I, Seth, and my wife Chloe, live in a fairly nice neighborhood just outside St. Louis. We've lived in the neighborhood for about 9 years, so we are familiar with a good number of its residents.
Our neighborhood has a clubhouse, tennis court and swimming pool, which means our homeowners association (HOA) dues are quite hefty. That said, I use the tennis court fairly often and my wife practically lives at the pool during the summer.
At our May 2023 HOA meeting, I was elected to the HOA board of directors, which makes decisions on how member dues are spent as well as running the day to day business of the neighborhood.
Once I was elected, the Board President, Rick, asked me to cover security as well as managing distribution of the pool fob/keys that allow access to the pool area.
The HOA, a few years ago, installed security cameras around the clubhouse, pool and tennis court. The investment in cameras was necessary because of vandalism that was taking place, especially during the summer. If vandalism occurs, it's my job to review the video from the cameras to identify the offender.
Prior to my service on the HOA Board, the cameras had caught two teens in the neighborhood dumping our pool furniture into the pool and busting up a few potted plants. The camera system is of very high quality and the teens were apparently identified from the video. Ultimately, their parents had to pay for the damages.
Our pool opened this year on Memorial Day weekend, which means my wife, Chloe, will spend sunny afternoons and weekends at the pool.
She has two other neighbors that she hangs out with frequently at the pool, Lainey and Jessica. Lainey has an attractive, athletic body and long blonde hair. Lainey and Chloe are of similar age, so I think Lainey is early to mid forties. Jessica is an absolute bombshell. Long brunette hair, sculpted body with long legs and the most spectacular pair of bought tits that I've ever seen. I've never asked, but assume Jessica is late thirties in age.
Everyone in the neighborhood knows Jessica because of the revealing swimsuits she wears. Her swimsuits always highlight her chest but my personal favorite is a suit that has a horizontal strip of fabric that covers her nipples but the suit has an open area under that which shows her "under boobs." I always wear mirrored sunglasses while at the pool so I can checkout Jessica without being obvious. Jessica, is married to an older gentleman, Cal, who seems like her sugar daddy. He isn't around much, but they live in the largest and nicest house in the neighborhood. In addition, Jessica drives a BMW convertible -- so she is well taken care of, if not completely spoiled.
Last week, Rick texted me that Sunday night there was apparently some vandalism that took place at the pool. Someone had broken the pool rope, and damaged the small soda fridge that we have, which is under the covered pavilion area near the pool.
Rick indicated that he was actually at the pool until 6 pm and only a few people were still there when he left, including Jessica, Lainey and Chloe. I know that Chloe came home around 6:30 pm for dinner, so any vandalism would have taken place after that time. Rick asked me to check the video camera recordings when I could and to let him know what I find.
The computer and server that store the recordings are located in a small office in the neighborhood clubhouse. Only myself and Rick have access to this office currently.
On Monday evening, I dropped by the clubhouse after work to go over the video recordings to find out what happened.
We have an HOA board member who is a tech head who set up and networked our cameras and they are slick. The system saves about 30 days worth of video, so after logging in with my credentials, I opened Sunday's file. Each file has a running time stamp at the bottom, so it's easy to scroll ahead and view only what you need.
There are two cameras in that area, one that shows the pool gate and actual pool, while the other is focused on the covered pavilion area as well as the lounge chairs near the pavilion area that most sunbathers use.
Given that I wasn't at the pool on Sunday with my wife, I forwarded the video to about 6 pm, just so I could take a look at Jessica in her blue bikini swimsuit. She was looking as fine as ever and the sight of her instantly had an effect on my dick.
I continued scrolling through the video, seeing Rick depart through the gate around 6 pm and about 30 minutes later, both Chloe and Lainey got up and left through the gate. Once Chloe and Lainey left, Jessica was the only person remaining at the pool.
I switched camera views to use the camera that focused on the pavilion and chair area. This camera angle gave more of a side view of Jessica and her delicious tits. She was sitting in her lounge chair with her phone in hand. It seemed evident she was texting someone as she took a selfie while using her phone.
Getting back to the task at hand, I forwarded another hour and hit play. It was now nearly dark. The pool was now lit up and the lights were on at the pavilion. Surprisingly, Jessica was still in the chair but she had been joined by a much younger guy.
There's no sound with our camera system, but they certainly appeared to be talking much closer than what I think her husband, Cal, would like.
This guy was in swim trunks but wore a sleeveless shirt that showcased his ripped athletic torso. He looked to be well over 6' tall.
I continued watching their interaction, wondering if Jessica was getting a little action on the side. Surely, she was aware of the cameras and wouldn't do anything stupid. Secretly, as I watched the recording, I wished she would do something stupid and perhaps naughty.
