After a fun and exciting day out with Jackie at the mall, my parents seemed to mellow seeing how I still had as many clothes after going out as I had before doing so.
I spent around a week just lounging around the house, not really doing anything of much substance, occasionally chatting with the girls on my phone and browsing the internet for whatever scrap of enjoyment I could find.
Even though my parents had long since given the okay to me going out of the house without supervision, I still didn't have much to do outside anyways, not without any money (I took on a few part time jobs, but unsurprisingly I kept losing clothes as I did so, meaning I had to spend my paychecks buying new ones).
Now seeing as how I had spent some time last week hanging out with Jackie, and how Rebecca's house was way, way further than Kaylee's I figured I'd try and see if she was willing to hang out as well on the weekend.
She was pretty excited about this and we decided to first meet up at a coffee shop to figure out what we'd do on that day.
The weekend came, and I put on the clothes I brought back from camp; the booty shorts that Jackie had lent me on the last day of camp and the shirt with a lewd slogan on it (I would wear that one inside out when in public to just avoid awkward stares), and drove out to the coffee shop that Kaylee and me agreed to meet at.
I went in, seeing a message from Kaylee that she's ten minutes away from the place, so I took a seat first and ordered some ice coffee to drink.
I waved to Kaylee when I saw her walk in dressed in a button up shirt and a business skirt, she waved back and came over to sit with me.
After ordering for herself, we started catching up, I noticed that she seemed a bit more exhausted and frazzled than when she was at camp, I figured I'd ask her about it, and she seemed to almost melt in response out of relief when she began to talk:
"My parents didn't seem to be convinced after the camp that I was 'rehabilitated', so they decided to force me to work for the people I'd hit with my car," Kaylee grumbled as she took a sip out of her latte "I'm working off the payment for the car repairs, both of our cars'."
"That sounds awful," I said, feeling especially sympathetic considering my own self-inflicted financial woes.
"It's not so bad, the dude is a big shot lawyer, so at least I don't have to work there past the summer," Kaylee flashed me a shaky smile "it's just a lot of work, boring monotonous work."
Taking another sip from her latte, Kaylee's eyes suddenly flashed with excitement as if remembering something:
"By the way, I talked to Jackie a few days ago, seems you two were busy," Kaylee leaned in, obviously talking about my little adventure with Jackie last week at the mall "although she didn't give me any details, knowing you it probably didn't involve a lot of clothes, did it?"
"Nope." I said as I took another sip from my own coffee, blushing profusely as I tried my best not to seem too excited to discuss this topic.
"You wanna know what Jackie said?" Kaylee baited my curiosity, and when I asked what Jackie said, she continued "she said that she didn't want to deprive Miss Nudie the fun of telling me the story yourself."
Jackie is such a great friend.
I didn't much coaxing to tell the story of what happened last week and the week before, I could see the life coming back into Kaylee's eyes as I talked about the events:
"And you two were standing naked in the middle of that shop? Just how many people were there?" Kaylee asked, having trouble keeping her jaw from slacking in amazement.
"I dunno, maybe a dozen? Maybe more?" I replied, honestly not quite sure myself, considering the state I was in at the time.
"And Stacey was just fingering the two of you?" I guess Kaylee also knew who Stacey was, not surprising since she was friends with Jackie from before.
"Yup, though she didn't quite make us cum right there." I nodded.
"Oh..." Kaylee seemed a bit disappointed at that.
"Oh don't worry, we both definitely got our rocks off before the end of the day, Jackie even did it in the parking lot." I reassured Kaylee, who almost did a double take with her latte.
"Of the mall?" Kaylee seemed to be having trouble imagining this as I nodded yet again "wait, what about you?"
"Well, we got back to Jackie's place, and Jules was there..." I let my words trail off, leaving the obvious implication hanging there.
"Luna!" Kaylee was breathless, it was clear she wasn't expecting this sort of ending to my story, but a few seconds later she seemed to deflate, almost wistful "I wish I could hang out with you guys some more, instead of doing this crummy job..."
I felt disappointed as well by this turn of events, but when I was looking up the coffee shop to figure out exactly where it was, I remembered something interesting that I noticed:
"Hey Kaylee, wasn't there a beach like twenty minutes from here?" I asked, pulling out my phone to make sure I wasn't imagining things.
"Yeah? I think so..." Kaylee said, not quite following where I was going with this.
"And you're done with work for today, right?" I asked, trying to lead her to the obvious conclusion.
"Now? Luna we don't even have any swimsuits," Kaylee seemed dubious at this suggestion.
"We can go buy ones right now, I'm sure there's a shop or two near there." I pressed further, trying to drag Kaylee out of her funk.
"Can you even afford one?" That one hurt, knowing just how little I had in my bank account thanks to me constantly having to restock my wardrobe, though it seemed I wasn't alone here "I'd barely be able to afford one..."
"Well, I know I need to buy one anyways." I soldiered on, not willing to give up on this idea "Look, this isn't about money, you clearly need to have some fun, heck, buying something should help with that."
Kaylee sighed, clearly hesitant to just jump into my idea, but eventually it seemed like she finally convinced herself of it:
"You came here with a car, right?" Kaylee asked, tacitly accepting my offer.
"Yup, let's go!" I stood up energetically and the two of us headed out of the shop and into my car.
About fifteen minutes later, we could see the beginning of the beach, and we began scanning the place for any shops that had beachwear on offer, we parked as soon as we found one and got out.
Sadly, our little plan hit a snag almost immediately:
"This costs
how much
!?" Kaylee balked at the price tag on one of the swimsuits we first looked at, obviously the answer was
too
much.
"Maybe we should check a different shop," I said, trying to calm an upset Kaylee down. "there's probably a few more, one of them has to have something reasonable."
Sadly, I was woefully mistaken.
After checking three other shops, all with similar exorbitant price tags on even the most basic of swimsuits, we were starting to lose hope, but thankfully, the last shop we saw had a bargain bin.
Rummaging through the clearly old and worn out swimsuits, we finally found something wearable... Well, barely wearable; the suits we found were frayed, ill-fitting and honestly seemed like they couldn't withstand that much use, but this was fine, as long as they held out for this one trip of ours.
Taking our finds to the register, the dude behind the counter was clearly checking me out, and it was obvious that he was checking me out specifically, when he rang us up, he told us to wait up as he grabbed something from behind him:
"Here, compliments of the shop, can't have pretty girls getting sunburnt," the guy put a suntan lotion into our bag as he gave me a wink "especially not as pretty as you."
I gave Kaylee a side glance, though it was clear she wasn't as amused as I was, maybe she was upset about him singling me out?
I awkwardly thanked the guy and took the bag before we headed out, I was hoping Kaylee's murderous stares didn't mean that her mood was too soured for the beach, thankfully she seemed to relax once we got back into the car.
Once we made it to the beach, we changed into our swimsuits and tried to find a place to put out clothes away, oddly enough, there wasn't any lockers for it, the closest we could find were the storage lockers that belonged to a bus station just a bit outside the beach, we didn't want to leave the stuff in our car just in case it got broken into.
