Katie strips at work and gets caught

This story is a continuation of Katie's life story following on from 'Katie First Threesome'

This story is written in the first person which is a first for me so please comment. Comments are much appreciated.

This is a fictional story where all characters are fictional and are over 18 years of age. It is set in a fictional city in Western Europe. The names, dialogue, incidents and plot are fictional. Any resemblance to actual people or events is purely coincidental.

When Aimee's family left there was a void in the house as there was only Alain, my parents and I there. I sat with Alain chilling out while listening to some music for a while when Alain said.

"Katie love I need to go back to my place tonight so I can get myself organised for the week as I have been here for the last six nights if you don't mind."

"I understand but I do love your company you are welcome to come back, I must give Erica a call to see how she is."

Alain left after about an hour and I called Erica for a girl to girl chat. When we finished I thought about inviting Alain to come live with me full time. It had been at the back of my mind for a few weeks but had not discussed it with anybody. I felt it would probably happen sometime soon as our relationship was growing stronger and we were spending more and more time together.

I decided to go and have a chat with Mum and Dad about it and went to their part of the house to talk to them. I found them relaxing in the living room.

"Mum, Dad I have been thinking about something for a little while now and I would like your opinion?"

"What is it love?" Dad enquired.

"I feel Alain and I are getting closer and closer as the weeks go by and I am thinking about asking him to move in with me. It doesn't have to happen this minute but I feel we are moving in that direction as we spend more of our time together. I would like to know how you would feel about it before I do anything."

"If you asked me that two months ago I would grounded you completely and would not let a man within sight of our house. However now I am glad you asked as we share a house to a certain degree and you are free to do what you want in your part. It's ultimately your decision and I think you need to think it through and if things went wrong between you and Alain what might the consequences be. I like him a lot and he is a nice person and I got on well with his Mum and Dad when they were here. They seem to like you a lot as well. Ultimately it is how you feel about it but I will not stand in your way." Mum said.

"I think Alain has been very good for you and I have expecting this question to come up. With the size of the bed you bought it was obvious it was for more than one. You will know when it's time to make that move and I am happy with whatever you want to do and I do wish you well. Like your mother said you also need to think what might happen if it all goes wrong but I don't see it happening with Alain.

"Thank you both. One thing that bothers me a little is that he is the only boyfriend I have ever had and sometimes I wonder what it would be like to have a relationship with someone else. I lack that experience that other relationships give you. At the same time I do love Alain very much and I know he loves me despite all my oddities."

"It is your decision and I know you will know when it's right for you and I trust you to make that decision. I know you lack experience but you have other life experiences that will help you and seem to be gaining experience fast. Who you invite to your part of the house is your business but it is appreciated when you tell us who might be visiting and we will do the same for you if for nothing else all our security. "

"Thank you Dad I appreciate that."

"One other thing I am thinking of having is a small house warming party for some family and friends in a few weeks and would the guest bedroom be available as I am hoping to invite Nico, Aimee, their partners Alain's sisters and their boyfriends among a few other friends.

"You're welcome to use it I don't know of anyone else coming so you can use it" Mum said.

We went on to talk about other things and I spent the night alone which felt strange being all alone in my big bed for the first time in a week.

When I woke up the next morning I turned to look for Alain and remembered he was staying in his place. I knew it was time to ask Alain to move in with me. I looked out and saw it was raining. I wore my long coat over a white blouse and a blue skirt to work because of the rain and brought a big shoulder bag so that I could carry it home if the weather was good. I met Alain at the tram stop and we headed to work together.

Shortly before eleven my manager Sandra asked me to go to her superior Mr VonTripp's office as he wished to speak to me. I had no idea what for but had met him on a number of occasions although more often since I had been promoted. However I had only once before been in his office. When I got to the office the secretary phoned Mr VonTripps and asked me to go inside. I went in and was offered a seat.

"Catherine I hear you were taking part in the arts festival last week naked. The M.D. does not approve of such activities and wants you to leave the company immediately. Your employment will be terminated at twelve P.M. today. You will be paid your notice period and your due holiday money and he wants you to leave the building by one P.M. today. You will be given an excellent reference before you leave and thank you for all your hard work. There will be no argument or discussion understood. If you sign a no litigation agreement we will give you an extra two months pay. "

"You have broken my existing contract by what you have just done. How can I trust you with a no litigation agreement? Can I see what you are proposing and if you want me to sign it I will only do it if it is signed and actioned before twelve P.M. today."

"There will be a proposed contract on your desk in fifteen minutes."

I left devastated and slowly made her way back to my office growing angrier as I walked. When I got back to my office Sandra met me and asked me into her office.

"Katie I'm sorry for what has happened I was told earlier and was asked to do what VonTripps has done but I refused. I am sorry to lose you as you have been excellent at your job and part of the team. I think they are making a big mistake. I know you have the ability to do very well. For what it's worth I thought you were very brave taking part last Thursday and it will probably stand to you in the long term."

"Thank you I don't know what to say I am devastated and very angry, I need to go to the toilet where I can think in peace."

