Amber was answering the phone in the front office. Working as a secretary for the university was often mundane for her. There was one bright spot in the tedium of her day, and it was seeing Chase Liston. Chase Liston had been professor of history of the university for a long time. She had sat in on his lectures sometimes, and always found him so captivating. He always spoke with such passion and would strut around the classroom. The way he commanded the audience and held such power over the students always drew her in.
In addition to being so intelligent, she couldn't help but admire how handsome he was. His chiseled jaw added an air of rugged masculinity to his face. His eyes were smoky and had a mesmerizing effect whenever she looked into them. He towered over her in terms of height. She sometimes fantasized about him embracing her, picking her up off her feet, and spinning her around. She imagined his embrace would make her feel safe and warm.
On this day, Chase Liston had come into the front office late at the end of the day. He was wearing a black turtleneck sweater with a light brown jacket. "Hi Amber," he said, "I was wondering if I could review a test from last semester. A former student is contesting their test score."
"C-c-certainly," she said. She stood up and walked out from behind her desk, allowing him to see her dark blue skirt and white blouse. She took out some keys and unlocked a door that led to the archives. She turned on the light and he followed her in.
As he walked in, Chase's eyes traced the curves of Amber's body. She always had such a seductive form without even trying too. He always looked forward to seeing her visit his classroom. He enjoyed the way her eyes followed him as he taught. Her shyness around him only aroused his interest more. It made him want to protect her.
To hold her close and kiss the nervousness out of her body.
Amber pointed to a box on the top shelf. "Y-y-your tests are in there," she said, "I-I-I can go get a step stool."
