Sholan Alliance - Au B. 03

A/N: I realized I goofed the timeline when I was doing the last chapter. This section should take place the same night that Billy announced that he was going to be life bonding with Satasha and Z'Marl is going to be their Triad mate. I will end up tidying this up eventually but wanted to let you know. Enjoy!

The tutor rolled over and sat up and stretched. His life mate grumbled at him but moved over to his side of the bed and fell back asleep. For a brief moment he considered pulling the covers off just to wake her but he would probably get clawed for that. He pulled on his robes and after taking a moment to ensure he looked his best he headed out. Since the link had already started there wasn't much they could do till the twenty six hours was over.

At the moment they would be so tied up in the link that doing anything such as moving them was not a good idea. Since at the moment their talents would be unshielded and any contact would be not just painful but very dangerous. The impact on the Leska pair could range from a simple jolt to a coma and even death. For the one touching them it could be much the same. It had been known to force latent talents open and in some cases the talents would go rogue and uncontrollable. If that was the case the only option was to contract the Brotherhood to eliminate the threat.

That was not an option he had ever wanted to have to use but he had been forced to. He hated it but there wasn't much else that could be done at that point. By now he had reached the car port and climbed into his air car and after activating it pulled out. He activated the emergency beacon which gave him priority with the auto traffic controller. By the time he arrived the emergency telepathic response team was there.

Once he had landed he sensed the portable shield had been activated and attached to the entrance of the dwelling. A tech appeared to be doing some fine tuning on it. "Has all the other residences been cleared? If they don't have anywhere to go set up reservations with the Accommodations house for two nights. They won't be done with their link day till very late tomorrow night."

One of his assistants came over and was checking a tablet. "Already taken care of sir and based on the information we have it will be another twenty four hours. Granted we could move them before the end of their link day but what would you prefer sir?" His eyes traveled around the area as they were talking. He wanted to make sure that the only people nearby were the guild staff. They all were trained for handling this type of emergency.

"Good work and keep several telepaths onsite. Rotate them as needed and I will inform their parents in the morning." By Vartra this was going to be a huge headache for the guild since her father was the ambassador. The two of them spoke for several more minutes before he had all the information he needed. "Keep me updated on everything going on. If anything happens I don't care how minor it might seem contact me." With a grunt of irritation he climbed back into the air car and pulled away and headed back home. He could already feel the headache from talking to Billy and all the lovely paperwork.

As he was heading back home he sent a message to the Guild Master to update him on what had been noted. He was going to have to talk to him in the morning as well. When he finally made it back to his apartment he was tired. Before crawling back in with his life mate he tossed down some headache pills. One thing he couldn't help but appreciate when she curled around him.

The next morning Z'Marl woke up and couldn't help but smile. Billy was curled up in her arms facing her and Satasha was behind her curled up against her back. At the edge of her mind she could feel both of them and it was such a warm feeling. Billy felt like a solid rock since he was both content and confident with who he was and where he was. Satasha had warmth to her but there was also a drive to achieve what she wanted. There were also definite overtones of love for her. That alone was worth everything that had happened to both her and the others.

Since Billy was facing her and his arms were wrapped around her as well she gave him a light squeeze. "I am so happy that I met both of you." She murmured quietly as she was enjoying the quiet of the morning.

Billy had been enjoying the contact as well and when she spoke he couldn't help but open his eyes and smile. He had been enjoying the feel of her in his mind as well and could tell that she was feeling very loved. "And I am a very lucky guy to have Satasha choose my backyard to crash in. That led me to meet both of you. I still feel like a dirty old man for seducing a lovely young woman. If it wasn't for the fact you are the one who seduced me I would feel even worse." He was grinning when he said that.

Satasha had heard that and she couldn't help but groan. Just for good measure she reached over and bopped him. "Yilly that was horrible and yes you are a dirty old man and you need a shower. I will let Z'Marl wash your dirty brain out." Z'Marl had groaned at him and now was starting to snicker which is what Satasha wanted.

