This is a short work of erotic fiction containing furry, or anthropomorphic, characters, which are animals that either demonstrate human intelligence or walk on two legs, for the purposes of these tales. It is a thriving and growing fandom in which creators are prevalent in art and writing especially.
All work is fiction intended for fantasy only, regardless of content, and consent must always be acquired when engaging in any sex act with another adult.
Please note that all characters are clearly over eighteen and written as such in all stories.

The planet had changed, over the years, but that didn't mean the basics of population control -- and repopulation -- did not have to be addressed. With so many shifting climate changes, humanity had been forced into climate-controlled buildings while robots and drones worked on making their land more habitable again. Though there was talk, even in their world, that they would need to adapt to learn on the planet they loved again.
That could come in time, however, and things were going well on that front, while they lived and loved and laughed in a different world than what those who came before them had expected. There was plenty to be done in there and work to be had, though they as a species were expanding once more and seeking ways in which they could reproduced more quickly. The low fertility and birth rates, at the bare minimum, were causing their population to decline rather than to increase on the new planet they had populated.
They should be able to go out into the world soon, however, with their exploratory group, though the mysterious illness had challenged things. Nothing, with the solar system changing, even the galaxy beyond it, would ever be easy.
Greg hadn't really known what to think about the repopulation program when it was presented to him, although it was a rather tantalising option. He swivelled back and forth in his chair, the wheels squeaking lightly, though lubricant for things like that appeared to be in rather short supply those days. The cubicle-room where he worked didn't have any natural light filtering in but that was normal for them; looking for natural light had become something, over the years, which had just filtered out.
"Hm..."
It was a tempting thing indeed, for the walls of his workspace closed in more and more every day. He had friends, yes, but things had grown very "samey" over the last few years and to try something new, well...hm. If he got to have sex more, that sounded like a very good thing indeed.
His physique had gone a little softer too and Greg frowned at his belly, the softness around his middle. He'd started off, in his earlier twenties, going to the gym frequently -- for they had extensive fitness facilities there and most habitations were all connected. Yet even that had grown boring, no matter how many different programs he tried or challenged himself by pushing his body more and more with every training session.
No, he needed something different as he dialled the number on the e-mail blast that caught his attention, amongst the data he was processing for the next expedition team.
And that was just how Greg came to be in the new chamber, surprisingly with a fair amount of natural light. It was strange there, though in a glorious way, filled with plants of all kinds -- many of which were still being catalogued on the new planet. With a glass, domed roof to the main chamber, it allowed a stream of brilliant, skin-tingling natural sunshine through, warming him.
Which was just as well, after all, considering he was in his bare skin, with nothing at all to cover him. He shivered a little and rubbed his arm, casting his eyes around. The ground under his feet was soft and sandy, a small slope declining down to a river, which appeared on one side of the dome and lazily snaked its way through. There was a section, with tiling, that seemed to be set up for bathing -- less natural in its presentation but with a large bath that was half-sunk into the floor, which made it less obtrusive. He hadn't yet found anywhere that looked like a kitchen or a canteen, however, for the structure they were in was completely cut off from the rest of the expanding expedition buildings.
Maybe they would be able to bring people from their home planet, Earth, too, he thought, rubbing his stomach as he was once again drawn to the fact he didn't have any body hair left at all. He'd been ordered to shave himself but hadn't, apparently, done a good enough job -- so a medical person, connected with the breeding program, had completed the job for him. Even his genitalia were not spared.
Much less his head... But he didn't mind that, running his fingers over the smooth dome there. It was not too bad, to be shaved completely, though he couldn't help but wonder why that was.
"Oh!"
A door slid open behind him and he half-turned, heat rushing to his cheeks as one of the connecting rooms to the main chamber revealed a woman within. She was just as naked as he was, shorter than him with a little more body fat, though she had a very homely look about her. She, like him, didn't have any hair on her head -- or any other part of her body either -- but she bore the look elegantly.
His eyes dropped to her breasts and she huffed softly as he extended his hand for her to shake.
"Hi! I'm Greg!" He said, too brightly and exuberantly for the situation. "I guess we're both in here together. Everything okay?"
She eyed him as if she really thought he was an idiot. Truthfully, that could have been so, especially as Cadence remembered him from when they had landed on the planet to begin with. Did she just look so much like others that he couldn't pick her out of the crowd? There really weren't all that many of them there, though she too was hoping for some population growth.
The world needed to change and she took a breath, though being forward and upfront was, by far, not Cadence's natural way of doing things.
"I'm Cadence," she said, moving her arm over her chest to hide her breasts, which was a little more comfortable for her. "You must have arrived her after me. Oh, and...we have met before."
It was a little petty of her to add on that bit at the end, though she wouldn't have normally. Maybe it was being naked in front of someone that brought a slightly sharper side out of her, even if Cadence couldn't reconcile that with the way she'd lived her life. After all, she was a scientist. And she just wanted to do her part in the repopulation efforts.
"Oh, did I?" He shrugged and laughed, half-raising his hands. "Hm... I only explored the main area here so far. Are those the bedrooms?"
She nodded and pointed to the other side of the dome.
"Yes, I've already got one -- but the other room is over there. They're pretty simple, with a bed and a single chair."
At a light "ding," she turned back expectantly to the wall beside the door that she'd entered the main room via. A screen on the wall lit up, a console beside it so they could interact where needed with the computer system.
