Chitose Hayakawa used to have it all. She was the type of woman who would help the elderly cross the street and play with small children at the park. She even tutored the kids at the local elementary school when she had the time.

Away from the big and busy city known as Tokyo, located in the small countryside was a business known to the locals as Hasegawa-san's Izakaya. Hasegawa-san's Izakaya was known for its great prices and quiet location. It was a bar where friends and coworkers would come to unwind, have some drinks and just relax after a hard day's work.

The Izakaya held its Japanese Culture with bottles of Sake and the architectural style of the building but with a hint of the Western touch. It held wooden tables and chairs as well as a drinking station which held various bottles of sake. Soft music was playing as Chitose was standing at her podium, ready to welcome new and old customers.

Chitose was only working part time at Hasegawa-san's Izakaya as a waitress and hostess. She had her hair in a ponytail so it wouldn't get in her way of serving her customers. After all, who would want a hair in their drink? She wore the Izakaya's uniform, a white button up shirt with a red tie and black pants. She thought that the shirt was a bit tight around her chest but, oh well.

She composed herself when she heard the ding of the door as it was being opened.

"Welcom-" She stopped mid-greeting when she saw who it was, "Ah! Yuu-kun!" She squealed at seeing her longtime boyfriend, Yuusuke Arai. He casually waved at her with a smile.

Yuusuke was a handsome man, he was a tad taller than Chitose with short shaggy light brown hair, dark brown eyes and a light tan complexion. He was a man with a heart of gold, always willing to help those in need and always wanted the best for his girlfriend.

He walked up to Chitose as he shoved his hands in his black hoodie pockets while he wore some ripped denim jeans.

"Hey, Chitose." He said while Chitose beamed at seeing her boyfriend.

"What are you doing here? Did something happen?"" She asked him with  a cute head tilt, Yuusuke chuckled. The two lovers had part time jobs which often overlapped, keeping them apart far too long.

He shook his head, "Well, I got off early, so I decided to come and see you." He said as he slightly blushed. He was a little embarrassed, he didn't want to seem as pushy as it was just last week that they saw each other but... Chitose was really special  to him.

Chitose smiled, she couldn't believe that her boyfriend came from work to see her! She was ready to tell him all what had happened at her job, about the pushy customers...

"Hayakawa-san." She nearly jumped out of her skin when she heard her name. She turned and nearly fainted at seeing her Manager, Yukio Hasegawa!

Yukio was an elderly age man but he was tall. Taller than Chitose and Yuusuke, his black hair held streaks of silver and it was thinning a bit. He had a tan complexion and wrinkles near his mouth and his eyes, he had a small gut which almost didn't show as he wore a large white button down shirt with a small red tie and black suit pants.

"Is this young man a friend of yours?" Hasegawa-san asked with a smile on his elderly face.

"Ah! Manager!" Chitose squeaked, surprised at how the manager sneaked up on her.

'Crap what was I thinking?! Just standing and chatting here?!' Chitose chastised herself. She stood by Yuusuke with a timid smile and a small blush on her cheeks.

"Oh, this is my boyfriend, Yuusuke Arai-kun!" Chitose introduced Yuusuke to Hasegawa-san.

'Whoa, he's tall for an old man.' Yuusuke looked up at the elderly man before he bowed his head.

Yukio smiled before he bowed his head as well, "I see, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Yukio Hasegawa, the Store's Manager. Hayakawa-san has told me all about you." He looked at Chitose with a fatherly smile as she blushed red.

How embarrassing! Chitose didn't think that he was listening to her when she spoke of Yuu-kun.

"Well enough chit chat. Hayakawa-san, please assist our customers." Chitose nodded as the manager went to the drinking station. She led Yuusuke to an empty table, it wasn't a busy night as there were only a handful of regulars.

She waited until he sat down to ask what he wanted, "Oh, I have a regular black coffee." He still needs to drive back home, so why get drunk. She went to go and get his drink while Yuusuke casually looked around the Izakaya.

Chitose returned a few moments later with his drink, "Here's your order." He thanked her but was a little confused as to why she was looking at him with a slight blush.

"Hey, Yuu-kun.." Chitose leaned in to whisper, "Can I stay over at your house?" She asked as Yuusuke went a bit red but he nodded.

"Ah.. Sure." He said he was a little embarrassed but was excited as he thought of how tonight will be filled with pleasure.

"Great! I'll meet you at your apartment when my shift's over." Chitose said with a blushing but beaming face. She quickly went back to work while Yuusuke chuckled and lightly shook his head.

'Sometimes I wonder who has a higher sex drive. Me or Chitose.' Yuusuke thought before silently cursing, 'Crap, I better buy some condoms before she arrives.'

Yuusuke sipped his slightly cold coffee as he looked over at the wall clock that was just above the drinking station. Chitose's shift was almost over, he was about to pay and leave when he saw her and Hasegawa-san laughing and talking.

When Chitose's shift was over, she went over to her apartment as she had to change out of her work clothing. It was a little chilly so she decided to wear a nice warm pink sweater and some light blue sweatpants, later she met up with Yuusuke at his place.

Yuusuke's apartment had only a small bedroom, a one-way kitchen, a small living space, and a bathroom. After all he was only one person. Everything was neatly tidy when Chitose arrived as Yuusuke welcomed her in.

They went to the living space where there was only enough room for a small couch, a coffee table and a small square Television. Yuusuke had already warmed up some tea for them as they snuggled up on the couch with a blanket. They were watching some Television news but something was bothering Yuusuke.

It was seeing how close Chitose was with her manager, he didn't want to be seen as being jealous but he wanted to see how she would react.. So throwing caution to the wind.