Billy started laughing at the two of them. "I think a shower would be a good idea myself." His expression softened and he pressed a kiss on Z'Marl's lips and nibbled lightly for a moment. "I love you lady and thank you for accepting. I know it was hard for you since it pulls you into the limelight but I can't think of anyone else I would want. I have two women I love so very much not to mention a cub on the way."

She leaned into the kiss and nibbles and grumbled when he rolled out of bed. "I might have to tackle you later Yilly for that kiss. I am sure that you did that deliberately. How does your Leska put up with you?" Just for good measure when he stood up she lightly stroked his bottom. "Nice tushy old man."

Satasha snickered when Billy twitched away and she could tell he was expecting a pinch for his teasing. "Well if nothing else he is handy to keep around. That and at least every five days he has some extra uses." When he frowned and stalked off towards the bathroom the two females looked at each other and started laughing.

"I am hungry and I am going to see about making something for breakfast. See you when you get out of the shower." Since Satasha hadn't participated in the fun she didn't need a shower as of yet. That and they needed more private time to finish letting the bond form. It had been wonderful for them to invite her to spend the balance of the night with them but they needed the rest of the day.

As she walked out of the room Z'Marl stretched and rolled out of bed and swished to the bathroom. If she had any say about it she and Billy might be late to breakfast. If they were she knew that Satasha wouldn't mind and would understand. "Hey you sexy man, have enough room in there for two?" She was smiling as she moved behind him and wrapped her arms around him.

When Dani woke up she didn't have any idea what time it was. All she knew was that she was somewhat tender and had a furry comforter wrapped around her. Suddenly what happened last night hit and she tensed up and then started shaking. "Oh god, oh god, oh god!! What happened? Why did this happen to me?" She was most definitely starting to panic since she could feel him in her mind. Not only that the mental separation between the two of them was almost non-existent.

She could feel not his body pressed against hers but hers pressed against his. She could feel his sense of sexual contentment as well though there were definite traces of desire there as well. From his mind she was actually feeling his thoughts and emotions and that was also causing her to freak out. As hard as she tried she could feel a panic attack hitting. Her breathing was getting faster and her chest was tightening up. The shakes were hitting her and her focus was centering on her reaction only to make it worse. It didn't matter that she knew what was happening nothing she could do was stopping it or slowing it down.

As she was starting to freak out her feelings and emotions were starting to impact on Mizaki. He quickly woke up because of his Leska's sense of dread and horror. Why she was feeling horrified at the moment he didn't know. What he knew was she was in distress and starting to lose it. When he woke up he immediately wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close to his chest. "Dani? What are you okay? Can I do anything for you?" He wasn't stupid and had a feeling she was reacting to the Leska link. He highly doubted she was reacting to the fact they had sex. She wasn't a virgin and had definitely indicated an interest in coming to his bed. "I am so sorry Dani that this happened. I am so sorry. I wanted to get to know you and spend time with you and not this."

At this point Dani was too far into the emotional reaction to be able to listen. The stronger her emotions were the more power she was drawing in and eventually pulled him in. When this happened a type of synergy happened and the combined power didn't double but increased almost exponentially. It was too much and with a cry her mind overloaded and darkness took over both of them.

Outside the gestalt was felt as well as registered on the instruments. When it faded the medical team entered the residence only to find the two appeared to be simply unconscious. They didn't hesitate and immediately started IV's and medications to keep them asleep. They were both packaged up and moved to the same transport. Onboard the transport was the Tutor's assistant and he immediately strapped on the personal dampers.

When he did that the massive overload of sexual tension dropped noticeably. It didn't completely go away but much to everyone's relief it was now tolerable. "Get us to medical at the telepath's guild." He ordered and the moment the two were stable enough the transport lifted off and headed there. It thankfully didn't take very long to arrive and land.

