Just as Michael was feeling a little more bold about how Lynn's body was responding to him, they saw a light flash across the park. They both sat up slightly and saw a car driving around. It became apparent that the car was coming their way. Lynn quickly started buttoning her dress, and Michael moved to sit beside her on the blanket. The car slowly came around to where Michael's car was parked and it stopped. They heard a car door shut and saw a flashlight moving towards them. Michael felt the wetness from where he had cum in his jeans, so he untucked his shirt to cover the evidence.
"Hey, anyone out here?" a voice called.
"Uh, yeah, over here," Michael answered.
The light came closer until it shined in their eyes.
"Oh, hey, Michael, what's going on?"
Michael recognized Roger, the town cop.
"Oh, not much. Just hanging out," Michael answered.
"Okay," answered the officer. "I just saw a car parked around here and wanted to check it out."
"Yeah, just me," he shrugged.
"Okay, we'll see you around."
The officer got back in his car and pulled away. Michael and Lynn made eye contact and started laughing. Lynn smoothed out her dress and laid back on the blanket. Michael did the same right beside her. They laid quiet for a while, both looking up at the stars and taking in everything that had just happened.
Lynn sat up on her elbow.
"Was that it, Michael? Was that what you were wanting? Is that what you've been talking about?" she asked a bit anxiously.
Michael stayed silent for a few moments before answering.
"I just can't believe that just happened," he breathed. "You're amazing."
"But...was it what you had hoped?"
"I guess I really don't know," he confessed. "I've thought about it and tried to imagine how something like that would happen. I guess I just didn't think it ever would, you know?"
Lynn nodded, wanting him to continue.
"I don't know how to explain the excitement, and I'm just talking about the excitement in my fantasies. But this...this was just...wow, my mind is blown."
Lynn laid back down. She reached over and touched his hand. They both drifted off for a while.
The were awakened by the sound of truck pulling into the park. Michael glanced at his watch as he sat up. They had slept for over an hour. Lynn, once again, was smoothing her dress as the truck pulled around and stopped. The engine shut off, and they heard a door shut.
"Lynn? Lynn? Are you out here?"a voice shouted.
"Oh no!" whispered Lynn.
"What? Who is it?" Michael asked.
"It's Paul," Lynn hissed.
"LYNN!" the voice demanded.
"What? Yes, I here," she answered.
Paul made his way over to where the two were sitting.
"What the hell are you doing out here? And with him?" Paul had clearly been drinking more since earlier in the evening.
"Nothing," Lynn said. "We've just been talking."
"Talking?" Paul spat out. "Talking? I don't think so. Tell me what's going on."
Lynn stood up to face him.
"I'm out here talking to a friend. What are YOU doing here?"
"I came out to see who the fuck you were with. Roger hunted me down. He recognized you, so he let me know where you were. And why are you with this guy?"
"This guy? You mean Michael."
"Yeah, whatever his name is," Paul sneered.
"We saw each other in town and decided to come out here and talk for a while."
Lynn knew it sounded like a lame excuse, but in reality it was true.
Michael could see that Paul was drunk. He didn't know what he might do, but there was no way he was going to let Paul hurt Lynn.
"It was my fault, man," Michael said stepping in between the two. "I was the one who suggested we come out here instead of staying in town."
Paul stepped up to Michael. It was an intimidating move, but Michael stood his ground.
"Why would you do that when she is my girl?" Paul growled.
"Hold it!" Lynn exclaimed, pushing Paul away from Michael. She composed herself before continuing.
"If I'm yours, then tell me about the other chick you slept with," she challenged.
"What other chick?"
"The hot one from the bar. The one you went off with when your buddies couldn't find you. The one you were hoping to see again."
Paul stood in front of her, not knowing what to say.
"Or, maybe there's another woman? Or women? Women that I haven't heard about yet. But how about we just start with this one for now," Lynn said.
To her credit, Michael thought, Lynn wasn't yelling or being spiteful in any way. She simply stated her facts to Paul and waited for an answer.
The silence was deafening. Lynn dropped her head and started shaking it side to side.
"Paul, I'm not your girl. You don't love me," she said.
"That's not true," Paul started, but Lynn put her hand up in an effort to stop his explanation.
"Paul, the truth is, if I was your girl, you wouldn't have been with that other woman. And if I felt like you were mine, I probably wouldn't be out here with Michael either," she reasoned.
