Priscilla's adult VR experience
It was a Friday night at The Duck Pond Tavern. Ruby Red was working the evening shift along with Beatrice and Priscilla. Like most Friday nights, this urban watering hole was packed and jumping after ten. One could enter from either set of double doors on Grant Street. The doors bookended the southern wall of the bar. A long bar stood tall opposite the doors. Stairs led to a seating area above the bar wtth plenty of tables. Another set of stairs led down the other side of the level to a large room with oil lamps and pool tables.
That night Ruby Red was working the small bar on the level above the main bar. She was the only one working who could hear the fight that broke out just after midnight. The main bar and the pool room each had their own jukebox. Had it not been for a few people rushing out of the pool room, Ruby Red might not have bothered to listen closely.
"Damn it. What the hell is going on down there?" Ruby Red yelled out to no one in particular. She was sure she heard the sound of glass breaking, pool sticks cracking, and a heck of a lot of swearing.
Ruby Red flipped a switch behind the bar to turn off the jukebox and then hustled down the stairs to see what was going on. She figured she had missed all the action. That was usually the case. Fights were not rare at The Duck Pond Tavern but they didn't happen every weekend. When they did, the participants were usually pulled apart after failing to land any serious blows. The damage was normally lots of spilt beer.
This Friday night was different. It was a full moon. Three guys were working over a large man who, apparently, let his loud mouth run a bit too long. The spectators were unable to do much. Ruby Red grabbed a heavy champagne bottle and let it fly. She had pitched softball in college. Her underhand toss hit one of the assailants right in the head and knocked him over. The other two thugs, too concerned with destroying their opponent, didn't notice or didn't care.
The situation was bleak as the large man was starting to slip in and out of consciousness. Ruby Red pulled her high-powered fancy, lighter out of her boot. Later, when the story of the night was told, some would say she had a flamethrower. In a certain sense, she did. She let both magnetic flaps open revealing a pair of elongated nozzles. Not having any tolerance for an unfair fight, Ruby Red torched the back of one of the assailants, sending him screaming across the room.
The man on fire extinguished himself, then knocked Ruby Red down before rejoining his partner, who was still attacking the large man on the ground in the corner.
Ruby Red raced to find the lighter that had been knocked from her hand when she heard a sharp whirling sound of chain and wood whistling through the air.
A man in a heavy black trench coat had seen enough. He had admired Ruby Red's throwing finesse with the bottle and her resourcefulness with the lighter. He was not pleased when she was shoved to the ground.
The man jumped into the fray wielding a nunchaku. The two wooden batons moved fluidly as if they were an extension of the man's body. Ruby Red was dazzled by the man's amazing display of rhythm and balance.
Jaws dropped as the cartoonish scene unfolded. The black-trench-coat-wearing hero connected his nunchaku with the temple of one of the assailants, knocking him out instantly. The last assailant drew a blade and managed a partial lunge toward the skilled martial artist. He quickly regretted the decision to move closer to the cyclone of timber. Seconds later, the assailant was badly bruised and ran for the exits.
"Wow. That was something else," Ruby Red said, looking up at the man who had saved the evening. Ruby Red was tending to the large man who had been victimized earlier.
After using zip ties to bind the wrists of the two troublemakers, the man introduced himself, "I am Demura." He lowered his head while smiling at Ruby Red.
"Hi, I am Ruby, Ruby Red," she said. "Thank you so much. I think you saved that guy's life over there."
"You hurled that bottle with some force at idiot number one over here," Demura chuckled, pointing toward a figure on the floor. "You like playing with fire, Ruby?"
"I did until that other guy knocked me down. I was looking for my lighter when you jumped in," Ruby Red answered. Ruby Red started to scan the floor. "I don't know where it went."
"Catch," Demura said, quickly tossing the titanium and brass firestarter toward Ruby Red. "This must be yours."
"Oh, wow," Ruby Red replied. "Thank you again. You sure have keen eyes."
"Especially for what is precious and unique," Demura observed as he looked intently at the beautiful woman in front of him. Her long hair dyed a blend of purple and crimson complemented her brown skin and attractive figure. Ruby Red's large bosom was barely contained by her custom-made peasant top. Her silk bra matched her hair color.
Ruby Red was used to the devouring stares she received from men but Demura's gaze gave her a jolt of nervous excitement. She blushed slightly as she realized the tussle caused her top to slip a bit. She was revealing even more cleavage than she normally did to ensure her tips were amongst the highest in the urban area.
