Guys, every once in a while, you meet a woman that just oozes sexual energy. Most times, she is very taken and usually with your buddy and all you get to do is watch him having fun. This story is a bit different. It all started one day when my father was in a serious car accident. I got a call from my mom and was told to meet her at the local trauma center. It was not good and emotions were high. My mother, sister and I arrived and were whisked into a quiet area and told to wait. Hours passed before the doctor came in and told us that he was stable and that we could see him. He was in the ICU so we could just stay for a few minutes. We eagerly made our way to his bedside. He looked like he had been in a heavy weight bout. He was talking crazy talk and mostly mumbling but he was alive.
There were a couple of nurses in the room attending to his needs. I really did not notice them until one nurse turned around and looked directly at me. I felt my heart skip a beat. Her name was Paula and she had the lightest blue eyes I have ever seen. They were like a husky dogs eyes, almost colorless. She had long brunette hair that was braided in a thick braid that flowed down her back. She was tiny, maybe a little over five foot and was wearing scrubs that fit her like a glove.
I could not help but stare at her. She looked at me with those steely eyes and smiled. It was then that my heart truly stopped. That look and that smile oozed sex. It is hard to explain but when you see it you know it. You could just tell that she was hotter than hot. I smiled back, then looked down shyly. She was so gorgeous I did not want to stare and come off creepy. As we said our goodbyes to my father we walked out of the room. Paula followed and told us that she would be caring for my father until six and if we had questions, we could come and ask her.
My mom and sister and I went back to the quiet room and talked about my dad. I could not get Paula out of my mind. I told my family I needed to get some air and I left the room. I made my way to the nurse's station and found Paula. I made up some stupid questions just so I could talk to her. She looked straight into my eyes and gave me the answers. I do not even remember what they were. I was mesmerized by her. Once again, she gave me a sexy smile, then touched my hand and told me that everything was going to be alright. Her touch once again stopped my heart.
I looked down at her hand and saw no rings on her fingers. I asked her if the nurses were allowed to wear rings and jewelry while they were at the hospital. She told me that it was not allowed but followed that quickly by saying she did not have a ring to wear anyway, then smiled again at me.
Well in sales, that is called a "buy signal". I asked her if she wanted to get something to eat after her shift and she said that she would. Now my heart was beating at two hundred miles an hour. I looked at my watch to see it was three in the afternoon. I had three hours to wait. I went back to the quiet room and sat with my family. I do not remember anything for those three hours. I was so focused on Paula, I could not even think of anything else.
Six o'clock arrived and I made my way to the nurse's station. Paula wrapped up what she was doing then told me that there was a little café just across the street that had good food. I told her that I was ok with that and we left. As we walked, we made small talk. Where are you from, what do you do stuff? Once at the café we ordered and talked some more. Paula was very easy to talk to. Everything out of her mouth seemed to have two meanings. One was the answer to my question and the other was a sexual undertone. She was an amazing flirt. She obviously knew her eyes were amazing and used them to keep my attention by alternately staring directly into mine and then looking away shyly.
I got the balls up to ask her about her prior relationships. She said that she had a few but they all ended. I pushed deeper looking for red flags. She said that she liked adventure and trying new things and that all her prior boyfriends could not keep up with her. Keep up, I asked? She looked down and thought for a minute then said she thought that she scared them away. My red flag alarm went off. I asked her what she meant by scared them off. She fumbled a bit then said that they were all too boring and did not want to try anything fun, new and edgy. Every time she pushed the envelope, they ran away. My mind was racing but I decided to move on to other topics.
