The motorcade drives up to Bangkok Girl's gangway as the sun begins to set. She looks magnificent from down on the quay and everyone is very happy to see her after the long journey. Sansa and Emily hold hands as the memories flood back. They see the Captain coming down the gangway to welcome them as the doors are opened for them by Nilesh and Ranjit who help them out of their car. The Captain smiles as he welcomes them back home to Bangkok Girl. They thank him and say how pleased they are to be back. He says a buffet awaits them in the dining room and he will meet them there when he has also welcomed Amy and Sushila.

They make their way up the gangway and go inside, where they are welcomed by beautiful side by side large portraits of the owners Emily and Sansa surrounded by smaller photographs of the Captain and his officers. The photographs of Emily & Sansa were taken by the second officer, a keen photographer, while returning from the test cruise after the decision to buy Bangkok Girl. The PSOs follow close behind the ladies. In the meantime, the assistant PSOs start moving all the luggage to the appropriate cabins.

As the ladies take refreshments they talk about having some extra cocktail maxi dresses made and delivered before Bangkok Girl puts to sea on Friday, Sudesh posts an assistant PSO on guard at the foot and at the top of the gangway then with Ranjit they conduct a security inspection of the vessel. Sansa knows just the tailor who does quality work and everyone agrees she should call him. She makes the call and reports that he and his assistant will immediately come to them with fabric samples.

Meanwhile the remaining assistant PSOs transfer all the luggage safely to the appropriate suite. Nilesh waits for Emily's luggage to arrive in her owner's cabin after checking security. When the luggage arrives he unpacks for her and ensures plentiful supplies, including condoms and lubricating jelly, are in the bedside lockers. Emily is delighted to find her luggage has been unpacked and the contents stored away for the cruise. However it is times like this, and when taking bookings, that she feels the need for a female personal assistant and thinks that Achara would be an ideal choice.

Emily chooses her favourite colours, royal blue and scarlet but adds some black floral designs as well. Sansa does the same and chooses emerald green and burgundy. Working through the names he has noted, he asks for their confirmation that he has accurately recorded their requirements. The ladies are impressed with his attention to detail and confirm their orders. One by one he takes an impressive number of measurements and records them. By the end of the process, each of the ladies has ordered getting on for 30 silk dresses each. The tailor quotes an unbelievably low cost for each lady (about the cost of one maxi silk dress in a high street shop) and says he will deliver the finished dresses in 24 hours, if that is acceptable. The ladies smile and look forward to seeing him the next day. The tailor and his assistant are accompanied off the vessel to the waiting tuk-tuk.

Emily showers and puts on a fresh sari outfit then goes to the lounge. Seeing Sansa she joins her, they embrace and kiss each other then as they sit, a bar waiter attends them. At 11 a.m. the ladies meet in the lounge. Their entrance has the desired effect on everyone who sees them, but being the classy ladies they are, they don't look back. At their chosen table they sit and arrange their dresses carefully, order coffee and take in their surroundings and more specifically the look on the men's faces. The buffet looks delicious, the centre piece is a large salmon. There are all sorts of cold meat, fish, cheeses and vegetarian options. Emily can't resist a small piece of lobster to go with her salmon. The side dishes are just as fabulous, with potato salad being a favourite. The desserts section is to die for if you have a sweet tooth. They take water with their lunch knowing they need to avoid overdoing the alcohol and they'll get plenty of unnecessary offers of that, unnecessary because they are at work. They chat until they are informed the first guests are arriving, then return to the lounge. It is really happening, the dream has become reality and they are prostitutes on duty.