Beatrice and Priscilla were running back and forth between the rooms while the two bouncers working the doors cleared the crowd out. "An ambulance and the police are on the way," Beatrice announced while wiping sweat from her forehead.
"I'm out. Nice meeting you," Demura announced as he abruptly turned away.
"Wait," Ruby Red called out. She grabbed Demura by the arm. "Where are you going? At least let me get you a drink on the house."
"I'm sorry. I'll take a rain check if that is alright. That is kind of you." Demura gently removed Ruby Red's hand from his arm. He held her hand in his and lowered his head to look straight into her eyes. "Don't mention the nunchaku."
Mesmerized by Demura's charm, Ruby Red gave him a big smile. "Yeah, sure. Sure thing."
"Good," Demura declared. He touched a fingertip to her nose and zipped out of the bar.
"Where's your prince going?" Priscilla asked noticing a glow on Ruby Red's face.
"He is not mine," Ruby Red replied. "I only just met him. His name is Demura,"
"Demura, eh?" Beatrice pondered. "I don't think I've seen him before. He's kind of cute and strong."
The police and ambulance arrived. The victim had regained consciousness, but was still in need of urgent care. He was rushed to the hospital as the police radioed in another ambulance for the two assailants who were now stirring and complaining.
"Looks like you got whacked pretty good and zipped tied. What happened here?" Officer O'Malley asked. "Who zip-tied these guys?"
"I did," Ruby Red answered as she stepped on hand of the man who pushed her down.
The man screamed. "Whoops, my bad." Ruby Red motioned Officer O'Malley, who appeared to be in charge, over to her.
Officer O'Malley, happily trampled the man on the floor, and followed her.
"Oh, don't listen to those guys. They were trying to beat the life out of the guy who is in the ambulance right now." Ruby Red smiled. "I hate bullies."
One of the two other officers, dealing with the two assailants announced, "Hey, I recognize this thug. Let's put them straight into the squad car. There is a warrant out for this one for sure. They don't need an ambulance."
One by one, the two men moaning on the floor were arrested and each placed in the back of separate police cruisers.
The officer speaking to Ruby Red took her statement. Ruby relayed what she saw, but left Demura out of the timeline. "That's right. I smashed one of those thugs with a lit oil lamp from one of the tables. The oil must have singed him a tad."
"I'll say, I can smell the burnt hair," Officer O'Malley laughed. "You are resourceful, I've got to hand it to you there. I can see why they knocked you down after that." Officer O'Malley noticed Ruby Red was starting to hesitate. "Don't worry you are not in trouble. Do whatever it takes. Just try not to kill the scum."
"Okay. We don't usually have fights like this. We don't want any trouble," Ruby said trying to look as innocent as she could. "It all happened so fast. After the guy pushed me down the crowd went wild. Bottles were flying at them and look at all these broken pool sticks. One of the creeps ran away."
The Officer O'Malley put out an alert for the third assailant. "Thank you Ruby. Sorry you had such a rough night. I will take a few more statements and we will be in touch if anything comes up."
Ruby Red did a good job of hovering around the officer. Pretending to be in a cleaning up frenzy, She managed to interrupt when one of the few witnesses that remained started to go into too much detail about the fight.
"What did you say you saw?" Officer O'Malley asked a regular called Sam.
Before Sam could finish his answer, Ruby Red bounced into the small round table Sam was leaning against. "Whoops, clumsy me," she announced. Sam turned toward Ruby and she flashed him a funny face.
Sam caught on. "I don't know, officer..Wonder Woman showed up and saved the day."
"Very funny, wise guy," the officer said. "What are you some kind of yo-yo actor. You had me fooled, thinking you were eager to tell me something important. Wonder Woman I thought you said you saw a guy in a trenchcoat."
Sam smiled and winked at Ruby Red. "You know officer, Wonder Woman could have shown up. You never know. You just got to believe."
Officer O'Malley, clicking the top of his pen, sighed, "That's enough for now." He waved and took off in his patrol car.
The police radio crackled. "O'Malley, Trent here. The guy in my car is starting to bleed again. Jones is insisting we swing by the hospital."
"Let's get them both checked out. See you over there, over," Officer O'Malley blurted. He would rather let criminals be left with only the cement floor of the jail cell for comfort. Got to let the wayward feel the consequences of their actions was his motto.
"Looks like they are pretty banged up. Doc says it will be a few hours before they can be transported downtown," Officer Trent relayed to Officer O'Malley.
