Author's note.
I did not expect to write more in this series, but after this idea planted itself in my head, I could not let it go.
This is the third part of my Emiru and Bonnie saga, but can be read standalone too.
I have not read the first two parts again since writing them, which I feel I should have done, to try to stay on a similar theme in regards to length, level of lewdness, and style. But from memory I believe it should hold some resemblance to the earlier parts, excepting the change of POV from the last one.
As always this is purely a work of fiction and though the characters are real, the story bears no semblance to any real events.
If some light-hearted sexual fantasies risk offending you, now is a good time to leave. But if not, I hope you enjoy this likely final installment in the Streamer Love series.
Streamer Love Pt. 03 - Three's Company
Chapter One: Ashes and Embers
On her couch, wrapped in a warm Kirby blanket, Emiru lay with Bonnie in her arms. She smelled great, as she always did, like lilacs and spring, and like Bonnie. It was a scent that brought her a great sense of peace and familiarity.
Some Netflix show was playing on the TV, but Emi could not say which one, or even what it was about. Her mind had wandered and was only ever briefly brought back when Bonnie would laugh and notice her inattention. Bonnie had once always offered to switch to a different show when Emi seemed disinterested but had long since given up this endeavor. Whether Bonnie truly believed her when she said she was happy watching anything - as long as they were together, she could not say. She kissed Bonnie's curly hair and hugged her even tighter to make up for her absent-mindedness.
Her mind was caught up on her upcoming meeting with Norafawn, as it had been since she had finally dared to ask if she wanted to cosplay with her on stream. Though plenty of gorgeous women had come to cosplay streams with her, none had ever made Emi feel as nervous and giddy as Nora had. She needed everything to be right. She had bought several different-sized costumes, even though she was fairly certain she knew what size would fit, she had rooted through her closets for various trinkets and knick-knacks, so that nothing would be missing, and she had preordered food, drink, and snacks to arrive on the day before Nora's arrival. Everything had to be perfect, for when Nora came.
"Wow, she's gorgeous," Bonnie said, interrupting her dreaming about Norafawn.
Emi could not disagree when she saw the lady on screen, clad in a tight black dress and heels, walking slowly away from the camera, her ass so visible through clothing she might as well be naked. It reminded her of Yor Forger, one of her favorite characters to see cosplayed, particularly by more voluptuous women.
"Yeah, she's hot," Emi replied stupidly, failing to come up with anything cleverer to say.
Bonnie looked up at her and smiled mischievously. She always looked so pretty when she smiled.
"I wouldn't mind her sharing our bed with us, would you?" Bonnie teased, her hand touching Emi's gently.
Emi never knew what to say when Bonnie made such odd remarks. At first, she had been sure it was just meant to be light-hearted and fun, but sometimes she was not so certain Bonnie would say no if such an opportunity were to present itself. She was bold, adventurous, and a little bit crazy, in just the right way, and though Emi loved that about her, it would often make her feel boring and stale herself.
Bonnie laughed at her befuddlement, making Emi blush. "You're so cute when you don't know what to say," she teased.
Bonnie kissed her lips lightly, then remained so close in front of Emi's face, that she could feel the heat emanating from her. She stared longingly, bit her lip slightly, and pleaded, "Can we?"
Emi hated having to deny her, but she feared another poor attempt at relations would displease her more than a simple lie.
"I'm sorry, I don't feel that well."
Bonnie tried to not show any disappointment, but she was not a very good liar.
"That's okay," she said, and let her head rest against Emi's shoulder. She stayed there for a brief moment before she rolled off Emi and settled on the couch beside her instead.
Emi felt the guilt gnawing at her and knew she would have to make it up to her sometime. Bonnie deserved so much more than what she could give her. Emi was happy with Bonnie -- a fact she was more certain about than anything. She had never felt so whole, and she genuinely loved any time they spent together, but after two years, making love simply was not as passionate as it had once been. Bonnie tried hard to be creative with foreplay and sexual fantasies, even incorporating toys into their lovemaking, anything to get a rise out of Emi, but her attempts did more to make Emi feel inadequate than reignite her passion.
She loved Bonnie for how hard she was trying to make things better for her, and Emi tried her best to pretend Bonnie's games made her feel something, but she feared she too, was not a very good actress.
Loving someone so whole-heartedly, but being unable to properly make love to them, felt wrong, and she sometimes wondered if Bonnie would be better off with someone else, someone capable of bringing that same passion Bonnie so easily could summon. Though, she could not stand the idea of losing her. But was keeping Bonnie hostage in an unfulfilling relationship the right thing to do? She knew the answer to that.
"I am sorry, you know," Emi said suddenly, the words coming without her planning to utter them.
Bonnie looked at her, surprised.
"I know I haven't been enough lately," she continued, and before she knew it her eyes were filled with tears.
"Hey, hey," Bonnie said comfortingly and moved closer, putting her arm around Emi. "Stop that."
"It's the truth, you deserve so much better," Emi croaked between sobs.
"Emi... you are perfect just the way you are," Bonnie said.
She cried for a moment in Bonnie's loving arm as she cradled her and soothed her like a distressed animal. She wanted to say more, she wanted to explain it all, she wanted to tell her how much she loved her even though she often failed to show it, she wanted to promise to do better by her and try her hardest to be the partner Bonnie deserved. But Bonnie was so gentle, her sadness was quickly drowned in the comfort of her love.
"That's better," Bonnie said and patted her on the top of her head. Emi could not help but smile, her tears still wet on her cheeks.
Chapter Two: Rekindling the Fire
The day so long awaited had finally come, and Emi was unable to stay still. She had had weeks to prepare and make everything right but still felt like she had forgotten something that would ruin the whole evening. Her stream had even noticed how antsy and nervous she was, though she paid little attention to those chatters, or any chatters at all for that matter. She was streaming her nonsensical rambling, and though she had only recently gone live, there were already more viewers than most of her recent streams. She knew for what purpose many of them were here, and she could not judge them on this occasion, as she would have likely done the same, had Nora streamed with someone else.
She nervously kept checking on her phone in case she missed a notification from Nora. Her last message said she would be twenty minutes, and it was sent seventeen minutes ago. "Eighteen now, she would be here any minute."
"Give me a second chat," she said and left the stream to go to the bathroom. She was so giddy and nervous all at once, that she had to look at herself in the mirror and tell herself to calm down. Her breath was fast and shallow, as if she was having a panic attack. She closed her eyes and took a few deep breaths to steady it, and just as she had regained some composure, she heard the doorbell. Her heart began hammering in her chest again as she dashed off to the front door to welcome her guest.
Nora was divine. Her face was so flawless with very little, if any make-up at all. Emi had always found her extremely attractive since befriending her, years ago, but her pictures did not do her justice. Standing in front of her, she was so gorgeous that Emi could hardly speak.
"Hii, it's so nice to finally meet you," she managed and reached for a friendly hug. She could tell Nora too, was nervous, and their polite hug was a stiff one.
"You too, I've so been looking forward to this day," she said as they awkwardly embraced.
"Come on in," Emi said, "the stream is already on, just so you know, but they can't really hear us out here."