I went and sat on the toilet and sent a message to Alain telling him what had happened. I thought to myself there was no point in getting angry as it would not achieve anything. If they want me to go I will go but I am not going to leave without getting compensated. This was all so sudden I needed time to think about what to do and talk to Dad. As I left the toilet I had worked out a plan of what I intended to do.

A message appeared back from Alain asking to meet over lunch and if I was okay.

'Sorry I can't meet for lunch but I'm fine. I will get over it I just need to get out of here but I need to get a few things done before I go. I don't want to go near here again if that's the way they treat their employees. I will see you back home later love K' I replied followed by a beating heart emoji.

I went back to my desk where I saw three letters addressed to me and shut down my work laptop for the last time. I opened the letters one was my reference the other was my termination of employment as of twelve P.M. today. The third was the proposed no litigation agreement with two copies. I added in a hand written clause to it saying it would only come into effect after I has been paid in full. I also changed the payment to six months pay rather than two as that would be half my current contract. I did not sign it yet as I knew that I had a very strong legal case. That was why they wanted the agreement in the first place.

I went straight to Von Tripp's office with my revised version of the agreement. He read what I had changed.

" I can't give you that and what do you mean by the agreement not being in place until you are paid in full?"

"It's simple I cannot trust you and if I leave here today without being paid I will be going straight to my lawyer to start legal proceedings. You are breaking employment law and considering how badly I have been treated this morning I think six months pay should be adequate. It's a bargain when you add up all the potential legal fees if this goes further."

"Can you wait outside and I will be back to you in five minutes but we cannot give you six months pay and it may take longer to sort out."

"Well you set the midday deadline I didn't but I have plenty of time to wait."

I went outside the office and waited. While I waited I began to think about what was happening. 'First H.R. did not seem to be involved and second they had not put in a gagging clause which I thought strange. It seems like the M.D. wants rid of me so he is going to have to pay me. After this I don't want anything to do with this lot again I am out of here.' It was now eleven thirty four and the office door opened.

"Come in Catherine."

I went in and listened to what Mr VonTripps had to say.

"Here is what we will offer you take it or we go to court. We will give you four months pay as a no litigation clause. I can arrange a bank transfer to your bank account now but it could take until tomorrow before it is in your account. If you want to go ahead I will have the agreement printed in the next few minutes ready for signing."

"You can do better than that remember I have not broken my employment contract you have and I have employment legislation on my side as you have not gone through a disciplinary process in forcing me to leave now."

"Can you leave for a few minutes while I discuss this?"

"Okay." I went and waited outside his office again.

I thought that 'If I can get five months pay I will take it but anything less and I will dig my heals in, I suspect the legal fees for an unfair dismissal case would be at least that amount without any compensation being involved. I wonder who he is talking to but I think it must be the M.D as the M.D. is Von Tripps boss.'

I was called back in and VonTripps said.

"We will give you the five months pay but the last one we will pay you in one month's time."

"I will sign on the following conditions. I will need proof the money has been authorised and sent to my account before I sign. And A letter signed by the M.D. guaranteeing the final month be paid exactly thirty days from today otherwise I can still legally challenge my dismissal if all the money is not paid by the due date "

"We will include that. I will have it printed and ready for signing shortly and I will arrange the payment to go ahead as well if you want to wait outside."

I went outside VonTripps office again and waited. It was after midday when I was called back in to sign the agreement. I took my time reading it and I also checked the payment authorisation and verification before signing. VonTripps signed on behalf of the company and gave me a copy.

"Catherine you surprised me with your negotiation skills today I think we have under estimated you. I expect this will be a mere blot in your career. Somehow I think we might regret what we have just done but there is no turning back. Thank you for all your hard work I will see you out and good luck in your future career." VonTripps said.

"Thank you I must get going now."

I went back to my office desk and gathered up my belongings and put them in my shoulder bag. I sat for a moment feeling relieved that I had got a result but very annoyed at the way I had been treated. I knew I would be better off working elsewhere given what had happened this morning but I had one more thing to do as I left where I worked for the last seventeen months. I did not want to leave with a whimper I needed to go out with a bang. I looked at my watch it was now twelve twenty seven.

I stood up in front of my desk glanced over the dividing screens in front of me. I undid the clasp and pulled down the zip at the back of my skirt. I hooked my thumbs into the waistband of the skirt and thong together and slid them down my long legs as I could feel my heart thumping in my chest. I stepped out of them, picked them up and put them in my shoulder bag. I sat back down. My fingers were shaking as I undid the buttons on my blouse took it off and put in my bag. I pulled off the flesh coloured nipple covers that covered my areola on my flat chest. I stood up and slung my bag over my shoulder picked up my coat and hooked it with my fingers over my other shoulder.

I felt what was now a familiar nervous tension flow through my body. I stepped out into the space between the desks. I felt all the eyes of my eight colleagues looking at my naked body and my heart upped its pace trying to break out of rib cage.

"I am leaving you all today and I wanted to give you a memory before I left."

