It has just been my dad and I since I can remember. My mom died shortly after I was born from some kind of infection. Dad is a Major at the Ellsworth Air Force Base near Rapid City South Dakota and I am a senior in high school. It has been hard having a military man for a father because he has scared all the guys away before I even get a second date.
My best friend Paige dates a lot and my dad knows it so the only time I am allowed to be with her is when her parent's are around to chaperone. I think she is much prettier than me anyways with her long golden blonde hair, baby blue eyes and her knock out body. She stands about five foot eight with big boobs, the perfect size bubble butt and tiny waist.
I, on the other hand, am barely five feet and although I am very feminine I am not nearly as curvy as she is. I have long, almost to my waist, bright auburn curls with an odd pale green eye color. They are very noticeable and I get a lot of compliments.
It is the towards the end of August and it is unusually humid for South Dakota. It's normally pretty arid in the summer and breezy. I work full time during the summer giving tours at one of the dinosaur parks in town and so does Paige.
Paige has been just itching to go to Sturgis for the motorcycle rally this coming weekend. My dad has strictly forbidden me to ever go there while I live with him because girls have gone missing after attending the festivities. Paige just thinks he is being overprotective and doesn't want to go without me.
A friend of ours from school has made us fake ID's just in case I get the remote chance of sneaking out. We even went shopping together and I bought a new outfit. Paige buys a black silk mini skirt that swirls around her thighs with a red sequined tank top that shows her midriff and her belly ring.
I, being a lot more modest, pick out a peach spaghetti strap summer dress that is snug in the bodice and has a full lacy skirt that almost reaches my knees. White heeled sandals complete my new purchase. At least if I don't get to go to Sturgis with Paige I have something new I can wear the rest of the summer.
The day before the motorcycle rally is over my dad gets called away for several days and I get to go stay with Paige. She is totally thrilled because she is going to drive us over to Sturgis for the last night to party. A friend of ours that works at the rally scored us free tickets to the Sugarland concert.
I take money out of my bank account so I won't have to worry about using my debit card and Dad won't be able to trace my whereabouts. Just to be safe I also put my police issue Mace in my small purse just in case I run into trouble. Paige makes fun of me because I am so safety conscious but I won't relent and put it back.
We are both dressed and headed out of town early enough to check out the vendors and eat some awesome festival food before the concert starts. Paige, being the true country girl, drives an old rebuilt black Chevy truck, complete with a lift and big tires.
Sturgis is only a half hour drive from Rapid City and soon we are both strolling through the booths checking out all the Harley clothes, leather, biker gear and everything else the vendors are selling. I pick out a brand new pair of sunglasses since mine were broke a couple days ago and Paige goes absolutely credit card crazy buying clothes, sunglasses, a leather jacket and anything else that takes her fancy.
We still have almost two hours before the concert starts so Paige decides to lock all of her purchases in the truck and go get a tattoo. She even offers to buy one for me but I shake my head in a panic as I imagine my dad's reaction. Our friend that got us the concert tickets told us which tattoo place to go to that is the best and Paige makes a beeline for it.
Luckily for us there is no one getting any ink done when we walk in. Paige haughtily walks up to the counter, describes what she wants and where she wants it. Within seconds she is on her stomach with her shirt pulled up and her skirt pushed down a bit while the biker starts on her tramp stamp.
I pass the time looking at all the tattoo drawings on the walls while Paige gets the South Dakota state flower and some creeping ivy on her lower back. There are some drawings of dragonflies that I like that I pause at for several minutes studying them enviously.
"You must be a local girl." A deep husky voice says from directly behind me. I turn around and am instantly caught in the sexiest pair of dark brown eyes I have ever seen. He must be around thirty years old and built like a brick shithouse with muscles bulging everywhere. Towering over my tiny frame he must be right around six and a half feet tall. Blue-black hair that is neatly cut as well as a goatee complete his looks amazingly.
"Yes, I'm from over in Rapid City. Is it that obvious?" I ask bashfully, my cheeks coloring a light pink.
"Actually yes, it is." He chuckles down at me softly as he runs a finger down my arm making me shiver. "You are a nice change to the women that hang around rally's like this."
"Thank you." I whisper, smiling sweetly at him.
"Dragonflies huh?" He points to the drawing I have been studying. "I could give you a good deal since this is the last day and create one even better than that one."
"I would love to take you up on that, but my.....I mean I didn't really bring enough cash for a tattoo." I stammer, not wanting him to think I am some stupid teenager.
"Parent's would freak?" He asks knowingly. I blush even brighter and gaze down at the floor. "What about your friends parent's?"
"She will be able to hide it from them, they will never know." I state enviously.
"I could put that dragonfly where no one would see it unless you were naked." He growls into my ear. "Consider it a gift Little One. I would love to be the one responsible for your first rebellion."
He takes my hand and begins to pull me towards the back room.
"I don't know." I hedge, pulling my hand from his.
"Oh live a little!" Paige exclaims from her seat a foot away. "Stop being Daddy's little angel and do something that Aria wants to do for once!"
I smile uncertainly and follow the gorgeous biker into the back room where he has more furniture. He has me lie down on a table while he quickly draws me a lavender dragonfly hovering over a pink rose. At my nod he gets his ink and equipment ready then starts to live the skirt of my sundress.
"What are you doing?" I ask anxiously as I push his hand away.