Paul was trying to absorb what was being said, but the alcohol impaired him from being in any state to have an intelligent conversation. He shook his head trying to clear his mind. His confused look told Lynn there was no way to talk to him until he was sober. She looked over at Michael and motioned for him to pick up the blanket. They began walking towards the vehicles.
Lynn guided Paul to the passenger's side of his truck.
"Oh fuck, Lynn. I can walk," he huffed.
"Fine, but you can't drive," she reasoned. "Michael, I'm going to drive Paul to his house. Can you come and pick me up?"
"You're leaving MY house to go with someone like HIM?" laughed Paul. "HE will never satisfy you, baby. Not like I can."
Lynn mouthed 'thank you' in Michael's direction, as she climbed into Paul's truck. She pulled out of the park with Michael behind her. Michael could see Paul had scooted over next to Lynn in the cab of the truck, and he was all over her. Lynn was trying to push him off so she could drive, but he wouldn't leave her alone. At one point, Paul's head disappeared and Michael thought Lynn threw her head back a little bit. Michael wondered if Paul would cause a scene when Lynn tried to leave.
They pulled into Paul's driveway. Lynn got out, with Paul still hanging onto her. Michael got out and tried to help Paul get his legs under him.
But Paul kept his hands and his lips on Lynn's body The top buttons on her dress had been opened, and her nipples were erect. Paul leaned down, pulled her right breast out and started sucking like mad. Lynn tried to stop a moan from escaping from her throat, but it was heard by all three of them. Paul pulled at her dress, and his hand disappeared underneath.
"God, baby, I need that pussy," Paul growled. "Gimme that pussy."
Lynn hushed him, but it was obvious she was turned on. Her brain told her she didn't love Paul anymore. But her body still reacted to him. She didn't want to hurt Michael. She wanted a relationship with Michael and didn't want to ruin it. She looked his direction and to her surprise, Michael was rubbing his hard cock through his jeans, watching Paul's hands on Lynn's body. He looked up and locked eyes with Lynn. He didn't even try to hide it. He just smiled at her. Lynn smiled back and chuckled to herself, both of them knowing they shared a very special secret. Michael shrugged and kept watching them.
"Okay, okay," Lynn smacked Paul's hand away. "You're going in the house, Paul, and I'm putting the keys up where you can't find them. I'll leave a note reminding you to call me in the morning when you sober up." She pulled Paul to the house and pushed him in the door. She ran back out to Michael.
"I'm going to get him settled and hide his keys. Will you wait for me?" she asked.
"Of course I will. Yell at me if he is too hard for you to handle," he said. Lynn reached up and kissed his cheek.
"I love you. Thanks," she said, and turned and ran back into Paul's house.
Michael leaned back on the hood of the car, stunned and he touched his cheek. Did she just say she loved me, he thought to himself. He knew how he felt about her, but having her say that and kiss him was so...normal; so right. He thought how odd it was that he had never had a girlfriend before, but found himself totally and completely wrapped up in her from the start. Is this how it is with every "first love"? Or could this be the real thing? He couldn't imagine being in love with anyone more than he was with Lynn. She was the whole package. Could he really be that lucky? He hoped that they would have time to go back to the park and talk some more. He was never a big talker, but he could talk to Lynn about anything. He loved being with her. He loved talking to her.
Paul is a fool, he thought. How could a man let a girl like that go? But Michael grinned and thought 'that girl loves ME.' She didn't love Paul anymore. As she said, Paul didn't really even know that they were over.
He hoped that the break up between the two would be easy. Paul might put up a fight when he's drunk, but when he's sober, surely he will agree that the two needed to go their separate ways. Michael wanted her for his own, even though watching her with Paul was wildly hot. He knew his thoughts and feelings were weird, and he was so thankful that Lynn tried to understand and didn't think he was a freak.
Michael glanced down at his watch and wondered if Paul was giving Lynn any trouble. He thought about walking into the house to see if everything was okay. But he also knew that Lynn would yell for him if there was a problem. Minutes ticked by and he decided to check on Lynn. As he started to walk to the house, Lynn came out and closed the back door.
"Well, I think he's down for a while," she sighed. "At least if he wakes up, he can't drive anywhere. His keys are hidden." She smiled. "Thanks for waiting on me."
