Our protagonist is a retiree. Young women are referred to as "girls" throughout this story from his point of view, but all characters depicted are adults over 18.

There's this genre of porn where a massage table has a hole in it and a woman underneath it jerks off or sucks off the guy lying on the table with his cock and balls dangling through the hole. Tuck had a wild idea for a female-reversed version of this, and decided to make it happen.
There would be some up-front costs but Tuck figured he'd take the chance. He'd take a disbursement from his retirement account, and spend a few months trying to turn it into a stream of income. If it didn't work out, he could spend the rest of the year working some low-stakes temporary job to pay the bills.
He had been divorced twice and expected to never put himself through a marriage again. He dated casually and occasionally, and was mostly fine with the no-strings action he got a few times a year, plus the pleasure he gave himself a couple of nights a week the rest of the time. Porn was a regular feature of his sex life, and he thought his idea could really attract an audience.
Tuck didn't know anybody in the porn business, neither on the performing side nor the production side. Before he pulled the trigger and committed to the venture, he researched things and was surprised by how easy it was to find information. Reddit even had an AMA (Ask Me Anything) hosted by a porn producer who answered a lot of questions. Most of the questions were about how someone could get into performing porn, but Tuck focused on the ones which were about how producers recruit. There was a helpful one about revenue as well, and the figures stated in that answer were what convinced Tuck to bite the bullet and go for it.
He ran a Craigslist ad announcing an adult entertainment gig. He spelled out the theme of "females getting massaged" so applicants would have an idea what to expect. When the ad first ran, he got so many calls he wouldn't have had time to handle them all, except that he hadn't gotten busy kickstarting the rest of his operation yet. Some callers clearly wanted an immediate gig with immediate pay. Others didn't answer or backed out when he called back, and still more were 18 or 19 year olds.
Tuck came to feel this last group were really too young to make the no-takebacks decision to do porn. Besides, he personally thought girls that young still looked like children. A porn fan himself, Tuck didn't find the "barely legal" videos that enticing. Obviously youthful women were attractive and hot, but the operative word there is "women." It's a myth that adolescent girls stop growing by age sixteen. The consent-aged teenies still too young to drink needed a few more years to reach an adult-looking size and shape, and lose the sheen of immaturity, in Tuck's opinion.
Since listening to calls and weeding out poor candidates was taking up so much time, he amended the ad to say that only serious inquiries would be taken, candidates had to prove they were over 21, there would be a minimum of one month before the gig was to commence, the set would be a sober environment, and a minimum of two non-nude, non-sex-tryout interviews were required before an applicant made it into the casting pool.
Over the course of a few weeks, Tuck shopped around for a lawyer. Specialists serving the porn industry were very expensive, but without too much effort he found a "sin law" firm with a broader focus than just porn. In addition to a couple of small-time porn producers and a few performers, this firm served strip clubs, distilleries, card rooms, cannabis businesses, tobacco and e-smoke retailers, and even had a few firearms vendors as clients. A junior lawyer from the firm's media department would help Tuck draw up business filings and contract drafts at a third of the hourly rate of the porn specialists.
The updated version of the ad brought the call volume down substantially. As hoped, Tuck found that the girls who answered the new ad were more serious about it, less flaky, and not just cash-desperate meth heads or the like. He had time to complete his lawyer-shopping and begin the consultations, and get started on the several other necessary development projects.
During the first month, Tuck located a small retail space. It was suitable for a feminine-oriented massage therapy slash day-spa practice. It should be, that's who occupied it before. He was able to negotiate a ninety-day lease, with the commercial property manager stipulating that any renewal after the ninety days would be for a minimum of twelve months. Tuck would either be out of cash or else fully in business by then.
There were a lobby, changing room, adjoining shower room, and massage studio large enough for three tables. Tuck would only have one, but the extra space was good for accommodating the lights and cameras. The place's interior design was in good shape, with modular bamboo flooring designed to look like hardwood, warm off-white walls, and a custom painted fern motif in green, left over from the previous tenancy. There was a storage room which could serve as a very small office if the shelving were removed on two sides and made narrower on the third. No equipment or other decorations came with the space.
This suited Tuck just fine, as he was constructing a custom massage table anyway. It was similar to the handjob-hole version in the "milking table" videos, only the hole was much larger, since a woman couldn't just stick her junk through it. He considered also designing tit-holes into it, but couldn't decide exactly how. Women are different sizes and heights, after all. Maybe a Mark 2 version of the table could come later, if this venture were to take off.
The table was twice as sturdy as a standard massage table, and fifty percent wider. Tuck figured that if the little studio were to succeed and continue operating, the table could be required to withstand some vigorous fucking without getting shaken apart, tipping over, or someone falling off the side. There wasn't much downside to over-building it up front, other than a little extra expense and time.
Craigslist made itself useful again. An aspiring Youtuber had invested heavily into a multiple-camera plan. He had an okay idea for his channel's content, but couldn't get the subscribers, views, patrons and sponsors he needed in order for the gear to pay for itself, much less his time and effort. Tuck bought what pretty much amounted to a complete commercial vlogging configuration. Another Craigslist ad was offered by a videographer who had upgraded her lights, so Tuck bought her old ones to enhance the setup in the studio.
Tuck paid an Estonian software guy he found on Upwork a thousand dollars to set up a website using a turn-key software package which included video publishing and e-commerce subscription features. The website design was very out-of-the-box and not customized at all, but for a couple hundred more, a cheap freelance graphic designer made a logo and a color scheme to give the site a bare veneer of branding. "TTP, LLC" was the company name, short for "Tuck Table Productions."
During the few weeks all this had taken, Tuck had interviewed 30 girls over the phone. Really, they were all grown women between 22 and 34, but Tuck was over 60. They were still "girls" to him, even though he had weeded out the childish-looking teenyboppers. Fifteen of the callers had dropped out of consideration after he gave them links to his personal Facebook profile with an up-to-date picture, and carefully asked whether they were sure they wanted to do this, would meet for in-person interviews, and would still be sure in a couple more weeks.
Twelve met Tuck in person at the studio. He was completely transparent about the whole operation, allowing the candidates to see the place, the cameras and lights, and the table under construction.