As soon as they arrived one of the guild doctors started calling out orders and asking for an update. The medical center was a riot of activity as staff was hurrying around taking care of the two. Since all knew that she was one of the two daughters of the Human Ambassador all stops were pulled. It only took a short time for scans to be done and the two taken to a heavily shielded room. When they were placed in the same bed both instinctively moved together and their vitals lowered and stabilized.

The doctor leaned back against the wall and took a slow deep breath. He had been hoping that would happen since it indicated the bond was formed. Now that all the signs of the gestalt were gone he could talk to the tutor and give him an update. One thing he was very pleased with was he wasn't the one to talk to the Ambassador. With one last deep breath he moved to his office and called to have the Tutor brought in.

When the other walked in the doctor stood and lightly touched fingers with him. "Please have a seat. If you want something to drink please do. Both are resting comfortably and sleeping. As I am sure you know they are now Leska's and the link has been completed. What appeared to happen was one of the two triggered gestalt though obviously at the moment we don't know why. The scans aren't showing any damage to their talents." As he was talking he collected a cup of cshar and settled down.

"I went ahead and ordered a full genetic series and it will take some time. The preliminary shows both are having vastly increased changes. Compared to the Ambassador and his Leska they are going to be genetically compatible very soon. As of now we don't have any sort of contraception prevention. It is highly likely she will be pregnant fairly soon."

The Tutor sighed and contemplated the cup of cshar he had collected. As the doctor was speaking he was relaying the information to the Guild Master. This was not good from the point of view her father was the highest ranking Human in Sholan space. Added to that he knew Billy was currently completing the link with his triad partner. That was going to be interesting in a not pleasing way. "Keep me updated on their status and if anything, and I mean anything, changes contact me. If you will excuse me I need to talk to her father."

The Tutor stood and left the room. Since he had been in contact with the Guild Master they had already discussed this. He had been told to go to their quarters and at least inform Satasha. She wasn't going to be involved in completing the link though she would be impacted by it. Once they talked to her they would decide if they needed to talk to Billy at that point they would.

Billy and Z'Marl had finally made it out of the shower and Billy was looking slightly disgruntled and ruffled. Z'Marl had a rather amused expression on her face as she followed him out. Satasha sampled his emotions and he wasn't nearly as grumpy as he looked. She could tell that he was acting that way just to tease Z'Marl. "I think I am going to resist the urge to ask what has the grumpy old man grumpier than normal." Just for good measure she batted her eyes at him.

Billy narrowed his eyes at Satasha and growled at her before lightly tugging an ear. "Keep the teasing up and I might just keep the ear as a souvenir." He tweaked it again before settling down at the table and grumbling again. "Darn cats and their urge to use their tongues to groom." One corner of his mouth was twitching no matter how much he tried not to.

Z'Marl snickered at his grumbling. "That wasn't what you said in the shower Yilly." She ran her fingers up his back. When she did they were barely touching him and she could feel his almost instant reaction. When he grumbled at her she leaned over and lightly bit his neck.

His eyes became heavy and his breathing started increasing. "Darn you woman I am hungry and need to eat." The worst part was he could feel her reaction as well and since the link was fresh and new it was intense. That wasn't saying that when he and Satasha had their link day it wasn't intense. With this link everything was just so new it was an in your face intense.

Z'Marl had to gulp since the teasing had rather turned the tables and hit her as well. "By Vartra that was intense." When she had teased him by running her finger tips up his back the fire between her legs had been instant. She moved back and was panting slightly in shock. "Is this what it is like with Tasha every link day? No wonder both of you are beat the next day." After giving her body a good shake she sat down on the other side of the table.

Tasha looked at Z'Marl and her ears and expression showed her vast amusement. "Yup and you will learn not to touch Yilly when you want to do things like eat or actually shower. While you are sleeping it is rather pointless since you will wake up entwined." She twitched her ears at Billy. "There has even been a time or two we woke up connected as well." When he turned red her grin widened though she did start dishing the food up instead of saying anything else.