"Hey.. You're pretty close with your Manager, aren't you?" He asked as he lowered his head so Chitose didn't see his face. She was surprised that he would say that as she looked at him.

"Eh..?" She said before her eyes widened at what he was hinting, "Don't get the wrong idea!" She hurried to explain the situation to Yuusuke, she didn't want him to think she was that type of woman!

"The Manager's wife is very sick. He's not only taking care of her but he has to take care of his business and the bills. Don't you think that, at his age, it's a bit too much. I mean, they don't even have kids to help them out." Chitose explained, laying her head on Yuusuke's shoulder while pulling his hand into her's.

"So, I would often talk to him, letting him know that I would try and help him in any way I can." She added looking at Yuusuke with a small smile.

"Oh, I see... now I feel bad, I'm sorry." He apologized as she giggled.

'Yuu-kun was jealous!' She jumped on him as he caught her with a surprised whoa. She wrapped her arms around his neck with a huge smile.

"Hey, Since our 1 year anniversary is coming up. What do you say, if we take a getaway trip?" He asked as he held her and took in her scent with an easy smile. Chitose pulled back before lovingly kissing him. She was beyond happy with her relationship with Yuusuke. She knew that she and him were soul-mates..

Soon after that day, Yukio Hasegawa's wife tragically passed away from her sickness. Hasegawa-san ordered that his wife's funeral would only be a private affair with only close friends and family. Chitose received the time and date of the funeral. It was raining that day as she stood with her umbrella as she looked at Hasegawa-san. His eyes held so much sadness as he looked at his wife's burial.

Hasegawa-san didn't come to work for the next few days. Chitose was worried about him so one day, she decided to go and check up on him, as well as offer her respects to his deceased wife. She tried to reach out to others but everyone had plans so she decided to go alone.

She decided to dress in a black suit dress, black stockings and black flat as she walked to Hasegawa-san's home. The Hasegawa home wasn't that far from the Izakaya after all, Hasegawa-san was always the first to arrive and the last person to leave.

Hasegawa-san's home was a traditional small one floor Japanese home, it was surrounded by high fences. The front gate entrance was beautifully decorated with trees and small ponds of koi fish. She went in and knocked on Hasegawa-san's front sliding door. She waited patiently as Hasegawa-san opened the door a few moments later as he smiled and welcomed her in. She walked into the home as Hasegawa-san led her to the room where she could pay her respects.

"How are you feeling, Hasegawa-san?" She asked him as he lightly smiled.

Hasegawa-san had placed a picture of his wife on an altar, with lilies and sakuras decorating the frame. While small plates of her favorite food and snacks were placed around her picture frame. He even placed lit scented candles that he knew she loved.

Chitose smiled sadly at Hasegawa-san, she was surprised at how much Hasegawa-san loved and cherished his wife. She went in front of the altar, got on her knees and paid her respects to the deceased woman. She held her hands together and closed her eyes, paying no attention to her surroundings.

Yukio sat beside Hayakawa-san as he looked at her with lust in his eyes. Finally, with his old wife now dead, he can now focus on getting his future wife ready. He just needed to wait for the right timing and then Hayakawa-san will be all his.

After Chitose paid her respects, she decided to stay a bit longer to assist Hasegawa-san in any way she could. She went around the house, cleaning the rooms of trash and empty bottles of sake that seemed to be in every room. She even organized the belongings of Hasegawa-san's deceased wife.

Before leaving, she made a small meal for Hasegawa-san, he thanked her with tears as he bowed his head. She smiled sadly as she waved goodbye to him while he lightly waved back.

She could tell he was trying to prove to her that he was okay, when he wasn't.  A few days passed, Hasegawa-san returned back to work but Chitose could tell that Hasegawa-san was still depressed over the loss of his wife. He didn't smile as often as he used to and he stayed in his office more.

So she decided, after talking with Yuusuke of course, that for the time being, it was alright that Chitose went over to Hasegawa-san's home after her shifts to just check up on him.

After two weeks or so of doing that, Chitose thought of ending it, she thought maybe she was being too overbearing and pushy with Hasegawa-san. So one day after her shift, she had gone home to change and to text Yuusuke. Telling him that this was going to be the last time that she would be visiting Hasegawa-san and to not wait up for her.

He texted back a thumbs-up and a heart emoji. She giggled, he was so cute! Finally she arrived at Hasegawa-san's home, she knew that he was waiting for her as she barely knocked on the door and it slid open.

Hasegawa welcomed her in as she placed her dark pink coat on the coat rack. She wore a dark pink sweater with a shirt underneath, a black pencil skirt with black stockings and flats. She took off her shoes and then walked into the kitchen, after being in the home so many times, she knew where it was.

The kitchen was right next to the living space, so Yukio sat on the floor, he stretched his feet under his Kotatsu table. He watched Hayakawa-san as she turned the small stove to  heat up the kettle for them to drink some tea. He continued to watch as she poured them both a cup before bringing it to the table with a smile.

Today was it. Tonight she will be his. He will make sure of it.

Time quickly passed, the windows revealing the light had long faded, and Chitose had to get home. She didn't want to walk home in the dark so she decided  it was time to leave.

"Ah, Hasegawa-san, I guess I'd better go." She said looking up at the wall clock, not seeing Hasegawa-san's eyes widening with fear. No, she couldn't leave yet. Not before he had a taste.. He quickly thought of a plan..

This wasn't good, it wasn't proper for a woman who was in a relationship to stay at another man's home but for her manager to suddenly lose his composure like this... She mentally sighed, she was going to regret this. She knew it but...
