Eve stared and the engagement ring and the way it shone in the sunlight. She couldn't believe the size of the diamond. Her fiancé Ted worked at an auto parts store, drove a 90s sedan, and had a tiny one room apartment. She had no idea how he had saved up for something as magnificent as this.
"It's a family heirloom." Said Ted reading her mind.
"That makes it so much more beautiful, Teddy." She said then pushed him back against the armrest and passionately kissed him.
There was a knock at the door followed by several more. Eventually the couple untangled themselves and Ted got up to answer it.
Eve returned to admiring the ring and looked up to see Ted and a middle aged man in a suit standing before her.
"Babe, there is something you need to know." Ted then explained how his family was very wealthy and owned several companies, including the auto parts company he worked for. Ted went on to explain that all male members of his family worked in one of the family businesses until they turned thirty at which point they would receive that company in its entirety. Ted was twenty seven and would acquire his twenty five million dollar parts company in three short years.
Eve didn't believe him at first thinking this was some kind of April fool's prank.
The man in the suit introduced himself as the family's attorney and produced many files from his briefcase to support Ted's confession of impending wealth.
Eve didn't know what to say, she had agreed to marry Ted believing that he made forty thousand a year and that she would have to work to help them afford a house. Money wasn't everything to her, but she was pleased how this news changed their future.
"So let's get down to business." Said Ted "Eve my family has a tradition that every time a male heir becomes engaged he must take his fiancé to the family cabin for a week."
"Oh, that sounds delightful!" Exclaimed Eve "I could use a break from the city."
"There is one catch though, baby" said Ted.
The attorney stepped forward and placed a piece of paper on the coffee table and offered Eve a pen. "Madam, in concordance with you entering engagement with a member of the family you are required to sign this non disclosure agreement before we can continue as you will become privy to family secrets.
Eve glanced over the paper then took the offered pen and quickly signed.
The attorney took the paper and slid it into his briefcase then explained that Eve could not tell a single living soul about anything she was about to hear.
Eve was a little nervous, but she trusted Ted. "Baby what is this about?"
The attorney excused himself
"Honey," said Ted sitting down next to her, "this week at the cabin is a test of sorts."
Eve eyed him and he continued
"The engagement tradition is that I will take you to the cabin for a week and during that week you can only wear one article of clothing per day."
Eve was taken aback.
"What now?" She said,
"Just that. You may only wear one article of clothing of your choice per day, and it cannot be worn for more than one day. If you don't want to, you can back out now, but it's a condition of engagement for my family and there is no way around it."
Eve thought for a long moment then asked "will we be alone in the cabin?"
"Yes we'll have the whole cabin to ourselves." Said Ted.
Eve felt her pussy moisten at the thought of spending a week showing off her body to him. In the whole time they had dated they hadn't done more than make out, and he hadn't even seen her naked. Ted had been very old fashioned about it which had endeared her to him even more.
"We will however leave the cabin to hike, swim, explore, and go to at least one dinner." Added Ted.
Eve felt her cheeks turn bright red at the thought. Is this something I can do? She thought. Seeing the love in his eyes she made up her mind. She would do this. It was rather exciting, she thought.
"When do we leave?" She asked, smiling devilishly.
Ted smiled back and replied "first thing tomorrow." Then he leaned forward and their lips met. easing her back against the armrest he kissed her deeper and the two made out until he had to leave to pack.
The next morning Eve stood with her packed suitcase in front of her apartment as Ted pulled up in an expensive sports car instead of his sedan.
Eve's mouth dropped at the sight of the car and she did a happy dance right there on the sidewalk. Ted exited the car, kissed her, said hello, then loaded her suitcase into the trunk.
"Ready to go, m'lady?" asked Ted as he opened the door for her. Eve slipped into the passenger seat and Ted closed the door then crossed to the driver side and got behind the wheel and they were on their way. Ted pulled onto the highway and gunned the throttle a little more than necessary on the on ramp and Eve squealed with delight.
"That's a cute outfit." Said Ted, eyeing her as he drove.
"Aww thanks" said Eve blushing slightly
She wore a white tank top, blue jeans, and sneakers.
"So, which item are you keeping for today?" Asked Ted
Eve's cheeks turned a bright red. She hadn't expected that part of the weekend to start so soon.
"How long is the drive to the cabin?"
"An hour and a half."
The windows of the car were darkly tinted so she felt good about the drive.
