There will be a few chapters. I think I have three in mind so far. There's a bit of lead up, but there's all sorts of combos of sex here. This is my first story, so be kind!

Chapter 1.
I took a deep breath as I awaited his answer.
"Approach the bench counselor", Judge Calhoun replied.
I smoothed my skirt down and approached the raised daïs where the judge sat.
"Your honor, I assure you that my client has a credible alibi, its just that she hasn't authorized me to release it publicly." I pause. "She has, however, given me permission to share it with you privately, in your chambers."
I pause and wait. I've said all I can say. I know there's precedent, but it's still a longshot.
Judge George Calhoun is looking at me with one eyebrow raised, like he can't tell if I'm joking. In his 60's he's been doing this nearly as long as I've been alive. He sighs, "Alright counselor, you win, but it won't just be you and me, opposing counsel must be present as well."
I let out a breath I didn't know I'd been holding. That was the best I could have hoped for, given the circumstances. The judge clears his throat.
"Court will be in recess for 1 hour. Counselors, in my chambers."
The judge, myself, and opposing counsel, Christopher Jenkins, enter the judge's chambers. Chris is giving me the strangest look. We've known each other since law school, but it was clear he thought I lost my mind. "Elsie, what is going on? This should have been a simple one-and-done alibi check, and we could all have moved on with our lives."
I sighed. If only it were that easy.
Judge Calhoun seats himself behind his large desk, folds his hands and sighs heavily. "Okay counselor, what could possibly be so damning that your client couldn't have it heard in my courtroom?"
"Well your honor, a few weeks ago I got a call from former District Attorney Owens, that his son, Mitch, who is on a semester abroad in Spain, really needed me to talk to his girlfriend, and DA Owens was calling in a favor. While this was odd, I figured it couldn't hurt, after all I'm mostly doing public defender work right now anyway, so I met with the young women who explained that there had been a break-in, as you both know, and the police wanted her alibi. Should have been easy, except for the fact that her alibi, her rock-solid alibi, complete with a timestamp and everything, is...a sex tape."
I let that hang in the air for a moment.
