It was night and Macy and her husband Rick found themselves walking along some rural road in the direction of Athens Ga. She was bone tired from all the walking and running in the heat. It's been a month now, why couldn't these damned zombies just die off already.
Rick raised a hand and squatted down. There were a few turds lying on the hot black top. It was zombie scat, the shit...pun intended...was literally baby shit green like the color of antifreeze. The Zeds don't even stop to take a shit, they just keep moving and let it drop as they go. They've encountered Z scat all along the road since leaving Atlanta.
"It looks like just one Zed." Rick grunted.
Macy looked around, the moon was full so it was putting out enough light to see around her.
Rick stood back up, "I think we need a place to hold up for the night."
Macy sighed and nodded, "I second that." she sighed and she placed her hands on his shoulders from behind and began massaging them.
Rick pulled away leaving her standing there with her hands in the air. "Honey...are you okay?" she asked.
He shrugged and looked ahead, "We better keep moving."
"No I refuse to take one more step until we talk mister!" Macy whispered.
He turned to her and rolled his eyes, "What is there to talk about, Macy. Let's just stop the whole fucking Zpoc to talk about..."
"The heck with it, Rick." Macy shook her head and started to walk past him but he grabbed her arm and spun her to face him.
"Damn it woman you need to lose your fucking attitude before you get us both killed."
"Attitude...that's a joke right? You're the one who's been moping around and you've been taking your anger out on me! What's going on honey?" she pressed folding her arms, her green eyes demanding an answer. She kinda had an idea of why he was upset but they needed to talk through it. Fuck the apocalypse it could wait for the moment.
Rick released her arm but said nothing.
Macy sighed, "It's about the incident last night right?"
He looked away, "We need to put it behind us Macy."
She shook her head and looked down, feeling like the worst wife in the whole world.
The incident happened just outside Marietta. She and Rick were set upon by a gang of thieves. The assholes beat Rick to the point he was begging for mercy and begging for Macy to help him. The only thing that came to her mind was to beg the leader for mercy and he stopped the assault on Rick. The leader's name was Logan. He was a big man with plenty of muscle and with very little fat. He looked as if he'd been a gym rat before the world went to shit. He was bald with a swastika tat on his forehead heck maybe he'd been a prisoner.
He ordered her take her clothes off and she did so and she willingly laid down for over two hours and Rick had to watch in disgust as each man took Macy over and over.
When the men finally stopped Macy had her every hole dripping in cum.
The group left them a back pack filled with food, something that she and Rick hadn't had since leaving Atlanta. She'd certainly earned that food.
"Did you enjoy it?" the question came out as almost a whisper.
"What?" Macy asked not sure that she'd heard the question correctly.
"I ask did you enjoy it?"
Macy's mouth dropped and she brushed back her long chestnut hair and looked at her husband as if he'd lost his mind. "NO!" she screamed and she grabbed him and hugged him tightly. "No baby...no sweetie. I did not enjoy it."
"But...you..."
"Honey I did not. I had to act like it. I didn't want them to hurt you anymore. Please believe that!" Macy hated lying to Rick. She had enjoyed it and without reluctance. The incident had been a stress reliever, a brief respite in this post apocalyptic hell.
Rick eyed her curiously then he took her hand and they began to walk again.
"Kiss me." Macy said.
He smiled and suddenly turned her to him and he kissed her hard on the lips and forced his tongue into her mouth. It thrust and licked the inside of her mouth as if he were searching for any remnants of last night. He kissed her with such passion that it made her knees go weak.
When he released Macy her eyes fluttered open and she looked at him wide eyed, "Gosh honey you haven't kissed me like that in years.
They began walking again this time holding hands and pretty soon they came upon an old motel called the Blue Moon. The old place was in horrible shape with all of it's windows broken and the doors to the rooms kicked in. Macy suspected that the motel had been operational before Zpoc.
A lone Zed milled about by the ice machine. Rick took her hand and they quietly made their way over to what was left of the office, careful not to attract the attention of the lone zed.
Rick guided her over to a group of looted vending machines, "Stay here while I check it out." Rick said.
"Be careful, honey." Macy said reluctantly releasing his hand.
No matter how many times she's watched Rick disappear inside some building or house to check it out, she always fears for his safety. If anything was to happen to him she would be on her own and that would certainly be her end as well because she couldn't possibly survive without him in this crazy world of the dead.
She watched the lone zed for a moment and noticed something glittering around it's waist. Was it a dog chain? Yes, it was a dog chain the dog chain! It was chained to the ice machine with about four foot tether. Someone had chained the ghoul up like a dog. What in the world?
At that moment Rick stepped out and her heart sank at the sight of a man standing behind him with a gun to his head.
"You might as well come on in gurl. I got your man here and I'll put a bullet in him if'n you don't."
Macy stepped from behind the vending machines with her hands raised.
"That's a good gurl." The man stepped aside pulling Rick with him the gun still pressed tightly against the back of his head.
