Diana pursed her lips, taking a moment to regard the home before her. It was a humble construction - as humble as a mansion could be - sitting by its lonesome in the middle of a clearing.
The mansion was of rustic design, the exterior boasting a cozy aesthetic of logs and stone veneer. Surrounded on all sides by tall evergreens, the home was comfortably isolated from roadside onlookers - aside from a lone, paved road winding its way from a double garage jutting out from the east wing. As inviting as the mansion was - sporting a far more welcoming atmosphere than Wayne Manor - Diana felt a measure of concern.
This was the Messner Estate. And Diana had no idea why she was here.
Against her better judgment, the Amazon Princess had taken a weekend off from superheroics. She wasn't sure why she felt the need to take a break from her honorable calling, especially when there was no special occasion for it. But she went ahead with it, checked in with J'onn and had her Watchtower schedule cleared until Monday.
And now Diana was back in Fawcett City - or rather, the Fawcett City outskirts. The last time she was in town was a couple weeks ago when she attended the city's Natural History Museum's fundraising Gala. It had been quite the uneventful affair aside from chatting with other admirable career women. In fact, Diana could hardly remember much of anything about the Gala. Any memories of the event were blended into a foggy haze and trying to remember anything about it was like walking into a thick mist. But for some reason, Diana felt drawn back to this place.
To this home. The Messner Estate.
Even if Diana couldn't remember much - and even if what she could remember was dull - the Amazon felt... warm. More than just a pleasant feeling, too. A lovely turning in her belly. A delightful chill dancing across her skin. It was... odd to feel such sensations and emotions about something that may as well have dropped entirely out of her mind.
I need to know more...
She approached the front double doors, wooden with a dark mahogany finish. Beside them, built into the stone veneer was a small intercom box with a red button beneath the speaker. Diana hesitated for only a moment before her curiosity got the better of her. She pressed the red button.
"Hello?" Diana leaned down some so that she was speaking directly into the criss-crossing grid. "Is anyone home?"
Silence answered her. Diana frowned, her finger sliding off the red button. The apprehension dissipated, replaced with... disappointment? Why did she feel disappointed?
Then came the sound of static. Diana's eyes fixated on the box and the rustling noise that emanated from the speaker grid. There was a small beep next and a man's voice followed.
"It's nice to hear your voice again, Diana." He said, warmth and charm coming through the intercom in spite of the low audio quality. Diana lips curled into a smile despite her earlier anxiousness. A small burst of excitement shocked through her nerves...
All for a man's voice... What in Hera's name is the matter with me?
"I'll be down to greet you in a moment."
"Again? Have we spoken before?" Diana's question was answered by silence. She frowned, her eyes narrowing. "Sir?"
Again, she received no response. Doubt began to creep back into her mind, the uneasy feeling that came with the lack of knowledge. She didn't know why she was here. She didn't know why she was drawn to this house in particular. And she certainly didn't know the man on the other end of the intercom... Even though he clearly knew her.
Diana pursed her lips, sinking into thought. Maybe she
had
met him before but didn't remember. Maybe he was one of those superheroine superfans she had given an autograph to some months back - or even some
years
back. But that didn't explain why she was drawn to his home...
Finally, the front doors opened. Diana let loose a breath she didn't know she had been holding, letting herself drink in the sight of her mystery man.
He was a younger man and visibly in good shape - though not quite reaching the impressive bulk of Superman or Batman. In fact, he reminded her more of The Flash or one of the younger male Green Lanterns. Tall, certainly, with some clear strength in his lean body. Adding to that were his dark hair, his green eyes, those full lips... Yes, he was certainly handsome enough. But above all, he was
familiar
. But not in a way that Diana could place.
It was odd. Diana surely would have remembered a young man like this one if they had met before.
"It's even better to see you again." The man smiled, stepping out to join her on his stone porch. He looked at her then - gazed, more like. As if he were drinking her in the way she had just a moment ago. Only with him it was far more intense. Sensual. Diana could feel his eyes on her... As well as a warmth rising in her cheeks. "I'll never get used to how beautiful you are."
He moved towards her, closing the distance between them to some scant few inches. Diana took a breath as he brought his face near hers, bringing his lips to her ear. He whispered, low and soothing, "
My wish and desire, you shall fulfill... Now,
remember.
"
In an instant, it all came flooding back. The gala, the spell, the...
dalliance
in that dim, empty hall. Even the interruption from the security guard. A rush of emotions followed the returned memories, Diana struck with feelings of shock, anger, disgust... But quickly felt them drowned out, to her horror, by equally strong feelings of excitement, allure,
delight.
"Oh,
Hera
..." Diana stumbled back a step, sucking in a shuddering breath. She planted a hand on the stone support pillar for the porch roof, steadying herself. "You... I remember you... You put a spell on me...
Controlling
me..."
"It's all starting to come back to you. Good." The young man - Mark Messner, she now remembered - reached out to take her hand. Diana wanted to jerk out of his hold, but found that she couldn't. In fact, she didn't
want
to. She looked into the face of the man who had effectively enslaved her, expecting to see the evil smile of a twisted monster. Instead, she saw an expression on his handsome face that was halfway
apologetic.
"I'm sorry for wiping your memory, truly. But I couldn't take any chances. I needed you to go back to your normal routine with a clear head so that you wouldn't raise any suspicions. It's been two weeks and I've had time to think things through about how we're going to go about doing...
this.
I won't erase your memory again. I promise."
He was astonishingly polite for a man who had no qualms about turning the world's most beloved superheroine into a sex slave. But Diana didn't think much of that. In fact, most of her thoughts were terrorized by the memory of that same man driving his cock relentlessly into her throat. His very large and very unwieldy cock. Diana's cheeks were burning by the time she found the nerve to look Mark in the eyes.
"I suppose you want me to thank you?" Diana said flatly after the silence became unbearable.
"If I wanted you to do something, you wouldn't be able to question it." Mark answered smoothly, bringing her hand up to lay a soft kiss along her knuckles. He gave Diana a warm smile, his eyes equally full of lust and admiration. "But I'm happy the spell hasn't changed your attitude. I meant what I said back at the gala, you know. I want Wonder Woman, not a sex doll."
