Free Use Utopy #00 (rules)

Hi, I'm starting to write a story about a parallel world based on the concept of free use, but first, I want to contextualize some fundamental characteristics of the world I'm creating. I've been inspired by other stories, adding some of my own ideas to build a unique setting.

(Disclaimer: I will not address, nor include in any way, any scene involving or even hinting at the presence of minors. Let's ignore them completely, as if they do not exist.)
