Pulling into our driveway, it was almost 11 am. I could hear how Prince and Flo became restless in the trunk, and I looked over at Kassandra.
"Y-y-you can take t-them inside first. I-I-I can wait," Kassandra said, looking at the surrounding area, awe filling her eyes.. "I l-like your n-neighborhood. I a-a-always dreamed of l-living in a h-house like t-this."
"Yeah, it's nice. I'll be back soon," I said, opening the trunk and letting Prince and Flo out, both dogs happy to be free. I hold firmly around their leashes so they won't run down the street. I lead them into the house, unlocking the door first and they rush in, getting a feel for the bottom floor. "They'll probably be fine," I thought to myself, closing the front door and going back to the car, opening the passenger side. "Let's carry you up to my room," I told Kassandra, helping her stand up first, before I lifted her in my arms, walking back inside.
"Y-your room?" she anxiously asked, looking at Prince who had noticed her being carried inside, now up the stairs. Prince follows after us, and I open the door to my room, walking her over to my bed and putting her down. "I-is it o-okay for m-m-me to be here?" Kassandra asks me, looking around my mostly cleaned room.
"Of course it is. Just relax and I'll go grab your and the dogs' luggage," I said, leaving the room, Prince running in and jumping up on the bed next to Kassandra, licking her face, Kassandra giggling and playfully pushing him away from her. But before heading downstairs, I walked to mom's room, entering with a smile on my face. Both mom and Victoria laid there together, watching a movie but quickly pausing it when I walked in. "Hi. Kassandra's in my room," I said, taking a seat next to them.
"Hi John," Victoria happily said, and I could see that her belly had constantly been filled, with it not having shrunk a bit, unlike mom's who had started to become a bit pudgy once again. "It's so nice to see you again," she cutesy whispered, reaching out a hand for me to grab.
"Do you need anything," I asked both of them. "I'm gonna have to make a few trips now. Have to unpack stuff from the car."
"Well, we do need some personal attention," mom softly giggled. "Just spend time with us, we've missed you so much sweetie. And a trip to the bathroom," mom quickly added, Victoria nodding agreeingly.
"I'll do that, but first I'll get the stuff from the car." And with that and two kisses, one for each of them, I headed downstairs, where I noticed that the front door was still open. Walking out, I grabbed a few of the bags at a time, making trips back and forth, Kassandra's stuff going in my room and the dogs' stuff going either in the kitchen or in the bathroom downstairs. It was quiet in the house, Flo couldn't be found in the living room. "That's strange..." I thought, looking in the kitchen and the second bathroom. Walking at a quick pace, I check the bathroom upstairs. Nope. Checking my room casually, not wanting to alert Kassandra. Nope. The other room upstairs is mom's room and I had closed that door.
"Oh no..." I think to myself, panicked. Rushing outside, I look around the driveway and the small lawn outside, but no sign of Flo. "Kassandra's gonna kill me," I think hopelessly, but then I hear a happy yelp from across the street. Walking past the car, I see Tabia, the girl living across from me, playing with Flo. Tabia's dressed in a long black woolen coat, and although it's the start of October, it's still too hot for a coat like that, a dark gray hoodie under and a pair of black ripped jeans. Her long black hair has a faded red color, perhaps from a failed self dying session, and her dark eyeshadow has begun to run a bit.
I breathe a sigh of relief, as I quickly march over to Tabia and Flo, none of them realizing I had approached them.
"Aren't you a good girl?" I hear Tabia say in a cutesy voice to Flo, scratching her head, squatting down in front of her. Flo really likes the attention, wagging her tail quickly and idly staying put.
"Hi," I say after standing behind her for a few seconds, Tabia jumping up, almost frightened as she looks up at me, Flo happily walking up next to me. "I'm sorry if I scared you," I calmly said, looking down at her. "She must be around 5.3," I thought to myself, almost a foot's difference in height between us.
"You didn't," she tried to calmly say, but her voice was slightly trembling.
"Thank you for... playing with Flo here. I may have, accidentally, left the front door open and she ran out," I nervously laughed, looking down at Flo who had laid herself down on the sidewalk.
"Oh... Don't worry about..." she shyly smiled, turning back and forth in her place. "You have a cute dog by the way."
"Thanks, but it isn't mine. I'm uhh, dogsitting?" I responded, not wanting to let Tabia know of the real situation. "You know, watching her and another dog while a family friend's away."
"Well, she is really cute. Flo was her name?" Tabia asked, squatting down next to Flo again, softly playing with her big ears, taking them between her finger and thumb. I wanted to get to know her better, seeing as we hadn't really talked for almost eight years now.
"Hey, uhh, would you like to catch up sometime? We used to play together, if you even remember," I awkwardly asked, feeling the staleness radiating off me. Tabia got quiet, looking down into the ground for a moment.
"Y-yeah, I guess we c-could," she responded, her voice low and a little shaky. "Will I see Flo here again?"
"I'm gonna have to take her and Prince, Prince is the other dog, for daily walks, so maybe you'd wanna join me for one of those?" I proposed, and Tabia stood back up, and nodded.
"Sure. You c-can just drop by. I'll most likely be home," she nervously said.
"Yeah, I'll do that." Bending down and picking Flo up in my arms, her licking my face when she got in range, Tabia quickly laughed, before stopping herself. "I'll see you later," I said, awkwardly pulling my head away from Flo's wet tongue, and Tabia giggled a bit more, before she walked towards her house, saying goodbye with a shy wave before she closed the door. Carrying Flo back home, I closed the door behind me, putting Flo on the floor. "Don't run off again. Please," I jokingly said to Flo, patting her on the head before I headed upstairs.
Helping mom and Victoria to the bathroom, refilling their water pitchers and helping them shower, took about an hour or so, and after Victoria was finished showering, she turned to me.
"Me and Alexandra w-would like to m-meet Kassandra. And her dogs too," Victoria said, acting a little bit shy as she asked me. I laughed, her face soured a little, pouting her lip. "Why are you laughing?"
"Sorry, but you just look so adorable when you're shy Tori," I teasingly said, Victoria blushing, and I gently planted a kiss on her cheek. "I love that about you, you know. Of course you can meet her. I'll go grab a shirt for you to wear, or at least to cover your big tits," I said, leaving the bathroom.
"Hey! Shuussh!" Victoria laughed, and I could see her fondling her breasts a little. Grabbing two of my shirts from my room, I saw Kassandra gently playing with Flo on the bed.
