Karil was woken up by the dragonic cock finally sliding out of him, freeing a torrent of cum that spilled between his legs, he made no effort to stop the content moan that escaped his mouth at the same time. The dragon stepped back, his breath ragged and his erection finally subsiding, he lied down on his side, plopping his heavy weight down and looked at his work. The dragon-kin was still alive and breathing but he seemed incapable of moving, he was covered in his own load and some remnants of the dragon's, which was also now spilled around his bottom and dripping slowly on the gold coins. The dragon looked at the gaping hole he had stretched and wished he could go at it again but it would certainly kill the small one, so he used his tongue instead, licking his own load from it. Only the wet sounds of the dragon's gentle lapping could be heard for a while as Karil allowed himself to enjoy a bit of gentleness from the drake.
"Well, small one, you have paid your tribute, in full might I add" the dragon suddenly said. "You are free to go with your prize, as promised," he added after giving one last long lick across the dragon-kin's abused hole. Karil almost cried then, he was almost free, all he had to do now is survive the trip back. He sat up slowly, his entire body was sore, so he took an instant to stretch his arms and his back while he looked for his satchel. "Small one..." said the dragon with a tone that was more tender than commanding, catching Karil's attention instantly. "Our deal is done, but are you really satisfied with it? Don't you want more than a few baubles?" the dragon-kin was stunned for an instant and just blinked at him a few times, searching for an answer. "Do not worry, as I said before, the laws have been followed, you paid your tribute. This is mere curiosity on my part," he explained nonchalantly, his tail was moving back and forth behind him, like a cat's.
Karil nervously cleared his throat, "Hum, these stones are not for me. I was not lying, I am a slave, and my master found it amusing to send me into a dragon's lair to steal those precious stones."
"Amusing? I know humans to be silly creatures but isn't it a waste to lose a capable slave in something so pointless?" asked the dragon.
"Well, I think he is punishing me for trying to buy my freedom. I am to bring him as many as these stones in exchange for my freedom." he answered, lowering his head, realizing that even now that he had succeeded he still could not escape the deep pit of worry in his gut.
The dragon did not answer right away, his tail stilled momentarily, "From the pitiful look on your face, I suppose you understand that your master probably did not count on you coming back?"
"I know... His men outside will probably kill me as soon as they see me, if they are even still waiting for me." he answered, ignoring the condescending tone of the dragon.
"I had another proposition to make," he suddenly added, catching back his smaller kin's attention. "Do you know how my kind is birthed into this world?" he asked, making Karil frown suspiciously.
"From eggs? Like us?" he said tentatively.
"Yes, indeed. However unlike you, it takes decades for us to break out of them and so many dangers can claim us in that vulnerable stage," Karil was still listening, confused at why the dragon was talking about his birth but he decided to stay silent for now. "When I was born, more than a century before, I was the only one in my clutch to have survived, our mother was nowhere to be found. As I would learn later on, humans have forgotten to fear us. We have been away for too long. They are killing us off slowly, out of greed or a bid for glory." the tail had started moving again and his claws were digging into the gold coins as he stared at the dragon-kin, suddenly silent.
"I do not understand..." whispered Karil.
"I will speak plainly then," he said, standing up. "In the ancient times, before your ancestors' betrayal, they would worship my kind, doing their best to buy our favor through deed or word. In exchange for a sufficient tribute, they would be chosen," he walked a few feet away from the table and Karil to sit like a cat in the back of the cavern. "I am tired of seeing my kind being slowly extinguished by such pathetic creatures, the betrayal of your ancestors only gave an edge to the wormskinned. Join me, and just as in the ancient times, I will make you into something more." he opened his wings to their fullest and let out a jet of fire above him to illustrate the point.