Billy settled for one last grumble before taking a good swig of the coffee Satasha had made for him. "I needed that and thank you love. I hope that we can get another nap in at some point or tomorrow I might fall asleep at my desk."

Both laughed at him though Z'Marl had to lower her ears briefly as he teased her. "Tell me about it. I would hate to fall asleep while working as well."

Just about the time they had finished eating Satasha was contacted via her comm. "Commander Verzilon it is the Leska Tutor. I know that the Ambassador and Z'Marl are completing the triad link but I need to talk to you and possibly them. His youngest daughter Leska linked last night. I would like to talk to you since I don't know when would be a good time to talk to him." This was going to be awkward for all concerned.

Since she hadn't set the comm. in whisper mode both Billy and Z'Marl heard the Tutor. Billy turned white in shock and reached over and grasped her arm so he could talk to the Tutor. "We are currently eating and have a few minutes. I am opening the door so you can come in." Billy turned his personal damper up to max and mentally nudged Z'Marl as well to do the same.

When the Tutor came in Satasha was getting him some cshar to drink. "Please have a seat and what happened? I am going to be talking for Yilly for the moment." She could feel his reaction and could understand his being tossed up about what to feel. He knew that it could be difficult to deal with from the Human aspect and he had been with her for some time before they had actually linked. He knew it wasn't bad or horrible, just required some massive changes in your thought process. That wasn't even mentioning suddenly having someone literally inside your mind. Even after learning to filter you knew that when you linked on your bond day every memory was given to the other. Even for a Sholan that could be daunting. For a human it could be utterly horrifying since they didn't believe in telepathy.

The Tutor nodded at the three of them. "I understand and they linked last night and from what I have found it was shortly after the two of you linked. Due to the shielding on this room and especially your bedroom you wouldn't have felt it. Currently she and her Leska are downstairs in a shielded room and doing fine. I am sure you would like to check on them but that won't happen till tomorrow."

Billy dropped his face to his hands and rubbed for a moment. "Sally I could see this happening to but Dani? She simply hasn't the experience of Sally or me. Mind you that isn't saying all that much but more than she had." God what was he supposed to do now? "Great, just great and I do understand. When you see her next let her know that I will see her in the morning before I go to work. Now if you would excuse us..." He grimaced since he was starting to feel drawn to Z'Marl again. For the moment he had to deal with his link with Z'Marl before he could do anything for Dani.

The Tutor stood up and with a polite nod left the room. Once he was gone and the door was shut Satasha groaned as well. "Poor Dani and I am sure she is probably seriously freaked out at the moment. I will give Sally a call as well. Do you want me to tell the others? If so I will have them meet at Vangie's and tell the rest at the same time."

Billy grunted in annoyance. "Do that since it is going to be reported at some point anyways. I would prefer this comes from us so our friends get the real scoop. Schedule it for when you feel best. For now I am going to go back to bed with Z'Marl and try to relax. I would say thank goodness my former wife isn't around or she would be boxing my ears." Then again if she had been around this probably wouldn't have happened.

Z'Marl stood up and came around and though she knew how it would impact on him wrapped her arms around him. "I am sure that she will be fine. She is your daughter and both smart and strong minded." Oh damn, the heat started again and she groaned in annoyance. "Damn I can't even comfort you without getting hot and wet."

Billy snorted at her and then leaned into the hug. "Nope but you can distract me my lovely young lover." He leaned back against her and rested one cheek against her fur and it was so soft and silky. "It is one way to get my mind off my poor daughter." He stood and curled an arm around her waist and started towards the bedroom. "See you later Tasha."

Sally and Vangie were sitting at his house when Satasha contacted them. They had just finished breakfast and were getting ready to leave when Satasha contacted them. Sally glanced at the comm. on her wrist before answering. "Congratulations on the proposal for both of you. Z'Marl looked so sweet and pleased. I sensed my lovely father sticking the screws to someone with that announcement as well." She was grinning when she said that. "So what can I do for you this lovely morning?"
