Raymond called me out of the blue and said he was in town on business tomorrow. He said he was planning to stay at the Hyatt and I suggested he could have dinner with us and crash in our guest room. "I'm having dinner with one of the partners of the firm I'm consulting with but I will take you up on the overnight. I'd love to catch up with you and Sarah. Your condo is walking distance from the firm's office."
"Great! See you after your dinner."
Raymond and I went to high school together and played on the football team. Raymond played end and I played wide receiver. It was a rather small school and neither of us was very good at football. But we enjoyed it. After practice, all the payers showered in a communal shower. Water spigots were 3 feet apart on the walls and there was a liquid soap dispenser next to the hot and cold water handles.
As you can imagine, as high school boys we were very aware of each others physical characteristics and often gave nick names to one another based on those characteristics. "Shorty", "Bean Pole", "Red" were some of the nick names. Raymond's nick name was "Mr. Big" or "Mr. B". You guess it. Raymond had a big cock. Very big. But he was not a ladies man. He was very studious and wanted to be a successful lawyer like his father. And he was successful. Harvard under graduate. Yale Law. And now a partner in one of the nation's top law firms.
We continued to be good friends after high school and got together several times a year when he was home from college. He was my best man at my wedding but when he moved permanently out East we seldom saw each other. But we emailed and chatted at least once a month. Sarah thought he was an egg head and humorless, but I got a kick out of him.
He arrived at the condo around 9 PM and we talked and laughed about old times. Sarah asked if he was dating anyone and he said, "No, I have no time. Law is my life. I got in to a semi serious relationship with a woman, another lawyer, a few years ago, but she was as ambitious as me and the flame died out." We talked for another hour and then Sarah made up the guest room and everyone went to bed.
Sarah and I are early risers and when we were having coffee I said I hoped Raymond slept alright. Sarah said she would check. She was gone for some time and returned to the kitchen with her face flushed and a sheepish smile on her face.
" What's up?" I asked.
"It's Raymond. He's uncovered." Still smiling.
"And..?"
"He's wearing boxers."