I strode with my flat chest out into the passage between the desks of my office. I was going to be the talk of the office for days to come first because of the naked show and now because of my dramatic exit. I felt slightly aroused at the thought of my fully dressed now ex colleagues seeing me naked. I reached the office door turned around and said

"See you folks" to my colleagues and walked out before anybody realised what was happening.

I looked along the corridor as another nervous shiver ran down my spine. I set off towards the main entrance with a purposeful long stride. I passed the finance department and caught a few glances of staff raising their heads from their screens as I went past. As I approached the engineering department the door opened a man and a woman came out carrying some files which fell to the floor as they spotted me approach them. My heart jumped a few more beats. I bent down to help them pick up the files.

After some stunned silence the woman said

"Thank you for helping" not daring to mention my nakedness.

"My pleasure" I replied as I strode off toward the fire doors.

The doors opened as I approached them and Michelle from accounts stopped as the doors closed behind her. Michelle's jaw dropped as I approached her. Michelle did not know where to look.

"I heard you were in the show on Thursday but......" she stammered.

"Yes and you should try it sometime, you can't beat the sense of freedom and arousal I'm feeling now. I have to go, see you sometime."

I felt a little emotional as I knew I was unlikely to meet a lot of my work mates again unless by chance but at the same time my crotch felt quite damp from my naked display. I pushed both of doors in front of me to enter the reception area at the main entrance.

I saw the M.D. coming towards me and thought oh shit I am in trouble now as my heart went into overdrive

"Why are you not dressed as per company policy" he boomed

"As of midday I am not an employee of this company any more so I can dress as I see fit." I calmly replied.

"What business have you here then if you are not an employee?" he growled

"I am leaving as per your instructions." I said in a calm and assertive voice as I realised I was slightly taller than him.

I could see a rage in his eyes as we stared straight at each other. I could feel a change of control happening it felt empowering standing naked as if I was now the one in charge of him as the receptionist looked on aghast. That is strange I thought it felt as if I was in control not him not the other way round.

He turned and walked angrily towards the lift.

I waited a few moments and walked towards the main entrance with my head held high with a sense of control and my heart had slowed a bit but my kitty was on fire. I walked outside to feel the fresh air on my body as I felt emboldened by my encounter with my former boss. I stopped and put on my coat and repositioned my shoulder bag. I then walked towards the metro station without so much as a backward glance. Once I was out the gates I stopped to send a message to Alain.

'Hi love. I have now left and will get the metro shortly. I have negotiated a decent exit deal and have just left the building NAKED. I expect it won't be long before the whole factory knows about me leaving and I didn't want to do it with a whimper. Love K'

My phone rang almost immediately, it was Alain.

"Hi love are you okay?"

"I'm good and you? Are you somewhere where nobody can hear us?"

"Yes I am out the back, did you really leave naked?"

"Yes I left my office and went out the front door naked, has the word not got to Q.A. yet. I could not believe that I would be sacked over the show on Thursday. It seems like the M.D. had it in for me I don't know why but I have got a decent amount of compensation for my sacking. I left naked because I wanted to show I was still in control and give the staff something to talk about. I feel so hot after doing that I need you inside me. I must go now and find relief somewhere but we will get together later I promise. I love you and see you soon."

"I love you too and we'll get together when I get home I promise."

When we finished I headed into the metro station and found a toilet to relive my dripping kitty in, but I really needed Alain inside me.

When I first got on the Metro it was almost empty with mostly sales reps and suits on board. There were plenty of seats so I sat down on one away from the doors. At the next station that's in a residential area a lot of people got on including a heavily pregnant young woman about my age. Nobody got up to let her sit, so I got up and let her sit. I stood in front of her holding a hand hold and hadn't realised my kitty was on display to her as I was still only wearing my coat and had not buttoned it up fully. As I was holding on to the hand hold my coat had opened up.

"Thank you for your seat and the sexy view" the woman said quietly.

I looked down and realised what was on display and I could feel my face turning bright red but also quite aroused at my public display. I tried to discreetly close a couple of buttons so that the numerous men around would not notice. When the woman stretched forward and did it for me.

"Thank you I didn't realise......."

"It's okay similar things have happened to me. Is somebody going to have a nice surprise later you are so hot?"

I wasn't sure what type of hot she meant so I said

"That's a distinct possibility" as I felt my kitty getting damp again.

"I hope you enjoy it"

This conversation was making my kitty really hot as I thought of Alain and I together later. She got off at the next stop.

I began to think about some of the implications of what had happened. I was not asked for my work laptop, phone or email passwords to start with and as I had a number of significant deals nearing completion that could be interesting. To my knowledge H.R. were not involved in my leaving which is odd. The termination contract has a few gaping holes like no gagging order and I am glad I did a module that included employment law while at college.

When I got to the city centre, there was a message from Alain.

'You must be mad but have certainly got tongues wagging. What happened with the M.D.? Also I am thinking of leaving because of what they did to you. Love A'

'I probably am mad but I like being mad occasionally it can be fun. I stood my ground with the M.D. and he did not like it. If you want to leave I will back you, I expect you would have no problem getting a job with your skills and qualifications. It's your choice but I know you will do what is right. See you later.
