My name is Tina, and I am home on my summer break from University.
I am 20 years old with long brown hair and blue eyes. My height is 5'7", and my body is nicely shaped as you can imagine.
This is my story.
I'm home for the Summer break, which is good. I get to spend some time with Mum and Dad. Mum and Dad both work, but that's fine because we still get time together. After being home for a couple of days, Mum and I sat down to have a chat about what's been happening in both our lives since the last time we saw each other.
I told Mum about University, and how I have taken a new class, and the friends that I have made there. Mum said, "Has anything happened at the University?"
I said, "No," then I asked her, "What's been happening around here?"
Mum thought for a bit and then said, "Nothing, really."
I said, "None at all?"
Then Dad said, "What about Glen, next door?"
I said, "Who's Glen?"
Mum said, "He lives next door."
I said, "Well, tell me what the gossip is on him." Mum and Dad started telling me things like, his wife had left him, and he hasn't been going out; only to go to work.
Mum said, "Mrs. Peters from across the road has been going there to see if he is okay."
Dad said, "Sure she has," with a laugh.
I said, "What do you mean by that, Dad?"
Dad's reply was, "Mrs Peters is going over there to see if she can get some."
Then Mum asked if I could help her with dinner, and nothing more was said. While having dinner, I was wondering about what this man named Glen was like, so I asked Mum, "What is Glen like?"
Mum said, "He seems nice; only said hi across the lawn."
I asked, "Is he old or young?"
Dad said, "He would be in his late 40's to early 50's."
The next morning, I was up having breakfast with Mum, but Dad had already gone to work.
Mum asked me, "Are you okay?"
I said, "Yes."
Then Mum said, "You look like something is wrong."
I replied, "No, I'm okay," but I was thinking about the man next door. I asked Mum, "Would you mind if I made something to take to the man next door."
She said, "No, that would be nice," as she was on her way out to go to work.
Now home alone, what was I going to make? I decided to make a nice apricot tart, then I went upstairs to get dressed. I went next door and rung the door bell, and waited. Then, the door opened and there he was, standing there.
He said, "Yes, can I help you?"
I said, "Hi. I'm Tina and I live next door. I thought I would introduce myself. I also made this tart for you."
Glen replied, "Well, thank you Tina."
I said, "Your welcome."
