AWF - Wendy, Friend and Saviour or Villain
Background
The continuation of a story theme around wives who chose to become hot wives, partially driven by their husbands searching for money and power and partly through their own desires for more from life than just a housewife, however fulfilling that may otherwise be. Toni and her husband Jake, were at the centre of the need for speed.
Toni had met Wendy at the bar while seeking a "bloody mary" for breakfast and struck up a friendship. They found out a lot about each other while Toni was waiting for her husband Jake, as he talked to fellow resort guests married couple Janice and Martin over what to do for the rest of today. The resort being an adult only swingers' location on the beach at Cancun.
Wendy was redhead with a fabulous body, green eyes and a passion for things of pleasure. Life had let her down to date; she had taken it upon herself to choose life as a reality, not let things get her down and make changes searching for her view of positive. Wendy was the sports director and part time bar assistant at the resort, who was charged with ensuring guests got what they wanted in the widest sense.
Janice was a seriously beautiful blond who was in remission from cancer treatment that prevented her and husband Martin from having children. They were guests at the resort, seeking some life rewards post her chemotherapy treatments six months ago.
Toni and Jake and Janice and Martin had done a partner swap last night, mutually agreed and with absolute pleasure unlimited. Toni and Janice had been the instigators of the swap without Jake and Martin knowing. These four enjoyed each other's company and welcome the opportunity to be closer.
The Phone Call
It was another one of those perfect sun-drenched humid days at Cancun. The ladies yoga morning class, using mats on the adults only resort lawns, had just finished with all bar one seemingly ultra-relaxed and peaceful from their wind down. Wendy had done her wonders again on the class of ten beautiful bodies tightly packed into their high-end gym outfits.
Toni found yoga and gym work made her randy thinking quietly about how she was going to enjoy the rest of her day in an adult only swingers resort. Her nipple bumps proudly on display to anyone interested.
Janice was transfixed on the mobile phone voice message that had come in while she was working out. Her face contrasted heavily compared to all the other nine and Wendy. It was ashen, worried and full of concern. She sat on the nearest bench cross legged and lost to the world consuming what that message involved.
"Good morning Janice. It is Dr Lance here. We have just got the results of your latest tests. Would you please ring my receptionist as soon as you get back home and set up an appointment. I am sorry to spoil your holiday, but there are issues that we need to talk through including your treatment options."
Janice knew that meant her cancer had returned and her period of remission was over. She had two concerns. One being the most obvious of where, how bad and how big. The second was how she was going to pay the thousands of dollars needed to fund her chemo or radiology sessions.
Her mind raced back to her treatments two years ago, the lifestyle that produced, her home life with Martin and their destroyed dreams of having children. Those two years had toughened Janice up to the point she was adamant this maybe a setback, but it was not going to beat her. She had become a serious competitor in her running club, driven to want to succeed and achieve in whatever remained of her life. Those cups now adorning her mantlepiece for her half marathons attested to just how this diagnosis had converted her attitude.
Her encouraging Martin to join her in the local swingers group was just one element of her passion for real content and meaning. While her man was ever so supportive, he knew the best for her was to experience all that she could fit into her days left, so if she wanted to swing then totally fine by him. All he wanted was to make sure she was safe, besides it had its plentiful side benefits. Hence the trip to Cancun and the adults only resort.
Janice came to the conclusion she now needed to focus on the money needed and where she was going to get it in the short time before treatments would re-commence. That hopefully would take her mind off those hours of ghastly treatments that inevitably would eventuate.
"What's up?" came from her new friend Toni.
Seeing the concern, Wendy joined.
"It looks like my cancer has come back" was the start of a frustrated diatribe that was ended with "and now I need a lot of cash to pay all those bloody bills that are going to arrive in the thousands."
The Kernel of a Solution
"Time for breakfast, a decent coffee and a deep chat" came from Toni.
The restaurant was quiet near the pool, allowing Janice to open up and relieve herself of her frustrations. There was plenty of swear words and an outline of the need for several thousand dollars immediately just to get in the door of the hospital and the specialist doctors.
"So where does Martin fit it" came from Wendy.
"He is marvellous and he leaves all the decisions about treatment and money to me once we know where we stand. Truth is the last lot of treatments really cleaned out our long-term reserves. But I do not want him to end up with a massive mortgage to fund my treatments post my moving on."
"You realise that Martin is off with the guys, including your Jake today, playing golf down the coast. If my intelligence is correct they are at a course where the caddies are all big busted Mexican girls and they get their income from the tips they receive from their golfers. You are not going to see him until late this evening and my guess is he will be shagged out in the widest sense of the word when he gets back."
"Thanks Wendy. I had a suspicion that was the case when I saw Martin talking over with the guys at reception this morning."
"Just how far are you prepared to go to get some cash urgently?"
"No limits. I have absolutely no choice. Am here in Cancun spending money daily and nothing is coming in. That has to change. Do you have any good ideas? I am talking thousands and not hundreds."
