock enters him as he see her in a oversized T-shirt with seemingly no pants nor shorts.
Once her eyes meet his she dropped her bag and practically fell into my arms and wrap hers around him. He quickly do the same thing. Why was she out so late wearing only this? How did she even get here? She doesn't have a car. And by the sound of the droplets falling outside and the slight wetness of her shoulders in was raining.
"Come in before you get sick," He gently demand as he pull her inside. Slightly reaching for her bag and dragging it inside with his leg. "What's going on?"
She peeled herself away from him. And that's when she notice the two other boys watching with wonder and anticipation. Her lips were put in a thin line and Alex noticed this. He pulled her in towards the back where his room was.
Closing the door behind them.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know you had company over. You were the first person that came up to my mind when I got kicked out. I didn't mean to intrude, I'll leave," She was rambling to keep her emotions at bay.
"You were kicked out!" He exclaim and she nodded. Her lip trembled a bit before he reached back in for another hug. He could feel her new tears soak his soak.
"I swear I'll leave tomorrow I just need a place for now," her voice slightly muffled by his shirt. He pull away pushing her hair from in front of her face.
"No need, I'll always be there for you. Use my bed and relax. I'll tell the guys to leave."
"No, I'm the one intruding. I'll just stay in here and you can play with your friends. We can talk more tomorrow, don't worry about me."
"But-"
"No buts, go have fun." She pushes him out of the room and look back at the empty. She flops on the bed sniffling a bit.
Alex walk back out to the living seeing his friends looking at him expectantly. He simply sits on the sofa.
"So spill the fucking beans!" Lucas whisper yells which was hard to head over the game music.
"Nothing!" Alex answers
"Bullshit that girl came in here crying and went in your room and haven't came back out."
"It's nothing she has family problems and needs a place to stay for the night." Alex explains quickly and cleanly without giving too much information.
"Couldn't she get a hotel?"
"No because 1) I'm here to help her and 2) she can't get one yet."
"She can't fucking get one!" Lucas exclaim quietly.
"Yeah her birthday is next month." Alex answers simply.
"Didn't know your liked them young," Oliver jokes and Alex jolts in surprise before putting his finger over his lips.
"First off you been knew this Oliver and second shut up she is trying to relax." Alex whispers

Some time had past when she woke back up. She look at the time seeing its 2:33 in the morning. The bed was empty which unsettled her since she hasn't been her in Alex's bedroom before.
It was quiet and still which scared her slightly. She crawls out the bed and walk towards the door. Walking out to the living seeing, Alex sleeping on the sofa uncomfortably with a thin blanket. She frowns slightly at the sight. She couldn't help but feel guilty. She came in uninvited.
She walks closer to him and sit down on her knees next to him.
Alex being a light sleeper opens his eyes slows and jumps slightly when he sees Kirsten. Making her jump too.
"Sorry, I didn't mean disturb you but you look really uncomfortable out here and I felt guilty for taking over your bed." She admits.
