"I would love to; I just need to figure out how to break it to my parents, Mum especially. What are you doing next weekend? I know she would have no real objections to me having a boyfriend but I don't think you would fit her ideal man for her daughter. She would like me to marry someone who is tall and good looking which you are but extremely well off is her top priority from what I believe."
"So are you going to dump me because I am not a millionaire?"
"Definitely not there's no way I would do that. Anyway back to you meeting my parents, how about next weekend?"

" I doubt it because Dad said he is very busy with work for the next ten days or so........ Are we now boyfriend girlfriend if we are meeting our families?"

Alain picked up the bottle and half-filled both the champagne glasses.
