Her adopted father, Reverend Walker, eventually had to concede the point he'd known in his heart since the moment he picked up the baby girl on the steps, the baby girl with the unnaturally green slanted cats eyes when other children of her age could not see and even when their eyes opened would still be blue for weeks, that Hex, the sweetly naive child who had no knowledge of any form of intercourse nor of temptation of any nature, and had indeed no idea of the differences of male and female, thought herself to be a freak and had never touched her own body in a sexual way, too afraid of the feelings her father had told her of, the feelings that to her meant deep and terrifying sin, This innocent was a succubus, a female child with the markings of a demon.
It was common knowledge among the people of the village, rife with superstitions and folklore, what exactly a succubus was, the female form of an incubus, created when a demon appeared in first female form seduced a man and held his semen in its body whilst changing to a male form seducing a women and impregnating her, it was known that some of the devils traits would be passed on as the semen had been in it's body for some time. As Hex grew it became more apparent to the few men she did see, holy men, friends of her father, what she was.
Stunningly attractive breathtakingly so in manner that was not appropriate around men of the faith she eventually had to be sent away to a boarding school on her 18th birthday lest any serious damage be caused as her father hateful as he was did not wish her to be hurt or have her innocence taken a second to early and he knew all to well the weaknesses of humans.
So it happened that Hex found herself at Our Ladies CE Girls School.
As far as Reverend Walker knew or cared this school was a school for girls such as Hex, god-fearing girls unaware of much, particularly there own sexuality and the ways of Satan, unfortunately whilst his assumption was mostly correct the girls who enfolded Hex into their group were the exception to the rule, the total exception to the rule. And it is here that we join Hex.
