A Wor Confession

Note: this isn't actually my Slutty Confession but someone that I work with.

Our mutual employer is a medium-sized company with warehouses around the country, providing logistical support for various large commercial gas and refrigeration projects. We essentially have a set of concrete buildings from the 60s, some of which are full of racks of equipment and spares, some are empty and some haven't been touched for years. This account concerns a colleague of mine whom we shall call Lisa. Though we are friends and do occasionally spend time together outside of work, Lisa isn't the sort of person I would usually spend time with. She is younger than me, comes from a pretty wealthy background and doesn't seemed to have worked a day in her life, including at the place where she currently works! Lisa had started there because her father had refused to continue to bankroll her and insisted that she get a job and so she applied here shifting boxes, checking in and out the parts and doing inventory, its mostly men doing this job and so I think head office liked to say they had a diversity hire... At least that's all I can think of because she has just about the worst work ethic of anyone I have ever met. She turns up late, very often hungover, she pulls very little of her weight and makes mistakes that the rest of us are usually unpicking weeks down the line.

The manager for the whole of our site is a very driven guy, doesn't suffer fools gladly and seems to know everything that is going on. He's fine when you get to know him, almost warm, but he's pretty serious about this job, he's also younger than I am. Let's call him Adrian.

One evening when we were out together, and both had quite a bit to drink, Lisa just came out and spilled everything to me. It seemed to come from nowhere but its stuck with me. Apparently, Lisa had been pulled up on not trying at her job and given a warning. This appeared to have zero effect on her behaviour and she said at the meeting that she joked with Adrian that she would suck his dick if she didn't need to lift boxes or do anything boring. He didn't like that and reprimanded her. A month later she said that she happened to pass one of our empty storage units where Adrian happened to be on his own measuring for racking or something. He noticed her and asked her how her agreed work ethic changes were going and if she was feeling like she was fitting in better at the company. She said that she didn't feel like this was her thing and that she felt bored. She also, once again joked that she would go down on him if she didn't have to do work but this time, apparently, he said 'ok go on then'.

Lisa has told me many (many) times before, in some length and in some detail how she 'loves to suck cock' and 'be put on her knees and drown in cum' (her words not mine). If any of us had mentioned that we were concerned with her performance he would always say "Thanks for letting me know, I'll look into it and have a word with her." I had wondered why nothing ever changed.

When she told me, Lisa was completely unapologetic or remorseful. She would often push her luck and send him nudes at work and do anything she could, short of getting caught, to get her lips around his cock. She told me she would often sit around playing some mobile game until she would get a text and off she'd go. She has blown him whilst on he was on calls, between sale tours, before and then again after work etc. She told me that she has literally never once lost a single drop, she has swallowed every single time (and yet, by the way, he's never actually fucked her). She is both a total waste of time, money and space and yet she seems to be one of the most valued employees. If I'm honest when she told me I was shocked but the more I've thought about it the more I find it makes me horny. I would never have the guts, (and lack of wisdom); but I think I really like the idea of getting used by someone more powerful than me. Making them groan and then them sacrificing for me and doing anything for me. It kind of makes me super wet.
