It was a dark dreary day in the caverns of Cirith Ungol. But that of course, went without saying.

The Shadow of Mordor was always dark and dreary. Ash from Mt. Doom and the dark lord's corrupting influence had increasingly blocked out the sun ever since Sauron rose to reassume his power.

The light of Celebrimbor did little to overcome the oppressive darkness, and Shelob could gloat in the fact that after everything that transpired, she was right in the end. She was miserable, but she was right. She was also hungry. She had grown bored of feasting on the dirty disgusting orcs that wandered into her domain. She was craving something more fresh.

She detected a subtle vibration across the vast network of webs that comprised her cavernous home.

Prey.

She thought to herself. As always she focused on the webs to gain insight into the nature of her prey. It was the creature Gollum. Once again he was skirting around within her territory like the arrogant little pest he was. That wasn't what interested her however. Gollum was bringing another creature into the cavern. He was some form of man, only smaller, similar to Gollum himself, but without the reek of corruption that always followed him. She wondered what he tasted like.

Her mandibles began salivating at the prospect of a new treat. Slowly and carefully, she began to crawl across the web, making her way to their location. She got a better look at the creature that had wandered into her home. He was slender with dark hair and had an unusual aura around him. She decided she was going to wrap him up to save for later.

As the creature had his back turned, she slowly and silently snuck up behind him. She deftly pierced his abdomen with her fangs, paralyzing him with her venom. It was at this moment she became more familiar with her catch and the mystical aura that surrounded him. It was a ring. One of Celebrimbor's, she was certain of it. What was it doing with this creature? She wondered to herself.

As she wrapped up her catch, she caught sight of another creature. He was similar to first, but he had red hair and was much fatter. He marched up to her, holding a phial glistening with pure light, eyes filled with malice. Shelob found herself taken aback by the sheer audacity of this creature. He grabbed the small blade carried by the first creature and pointed it directly at her.

"Get away from him you filth!" He shouted. Before stabbing her with the blade. The sting of the blade forced her to drop her prey and retreat back into the shadows.

The small one's blade began to glow brightly and he hid behind some nearby rocks. A troupe of orcs. They studied the body and whispered their plans amongst themselves. Then they carried her meal off with them.

Damn those orcs.

She thought to herself as she nursed her wound. She spent hours in agony in the dark as the ancient magics that surrounded her body gradually healed her. It was at this moment that she was greeted by an old friend. One wearing the all familiar garb of the Nazgul. She took on her human form to address him, as that was what he was accustomed to.

"Talion." She said to the figure. "It's been a long time."

"Hello Shelob." His deep raspy voice greeted. "I've come for your insight."

"What for?" She asked. "I've already given you all the information I know."

"Not everything." Talion replied. "I've been tracking two halflings. Alongside the creature Gollum. They were here."

"I know the creatures you speak of. One of them was carrying a ring of power."

"He was carrying

the

ring of power. Sauron's ring. The ring that will decide the fate of Middle Earth. You must tell me what happened to him." A sly smile crossed Shelob's face at these words. Even with all his power, Talion had no choice but to submit to the will of the spider.

"Where are your brothers Talion?" She asked, with a demure tone in her voice. "If this really is the ring of Sauron, shouldn't they be helping you?" Talion didn't answer. He simply stared as Shelob walked towards him. She gave his face a gentle touch, coaxing the tiniest drop of humanity still within him. "You didn't honestly think you could force me to do anything by yourself did you? You would have lost nothing if you brought them here with you, unless." She stopped and stared into his eyes. Placing a hand upon his face. "Unless your goals aren't aligned with theirs. Could it be Talion? After all this time, you still resist his influence."

"Sauron wishes to keep me in chains forever." Talion replied. "I won't let him."

"Good for you." Shelob said, moving her hand from his face down to his chest. "But you still can't have that information for free."

"I have nothing to offer you."

"Yes you do." Shelob said. She then dispelled the dark wispy garments from her body, revealing her pale naked form to the former ranger. She then sat upon her nest of webs and gestured towards him. "Lie down with me Talion." Talions own clothes immediately vanished and he embraced her.

The two of them passionately kissed as they lay upon the bed of silk. Talion's strong hands pinned her down as she played at resisting him, coaxing out his aggression. She squirmed under him, rubbing herself across his body, making his manhood ever harder. He pierced her feminine entrance with his weapon, causing her to scream in ecstasy.

Shelob sunk her fingernails deep into his shoulders trying to see if he could feel anything. She wanted him to experience the deep thrill of an orgasm after all this time, if only to drive him further into her grasp. This man, this wraith, was hers. Not Celebrimbors, not the she elfs, hers and hers alone.

Talion began grunting louder and finally, as he was about to pull out of her, Shelob grew four spidery tendrils to reach around and pin his body into place.

"You will not leave, without giving me my payment." She firmly shouted to him.

Talion shuddered as his seed exploded into her depths. Shelob moaned in pleasure and placed her hand on Talions face, giving him the visions of what was to come. Hope entered his mind for the first time in many years. The war would soon be over. Gondor would rise with a new king, and Sauron would fall at last. The world of men would be safe.

Talion awoke within the world of the dead. Finally, he could know peace and freedom. He ran forward to meet Ioreth and Dirheal, his wife and son. Ioreth kissed him passionately as they greeted each other for the first time in decades.

"You're here Talion. Finally after all this time." Ioreth spoke.

"I've longed for you every day since we departed. But I had to do everything I could to avenge you."

The three of them continued to live in perfect harmony. One day, Talion confessed to his son about his deeds.

"Son, there were many things I did during the war. Things that shock and disturb me to this very day. I'll be as upfront as I can. You have thousands of half brothers and sisters."

"Oh." Dirheal said in surprise. "You uh, moved on after mother died. You didn't think you would ever see her again. I think she'll understand."

"That's not the bad news." He continued. "The bad news is that all of these children are spiders."

Dirheal looked at his father in absolute shock.

"See, this is why I don't want your mother to know." He continued. "I want you to understand this in the strongest possible terms. I've come to regret many of my actions during the war."

"This was

not

one of them!"
